1 year ago Negative experience: From the day I have started and till now my 4 instructors have been changed and out of them 1 was on phone when i asked to file complaint that person didnt make it and forcing me to take classes only,

2 years ago Negative experience: Not good response team is very slow regarding payment after doing payment also problem they can’t help for everything ask to go main office. For everything go main office. Everything even email contact or call on contact center they they say following up following up but they took more then what they ask . They didn’t give clear answers . Even if you are lumsum student you not get class . After 40 class they need approval form 28 /5/24 Tuesday till now I didn’t get approval. Now asking payment I did payment but still they didn’t get from my side everything is clear i do email and i send attachment of proof of payment but there is no response. Once you failed in test assessment you need to book classes but you will not get class soon you will get classes after 3week dates. So if learning student get so much gap how he will get things remember . Very poor communication and lack of communication with students.

2 years ago Negative experience: Giving a 1 star as I can’t give a zero star here. This team never responds. There is considerable delay just to receive a simple response. You pay them and then they forget about you. You have to keep chasing them for updates for weeks. Pathetic service. Almost like a scam.
