I truly appreciate Mr Rashed ( Rolla Branch) to support and process my journey essay, I open file since 2021, but i can't do nothing of my busiest time , last month once Visit to Rashed and he advice to go This VIP course and he converted it, Receiving my driving license is an exciting milestone, and I am grateful for the professionalism and efficiency demonstrated by Mr Rashed and My Teacher Mr Wasim throughout the process. ttheir support has made the experience smooth and stress-free. EDI is the best Institute and I will recommend it to all.

Negative experience: I wanted to share my recent experience with the Rolla and Bur Dubai branches, as it has been quite disappointing. Despite multiple attempts, I found that these branches consistently failed to schedule my classes properly. They frequently did not answer the phone, and when I finally contacted the main branch to request that my class and test be scheduled on the same day, they told told to book it through the branch, the person in the branch said they could not without providing a clear explanation. However, I want to acknowledge the positive experience I had with one of your employees at the Qusais branch. He understood my concern and promptly arranged both my class and test. I greatly appreciate this employee’s professionalism and understanding. I strongly recommend that the management provide better training to the staff at the Rolla and Bur Dubai branches to ensure better customer service. Many customers, including myself, are experiencing delays and frustration due to their lack of responsiveness and unwillingness to help.

Fantastic experience: Want to share my experience for EDI. Before choosing driving Course I search many school and visited many also and nowadays we go with google Reviews, and same as I saw EDI review is mix like other schools. But with lots of research and experience of old students finally I choose EDI rolla branch and 4 sure they are best no waiting time no harassment not at all all gone very smoothly. In 2 month May be I called School only 2 time and all my classes questions tests all finished. Highly Recomended. 5 star ✨ School. Don't believe in bad reviews this is not consider because when the student is not up to mark for driving then he will gail and.have to wait for next. So be sure and confideny, and freely join EDI for your driving classes. Thankyou EDI.

Negative experience: Would make you wait for months even if you have paid for the unlimited package. I’ve been waiting for my class for 20 days after I passed my RTA parking exam. Try any other driving school but EDI
