Negative experience: Not professional at all, contacted the shop to confirm the availability of a part and got confirmation from “Rajeed”. Drove all the way for 55min and once arrived “Rajeed” told me its not available. What a bad service

There is also motorcycle service but I didn’t try yet. Came here multiple times to purchase something specific or just browse what new do they have. Purchased radiator guard for my GSA the installed right away free of charge

Negative experience: A pretty unorganized Shop. It took many whatsapp messages and Emails to rent a bike. At least I got an r1250 gs with the rally seat. My wife was not very happy with this seat. If you rent a bike you have to leave a security payment of 5.000 dirham !!! In case you have a speeding penalty. Of you pay per card, they Charge you 350 !!! Dirham just for fun, for a security payment ??? So you only get back 4650 of your 5000 on your card. No idea why ? Extra km cost you extra. In germany noone cares about extra km. Think i need to talk to touratech germany about this. I am not very happy.

Fantastic experience: They are very quick to respond back to you, I was looking for a rear suspension for my Honda NC700 but could not find it in the UAE. I contacted Touratech and they had it ordered for me right away from Germany as it was not available locally. I look forward to working with them for more parts and accessories. I did visit them and liked the whole setup with good gear and Adventure Tourers for rent. Thanks to Behruz for helping who assisted me throughout.

Fantastic experience: After leaving Germany in mid-August, I arrived in Dubai at the beginning of October. In the meanwhile my Beta needed some service to be done. Friends of mine, who had already been to Dubai in 2018 with their two G 650 GS, advised me to go to Touratech Middle East. And I can only confirm that. Great people, perfect service, good coffee and my Alp is cleaner than it has been for a long time. I will definately come back...

Confirmed sales and time to pick up n when I reached tires were ready to be packed for proper storing in my car. Fantastic experience: Best shopping experience I've had for a very long time. I live in the U.K. and wanted to order a particular part for my brothers bike (lives in Abu Dhabi) for his Birthday, which was the following day. The lovely Alison got in touch with me via WhatsApp and gave me the good news that the part was in fact in stock and could arrange payment with the hope that it would arrive the following day. As amazing as it sounds, transaction made and the part was posted out and it made it from Dubai to being in my brothers possession within a few hours (same day delivery). Properly gobsmacked. Absolutely amazing service from the Touratech team, I am planning on a trip to visit my brother (hopefully) this year and will most definitely be visiting the fantastic people at Touratech to rent a bike during my visit. Fantastic experience: This time adventure took us to Dubai. Great place to visit and see it on the bike After short time we decided to rent from Touratech Price was normal, service was exceptional! After first day we had one wire needing attention, not a big deal. The Owner came at night (100 plus kilometers) to fix it while we were sleeping in the hotel! Wow! He said to use his bike as my own and enjoy our vacation. And we did it!!! What a trip Dubai and Oman 3000 plus km We would love to come back Ps Make sure you have understood the insurance policy and deposit rules before renting. Things are different here than in other countries but we really enjoyed our trip and rental!!!

Fantastic experience: Great team, got to use their services few times (installations, fitments etc) then attended an advanced offroad training organizers by Touratech themselves which was absolutely pleasant and with experienced trainers where I learned a LOT and met very nice people! I then bought a new bike and got a lot of stuff from Touratech and again the service was great. Jorge, Juan, Alison, Gala abs the rest of the team are really pleasant, welcoming and friendly people! Would highly recommend a visit

Fantastic experience: I took my bike for a wash and a chain lube. The team approached me right away and start washing my bike. The café upstairs have very smooth vipe and the quality of the coffee is good. My bike was so clean and ready to hit the road. This shop is specialized on adventure bikes yet they welvo. all types of bike for service and accessories.

From Salah and George and to the other jolly staff their helpfulness, performance and great service deserves more than 5 stars. I'm so grateful I get to know this shop as they don't see their clients as dollars or in our case AED. They don't see us as cash directly to their cash register but they treat us as a real customer who needs all the best advise and help that they can provide as professionals. I am an avid client and this is my personal opinion about them based on my experience. Surely in this shop the saying "customer is always right" still exist. Highly recommended. Negative experience: Me and my husband were in the shop for over 45 mins without anyone assisting us. Pathetic customer service. All staff members we saw with 1 exeption (I think the owner) also did not wear masks at all or properly in this trying times.

Negative experience: I am amazed about how much good reviews they have, but in my experience its the worst adventure motorcycle shop ever. Yes they have good prices, but the customer service is the worst you can find. The after service after purchasing the product doesn't exist. They will answer phone calls but after the call is ended they will do nothing. You will send them whatsapp messages they will even read without replying, and that is not only for after purchase service, even when I want to purchase something else, they confirm the purchase and put a delivery date. Delivery date comes, and what you will find is nothing, contact them again, they will read but not answer. So please if you are looking good adventure motorcycle shop with a good after purchase service, search for someplace else. Many others can be found in dubai.
