Negative experience: WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE..STAFF ALWAYS PROVIDING WRONG INFORMATION AND VERY RUDE STAFF..THEY ALREADY PROVIDED WRONG INFORMATION AND STILL THEY LET ME LISTEN TO THE RECORDED CONVO JUST TO TELL THEY SAID THEY TOLD ME IT'S 4:30 PM NOT 5 PM WHICH STILL INCORRECT INSTEAD PROVIDING THEY JUST PASS LIKE A PINGPONG TO OTHER DEPARTMENT..I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS AND RELATIVES..THEY ARE AlSO LIAR'S..SAYING THAT I DIDN'T MAKE A CALL TO THEIR HOTLINE IN FRONT OF THEIR STAFF I SHOWED THEM MY CALL LOG AND THEIR STAFF CONFIRMED TO ME THAT THAT'S THEIR NUMBER!!
