Positive experience: I just got my dubai driving license through DDC hor al Anz branch.. My instructor Mr. FAZAL MANNAN Helped me and encouraged a lot to get my driving license.. He is so kind to explain each and every little details and shared his experiences through classes.. Recommended ✌️❤️

Negative experience: Worst client handling.. No clear voice no proper attention..no courtesy at all..Seriously very bad communication.

Negative experience: Their hor al anz branch manager has to improve his customer service skill since I had a very bad attitude response while my first visit for license information. I felt really uncomfortable while he was responding with arrogance. No guidance or process was introduced to me. Only he was replying what I was asking as a super newbie. I had no idea what to ask and how it goes with steps. A gentle suggestion , please explain the process and detailed information with newbies since they always expect to learn the process and decide. If I summarize my review I was a potential customer but no interest was generated because of bad “customer service”

Fantastic experience: I’m happy to announce ‘I got my license today finally’… it was my second attempt though.. no regrets because it made me realize the mistakes I made in my first attempt.. I thoroughly worked on it & finally got my much awaited fruit.!!! I would like to thank Mr. Asim Jamal branch manager of Hor Al anz.. & more importantly my instructor Mr. Abul Hashim sir, he’s been the best, supportive & cooperative instructor all the time. To all those folks out there, never give up & stay focused.. it’s not the end of the world if you fail, get back up & try again & you’ll surely succeed too. Coz I have been there too..! Bingo!!!

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Dubai Driving (Hor Al Anz Branch) , especially to my instructor ( Ijaz kahn and sajjad khan) and branch manager Amir Sir. All of them very really supportive and cooperative with em and as a result a got my license in first try. They all were really friendly. All in all it was amazing experience.
