Positive experience: I recently completed my driving lessons at Excellence Driving Institue, and I am extremely pleased with my experience. From the start, the staff was welcoming and professional, making the whole process smooth and straightforward. The institute's facilities were clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern vehicles, which added to the overall comfort and confidence I had during my lessons. My driving instructor Saifudeen and Azharuddin, was exceptional. They were patient, knowledgeable, and always took the time to explain the rules of the road in a clear and understandable way. They made sure to adapt the lessons to my individual learning pace, providing constructive feedback after each session, which helped me improve quickly. The lessons were well-structured, with a good balance between theory and practical driving skills. Right from my enrollment in second week of Sept-2024 till passing the final RTA road test in my very first attempt today, the entire process was hassle free and very well coordinated by entire Excellence team with stage by stage updates in the mobile application. Many thanks to my first instructor Mr. Joby George (Karama branch) who was absolutely amazing right from my very first class. His attention to detail and patience in explaining the basics and also correcting all minor & major mistakes periodically certainly helped me master the techniques to be able to clear the RTA Road test in my very first attempt within an overall time frame of 2 months! A special mention about the coordinator Ms. Deepa (from Karama branch) who explained the entire process in detail before enrolling itself and also helping in scheduling the classes & tests as per slot availability & my convenience. Fantastic experience: So, here is my experience with Excellence, its a great institute with very experienced instructors, yes it can be very frustrating sometime when you book classes as they are not frequently available but still they are better than other driving schools. I recently passed my RTA and got my license in just 3 months even though I was begginer and it was a great great journey, I wana give special shout out to my instructors specially ***Aneesh, Thansim and Agha*** they were really helpful and always encouraging I would say the best instructors in excellence. I had experience with more people but I found these three very professional and experienced. Thankyou excellence for helping me out in my license journey ✨

Firstly, I need to mention 2 superstars - 1) Mohammed Shafeeq of Karama branch who was my primary driving instructor. I’m so lucky to have been trained by him. He was very professional, made me really comfortable and gave me a zillion tips throughout my journey. He always gave me right feedback, helped book classes and provided the confidence & encouragement to succeed in my journey. 2)Nidhin Joy of Al Qusais branch. He was my parking instructor. He always went out of his way to schedule classes for me. He was always very calm and composed. He patiently conducted the classes even when I made 1000 mistakes. He really made my classes enjoyable. Both of them really rooted for me when I was losing hope and it is because of their encouragement I got my license. If any of you are wondering to whom to choose as instructors, these 2 are my top recommendations! Fantastic experience: Im excited to say that, Today i got my driving license (with in 3 months )and its in my 2ND attempt too, through Karama branch. A special thanks to *Mr.Aneesh* (road instructor) who helped me through out the journey. He had the excellent way of teaching skill the clam and coolest personality. I will surely recommend him for others who are ready to start the classes. Also thanking the one of best Mr. Shanoj (parking instructor Al Qusais br.) Who has an Excellent way of communication and a parking specialist. He explored the most special tricks for learners. A special thanks to both from my heart. I would like to inform u that at the RTA YARD test on the yard i got the worst experience from ur instructor who are standing on the RTA yard. I have got one round at the yard before the RTA TEST. The guy who take me for the round behave very Rudly. He asked me to leave the car. The same guy take others and provide them more time than me. That Rude behavior was disappointed me very much. He literally distroyed my self confidence. Like these situations held us into failure of the test. Please instruct him for good manners to the learners. Any ways overall it was a good experience throughout the journey, once again I’m thanking to the whole team as well.

Fantastic experience: I took my road revision classes from this location (Lulu Hypermarket). Most of my classes were with Instructor Azharuddin, and I found him to be very knowledgeable, friendly and reassuring when we were training. The classes were professional, but he kept the mood friendly to put you at ease and be able to feel comfortable and focus on the learning. He encouraged questions and was more than willing to explain and demonstrate the answers to any doubts, even if you ask them multiple times. He knew the areas well and the routes we took were excellent preparation for any variety of challenges that may pop up in day to day driving - from faster roads, congested roundabouts, areas with high pedestrian traffic, and areas with obstacles like double parked vehicles and trucks. All classes with Azharuddin first began with a verbal review of prior test errors and techniques or motions that I felt needed more work. This way, I felt like each class was catered to exactly my needs, and because I preferred doing 2 hour back to back lessons, we could adequately work on all of those areas with a finer detail and no rush at all. Overall I felt extremely well taken care of, and prepared and confident when it came to the test. Passed the test (I was a direct test student) at the Jumeriah Port Views location. Prior test I failed was at the very challenging Al Quoz area that I had appeared for as a direct test candidate

