Positive experience: My initial experience with EID, Karama was very poor. After a while new coordinator Mr John joined and he was really good. He was very kind and professional. Does timely follow-ups and class allocation. One thing I was blessed, getting an excellent senior driving instructor shaukath sir. He was very calm and excellent instructor.

Negative experience: Pathethic experience. EDI delayed my class for more than one month for no reason and they work only for money.

Fantastic experience: Good service... especially noufal clears every single doubts

Negative experience: Worst experience. EDI is only after money and is delaying the over all process for months for them to get that extra 140 AED. The EDI app is so useless that no booking for test is possible. I will never recommend EDI for anybody. On top of all this worst customer service.

Fantastic experience: I wanna shout out this review for mr MUKHTAR…all the instructors are in very good and very patience.. I never drive in my life .. since I go and had a training in EDI they will build and gain your confident.. even karama branch are very helpful and always arrange the class as per as we requested.. thanks again EDI and all the instructors from karama branch … I’ve got my license today … I can tell you this things … EDI student and another student confident are very different.. some of my friends are get the license from Another school.. confident are different.. EDI it’s a bit slow the process and the license but I recommend comparing with another student… thanks you EDI karama .
