Negative experience: From the day I have started and till now my 4 instructors have been changed and out of them 1 was on phone when i asked to file complaint that person didnt make it and forcing me to take classes only,

Negative experience: Not good response team is very slow regarding payment after doing payment also problem they can’t help for everything ask to go main office. For everything go main office. Everything even email contact or call on contact center they they say following up following up but they took more then what they ask . They didn’t give clear answers . Even if you are lumsum student you not get class . After 40 class they need approval form 28 /5/24 Tuesday till now I didn’t get approval. Now asking payment I did payment but still they didn’t get from my side everything is clear i do email and i send attachment of proof of payment but there is no response. Once you failed in test assessment you need to book classes but you will not get class soon you will get classes after 3week dates. So if learning student get so much gap how he will get things remember . Very poor communication and lack of communication with students.

Negative experience: Giving a 1 star as I can’t give a zero star here. This team never responds. There is considerable delay just to receive a simple response. You pay them and then they forget about you. You have to keep chasing them for updates for weeks. Pathetic service. Almost like a scam.

Fantastic experience: I've had a good experience so far. I'm half way in my license process. Taoufik from the sales team is awesome. He is always available for all the queries. The customer support in the office is also nice. I have very high hopes from the remaining process until the grant of the license. Kudos to Galadari driving school

Negative experience: Pls don't open driving file this school very worst school. so many people suffering this school. This was scam I have 10 year Experience my home country driving field but they failed me 3 time rta Test. I'm depress Next try is give 900Dharm.im a labour parson salary is 800 his try again give 900+ 262 renewal now all test money 10500Dharm I brought my friend's. Still not get it license pls avoid this school. Go for EDI Emirates driving institute.

Negative experience: 2 STARS FOR THE PERSONS WHO ACCOMODATE ME (EVEN IF SOMETIMES THEY IGNORE ME) I WILL JUST FINISH EVERYTHING AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL TO MY FAMILY WHO ARE PLANNING TO TAKE LICENSE. ESPECIALLY TODAY THE LADY NAMED HEND WHO ANSWERED MY CALL WAS VERY RUDE. FYI, I PAID SO MUCH FOR THIS CLASS I DONT DESERVE THIS KIND OF UNPROFESSIONAL WAY OF COMMUNICATING WITH YOU... Positive experience: Giving 3 stars because of Ali . He is a good man cooperative and we'll mannered but the lady sitting there is very unprofessional and have bad behaviour. So be professional and and talk gently.

Negative experience: Improve your communication skills while teaching your student they paid thousands of dirhams to learn driving. they paid you to teach them and not to shout when they got mistakes. even the 20years experienced of driving got mistakes how about them? be nice to your customers we paid your company for us to learn. If I knew that this is how you treat your student I will never come here. but I'm here already I need to finish and to be more patience of my instructor MOHAMMAD RASHID IFTIKAR. I cannot learn from him if he will not stop shouting me. he can speak quietly enough so his words can be heard as well as my voice. I am a restaurant manager and a teacher by profession as well. I knew how to teach people I have been done from a lots of seminar how to handle the trainee. I hope that the management will see how professional their instructor not only for driving but attitude as well. GODBLESS. I do not have any problem from the company only from their staff. UNPROFESSIONAL.

Negative experience: very poor customer service never receiving call on landline, Also that Egyptian guy Ibrahim he doesn't know anything always rude, always he wants to do his own he don't want to listen to customer's choice, He can't cooperate with customers, He can't understand customers query, every time I plan to visit the office it's like headache.

Fantastic experience: Mr mohamed najm with car # 392 my instructor is a good natured but strict teacher he pushea to learn the proper way of driving especially for beginner like me when you enroll at galadari driving look for mr najm!!

Negative experience: Big scammers don’t know how to talk to people stupid staff
Negative experience: WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN U.A.E. ALL THE STAFF ARE RUDE AND NOT ACCOMMODATING
Positive experience: Good school with good instructors, but you should pay much attention inn classes so you wont pay more money in exames

Staff were laughing and eating and there were many candidates were sitting and waiting for their turn ... Incompetent staff they even dont know how to deal with customers ... I'll not recommend anyone to join this school .. Even Assesment officers do unjustice ... If u are a Pakistani, Indian or Bangladeshi its most likely you are going to fail the 1st Assesment test even if u drive Good ...