Negative experience: They have timings written on google that they close at 10pm and also they tell you when you speak with call center agent timings is 10 pm i came yesterday at 9:30 and it was closed and today again Two days in a row. Disappointed

Negative experience: Very bad school and the lies to the people Ms. Benish give me voucher 110AED, she told me if don't use it will get your money back but unfortunately she doesn't want given back and doesn't answer the message and calls. I believe this is not good for the school.

Negative experience: This is the worst center ever . Don’t take admission from this center if you want to save your time and money. Don’t go by there marketing this is the fastest way to book your class and all . It’s worst. Specially if you need female instructor you have to wait one month. Before you can’t get class. They have bus pick and drop . That also you have wait 2 hours in the center as driver will pick up 2 hours before. Each time they will fail you in internal assessment test which is created by them only and then almost 3 weeks waiting period to get the class . Then how come a new student will remember what ever she learned off course they will make mistakes. And every time your instructor will change just waste of time , money and energy. It was worst experience. If you are female and need female instructors then it will be more difficult to get class as they will tell we have limited female instructors so you will not get class right after you failed. Everything is worst and frustrating

Negative experience: So, since last week I have been calling to ask why the RTA did not call me back for scheduling the test, I received a message today them booking and confirming a time I did not even choose, called back and all the agents are nice actually but I don't know why this has to happen they say it is the RTA, the RTA just called saying tests don't have a time slot that before 9 AM! My previous test was on 8:40 !!!!! And there is one at 7:40 also.. What is this ..

Negative experience: Worst driving school ever. I came here to change my GCC license and the instructors were not like professionals they were behaving rudely. When I bring this attention to the office staff she just agitated by it. I don’t know why these people acting rude like this. Is this because anyway they can get customers or changing driving school is not an easy task. Thats is why they have such behavior. Unfortunately still I could not attend RTA test. Because of these trainers I even lost my confidence. Hats of to the excellence driving school management.

Negative experience: What a organization , who changes rule overnight, customer team give all the time wrong info and book wrong class and then leaner becomes at fault. Purely waste of my time and money doing Driving license with them, will never suggest this class to any of my friends. such an unprofessional organization.

Positive experience: I recently completed my driving training and received my RTA license at Excellence Driving Center under the guidance of trainers Muhammed Sajir and Abdul Rahman. Both instructors demonstrated exceptional expertise and patience throughout the course, ensuring I gained the necessary skills and confidence to become a safe driver on the road. Their personalized approach and constructive feedback significantly enhanced my learning experience. Muhammed Sajir and Abdul Rahman's dedication to teaching was evident in their thorough explanations and hands-on demonstrations. They tailored the lessons to my learning pace, addressing any concerns I had with clarity and encouragement. Their professionalism and commitment to excellence are commendable, and I'm grateful for their guidance. However, despite the trainers' competence, the driving center's customer care left much to be desired. Communication regarding scheduling and administrative matters was often unclear, leading to frustration and inconvenience. Additionally, there were frequent delays in securing lesson dates, disrupting the planned progression of my training. In conclusion, while Muhammed Sajir and Abdul Rahman provided exemplary training, the driving center's shortcomings in customer care and scheduling management detracted from the overall experience. Addressing these areas of improvement would undoubtedly elevate the center's reputation and ensure a smoother journey for future students.

Negative experience: The service is poor and the staff is irresponsible. This is my third visit to this office and each time the staff has been absent. If there is someone in the office, they will ask you to return in half an hour. The shutter is always partially closed.

The customer service was not at all supportive and there were instances where i needed to escalate the issue that im facing. However, the only good thing that I had is the instructor under which I had taken the classes, Mr. Muhammed Firos in Karama Branch.
