Negative experience: Galadari Motor Driving School zero stars, I would. My experience here with karama branch has been frustrating and disappointing. First, the communication is terrible. The staff is disorganized, and it's nearly impossible to get any clear answers or updates on scheduling. Every time we need pay extra money and all instructors are trying to loot money from students.

Positive experience: I got my license from first try it took a little bit longe like 3 months because of schedule delay but at the end i got to pass all tests because of the help of my instructor ( Farman Ali ) in karama branch he was the best person in this school taught me every single thing about rules in Dubai and how to drive and gave me all the good advices that i needed thank you so much

Fantastic experience: So far, I’ve had a good experience with GMDC, Karama. I feel truly blessed to have had Mr. Farman Ali Gul as my driving instructor. His guidance, support, and dedication have made a huge difference. His patience and clear explanations helped me gain confidence behind the wheel, and he went above and beyond to ensure I understood everything thoroughly. I also want to recognize the examiners for their professionalism. They not only explained my mistakes in detail after each test but also offered valuable guidance for improvement. Their constructive feedback and positive attitude kept me motivated and focused.

Fantastic experience: This Galadari branch was the best branch I had experience with. I got my license after 7 months. Mr. Haroon was very helpful throughout the process and he never hesitated to assist me with my questions and class bookings.

The instructors, while knowledgeable, often seem disinterested and in a rush, which doesn't help when you're already nervous about learning to drive. On more than one occasion, the instructor was late to the lesson, cutting into my time but not making up for it. To make things worse, the cars are often not well-maintained, and I had to drive in a vehicle that felt unsafe. To top it off, the pricing isn't transparent. They seem to add extra fees at every turn without clear explanations. I felt like I was being taken advantage of financially. I regret choosing Galadari and would not recommend it to anyone. There are plenty of other driving schools with better service and value for money.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Mr. Haroon at the Karama office during my journey to obtain my Dubai driving license. Over the course of four months, he was incredibly supportive, helping me plan and book my test schedules efficiently. Special thanks to instructor Masood sir also.His way of teaching was awesome.why you know ,when training time some instructor told us to do that one this one ,some time we will nervous when we approach left right turns round about.But his teaching was different.once training starts he told us to drive as per your wish .More over he told me to go where ever route you want.once class complete he will explain us what are the mistakes we did.It will helpfully us to visualize our mistakes.That trip really helped for my road test.

Negative experience: WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. No one wants to pickup up the phone. This I am referring to Mr. Haroon who was very happy to get the payment on Friday and never picked the calls even after 23 times from various numbers. Today went in person to sort things out and they sharp shut down the system at 9.59.50PM. Ms Sadia present there was so rude. Not even considerate of ppl like me with a baby waiting. These things are not the experience we need . To be honest just opened the file and this is the experience. I should have considered a different driving school.

Negative experience: IF THERE IS ZERO STAR I WILL PREFER THAT FOR YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WAS JOINED THE SCHOOL FROM 3 MONTH BEFORE WITH PACKAGE ,AT THE TIME OF JOINING I PAID MONEY TO THE FILE OPENIG DEPT TEAM BUT HE IS NOT YET PAID TO SYSTEM , WHEN I ASKING ABOUT THAT HE WILL SAY "WILL PAY TO DAY MORNIG ,EVENING LIKE THAT". ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.

Fantastic experience: Alhamdulillah, I have just passed my driving test on the First attempt and received my license. A heartfelt thanks to the Karama Galadari Center for their excellent services. I am especially grateful to my humble yet very polite instructor, KHUSHHAL HABIB bhai, who taught me driving from scratch. His patience and gentleness in handling my repeated mistakes regarding road rules and car control have helped me become a confident and smooth driver. He helped me practice every possible best practice for driving in the UAE and made me aware of the common mistakes. I also extend my appreciation to the representatives Haroon and Yousaf for their support and guidance throughout the process.

Negative experience: Worst place ever please do not register with GMDC for anything they literally fool you by offering lumps packages and then literally torture you by ghosting you by not providing classes mentioning it is not available. Customer service does not help with class booking, the application does not take and booking request, the physical centers are always crowded. The teachers have no interest in teaching and are either talking or sleeping. In one of my classes the instructor literally fell asleep and was snoring for full 2hrs after i raised this to the operations team of GMDC they did not do anything to help.

Negative experience: Worst experience, I regret joining Galadari. I am in the final test. They try to find small reasons to fail me intentionally. I felt like they want to collect money since I paid only for limited. Better to go other institute if you want to get license

Fantastic experience: Thank you Yousaf I simply loved my journey in galadari because of Yousaf Dawood 1- i enquire in all the schools in the beginning but when i came to Yousaf his way of explanation was outstanding and I couldn’t stop my self to go with Galadari 2- Yousaf thoroughly helped me in all the process through WhatsApp 3- although Karama branch is always in rush but yousaf always help us 4- also now my sister will open file in galadari with Yousaf thank you Galadari and yousaf for making my journey unforgettable

Negative experience: The worst experience ever, the girl i took admission from suddenly left galadari the next week , Mr Arun was the one who came next and he is always unreachable has too many excuses dosent help at all , i get replies after 3 days thats how proffesional galadari is ? i didnt expect this at all , to book classes dates arent available , when i tell the branch for pickup they agree but then the driver calls and says i will not pickup what is going on i dont get it , this is how they work its nonsense , no appointments are available for exams , no classes available, every 3 months they need money for renewal and they r the ones who dont give classes and make sure we renew because all they need is just money , terrible is the word .

Negative experience: Galadari Driving School in Dubai is the LAST place you should consider for your driving lessons. It's plagued with a host of problems, making it arguably the worst driving school in the city. Their customer service is terrible, they hide extra fees, their instructors are rude, and they even try to squeeze more money out of you for meals and transportation. To make matters worse, they charge you a lot and won't give your money back if you're unhappy. Their customer support is unresponsive, and they hassle you for payments but conveniently disappear when you need help. If you choose Galadari, be prepared for them to force you to renew your student permit every three months, all while making it difficult for you to actually get classes. Even if you miss classes due to an emergency, they'll demand more money from you and leave you waiting for weeks to resume your lessons. After enduring four frustrating months with Galadari and wasting thousands of dirhams, it's abundantly clear that this is, without a doubt, the worst driving school in Dubai. You're better off spending a bit more to enroll in a different school if you want to save yourself from a nightmare of wasted time and money.

His patience with beginner level students like me was commendable. I have no two doubts to say he is one of the best instructors Galadari has.

Negative experience: Very very bad place to start your driving journey struggling for more then 6 months . Yesterday we visit karama office for galadari as I am struggling to get classes slot and parking rta slot . So when visit the office Ms Sara lady at counter was soooooooo rude and not ready to so speak or share any information and she mentioned please go and complaint we dont have any slots . When we ask her aleast give slot for next week or some date she is not ready to give any date at all I Call call center they will always say call after 2 3 days and when we call they will say no slot available until . More then 20 days now for my last test no slot received. I will never suggest galadari to anyone at all And please don't insult you customers if you can't help

Cleared theory test 4. Started driving classes - Worst instructors. Even an experienced driver will not get license with this instructors. 5. We have to clear internal road test to appear for RTA test. The catch here is, if you are not clearing the internal road test, you have to pay 200DHS for the next test and take the next test in institute, they keep on failing me. They will not give slots also immediately for the classes. So they bother only about money. 6. Instructors are not at all interested in giving instructions or helping the customers. Waste of money. (I would have read the reviews before joining this institute.)
