Negative experience: No one can answer the customer call . When you need Customer service is not good . Should Think before applying.

Fantastic experience: Polite & Decent staff with excellent service to their students, Best decision to choose this Driving institute is the quick availability of Practice Classes and well trained Instructors at Al Quoz Branch and the Head Office. Got the License in 2 months under the Guidance of Syed Bashir Hussain & Sohaib Ali from Al Quoz Branch and from Head Office Godfrey Magamou for best parking Training with great techniques. Negative experience: I do NOT recommend this school at all. If you want to get your license in a few months, I suggest looking at other schools. I opened my file in September and paid all the fees in advance with a flexi package. The agent told me it was not a busy time and that I would get my license in months because there were empty and available classes. However, I'm currently getting classes every five days. Right now, I'm in road training, but they scheduled my next session for ten days from now, and night class slots are only available after twenty days. The RTA assessment isn’t available until the end of November. I have no idea when I will finish all my classes or when I can take my final RTA exam. My question to the school is: if you don’t have this many slots available, why did you allow me to purchase the flexi package and pay extra? I was planning to transfer my file to a different school, but they are making me wait over ten days to get my documents. So, if you want to get your license in one or two months, I recommend finding a different school.

Negative experience: ضحك علي العقول في الrta بعيد في ال emergency brake ل تاني مره وبسقط بأسباب وهميه والسياره بتقف لحالها ولما جيت سألت بيرد بتكبر ويقولي ما عندي تكنيك .. بس لمجرد اني تجاوزت كل الباركينج بنجاح لازم يسقطوني لأسباب وهميه
