Dubai Driving Centre Karama2

Negative experience: I just started my course. They are not guiding properly and in the site we ask for all queries, I am not getting any response from it .

Fantastic experience: As a complete beginner with zero driving experience, I recently took a course at Dubai Driving Center Karama 2 Branch. I can confidently say it was an excellent experience that prepared me to my driving test and Passed sucessfully. Thanks to Dubai Driving Center Karama 2 Branch and the friendly staff and my Instractor.

Negative experience: I suggest to rename the name of the institution from Dubai Driving Centre (DDC) to Dubai Looting Centre (DLC). The staffs are welcoming you with smiley face until you pay the money after that they will show the real face. Such an irresponsible attitude from all staffs. There is an Landline available at this office, which was for dummy, Never ever answering the phone calls. When we ask for the cell phone number they are not ready to provide the cell numbers also for booking the test date. Not giving proper information about the classes, Training and Test. The instructors are such a waste asset for this organization. Once the training class starts they call to there home, friends and relatives and talking by phone without giving any proper instruction to students. Any mistakes from the candidates or had any wrong drive while training they are not mentioning and not giving instructions and guidance to students. From the reception they are giving information about out last class and the trainers are asking money by end of the last class. I think they had a proper agenda and target of making money. Eager and Hunger of Looting money from normal peoples is a Habbit for them. I am planning to switch my file to any other responsible institution.

Negative experience: Please dont join here. This is a money looting center for driving. Why ? Ill tell you why. 1) First of all, the trainers do think that theyre from RTA and they just misbehave so badly according to your status, race etc. whenever they start the class they ask for your emirates id and they scan and figure out your profession, and this is where the looting begins. They will first talk harshly and most of them will be angry and will loot money for better trainings. 2) They teach wrong methods and will never correct you major flaws if youre on his wrong side. For example the trainers I had have been swapped multiple times and some of them didnt even mention how to do headchecks and signaling. And when you fail, you will have to return to them and then they will train you better. 3) After a few hours of rash classes and judgement as if we are supposed to drivers from our mothers womb, they will ask for gurudhakshina or money, last class I had, he asked me for 150 AED so that id get good classes, and i refuse and i turn up on his bad side. I had seen this comment on some of the reviews but yet anyways i joined and this became a dreadful mistake. No matter how much you swap your trainers, most of them live with the money they raid from their students. Because of their low salaries they keep looting and this simple issue can befixed by implementing a review for trainers in their app so that all of these idiots will be on straight line. But none of the officials have brains even after seeing so many negative reviews on their page and the looting still goes on. I plead that you guys only join in driving centers which have a rating system so that the trainers will have a fear of getting caught. And btw you can complain about the misbehaviors in DDC too but these guys will have friends of friends and eventually you will still end up being treated harshly by their colleagues. Because we are the wrongdoers. We spend our money and we joined up for training. They have a right to loot us. And we should keep silent. Thats what this institution expects from us.

Negative experience: Worst trainers in DDC karama 2 branch but that Kerala trainer is really racist specially if you ask him anything and somehow same is one Sudan trainer and they most like judge rather then telling “How to drive well”. Not even bother to share feedback except one pakistani trainer. Why so? Today i encounter all this when I met branch manager Ahmed in DDC port rashid and he assigned me to go on trial with one senior Trainer name Ali from Pakistan when i asked for file transfer. Because i am paying for nothing what kind of classes? Just a formality at least RTA examiners they shared a online and verbal feedback but these trainers in Karama are really racist specially I notice one guy how is he asking one female post my most recent class “Hi come i will teach you again if you are not satisfied and he took him in his car”. I took almost 4-8 times classes from this branch DDC karama 2. Not sure if Dubai Driving center has set an agenda to pass the people only who set for unlimited package! Allah kareem InshaAllah

Positive experience: Good customer service to clients.Answer politely for All enquiries. Driving coaches are very humble and very supportive to train in all aspects.But ,very sad about RTA evaluation which failed me three times in road test.I respect there responsibilities and they very talented and should think from seeker also .we are human one or two mistake will happen but with those mistakes should put burden on client.I am 200% sure I have learned and trained from DDC COACHES but looking to pass my final road test.If RTA is not supporting clients that Will bring bad reputation to DDC .I hope this massage reaches RTA Officials and help seeker to pass with maximum two attempts .Out of 50 classes which I took from karama branch, all the classes are excellent in terms of training and client service

Negative experience: First-class of all my number was linked to different people then my eid was taken which is illegal no receipt was given for a cash payment and to make everything worse the office is closed during there working hours
