One of the best coordinators in booking classes in Drive dubai is Mr. Muzammil at Motor city branch, brother sincere thanks from my side for all the support you have provided. 2. Also i thank Mr. Abrar for covering up in the absence of Muzammil perfectly with the same promptness. 3. If any of you need the perfect instructor to go for then its Mr. Jaffer. He is a great instructor who is patient, friendly and smart in identifying weakness and provides the key advise in rectifying them. Thanks a ton brother for your great support. Especially giving me the perfect refresher class and helping me in clearing both the parking and road test in my first attempt. 4. The other instructor whom I would recommend is Mr. Mehran. Boss you gave me a perfect refresher class before the final road test which helped me a lot in clearing it in first attempt. Thank you brother. 5. Also Mr. Tariq Mohammed Ali, thank you for the key lessons provided during highway and final class. Improvement areas 1. Slight delay in receiving internal assessment dates both for road and parking. It almost takes 7 - 10 days to receive the date. If this is covered, it would make an excellent institute.

Fantastic experience: I finished my license seamlessly thanks to the fast customer service provided by Muzammil in the MotorCity branch, they ensured to train me in the internal school exams to prepare me for the final RTA road test, always booking lessons and exams very quickly. Fantastic experience: Muzzamil, works at the Drive Dubai desk in the First Avenue Mall inside Carrefour. He is the person who organises your learning to drive journey, and he is great at it. He provides exceptional service and support. My 17 and a half year old son signed up with Drive Dubai and Muzzamil made the process as easy as possible. Muzzamil is professional, efficient and supportive, he is always very responsive to messages, he answers queries concerns quickly. He was really helpful at organising my son’s lessons.and his in-depth knowledge and understanding of the driving school’s operations have been invaluable. He goes above and beyond to support learners, making sure they are well-informed and comfortable throughout their journey. My son and I are grateful for Muzzamil's hard work and support, and I would highly recommend him to anyone.. Negative experience: The first experience wasn't too bad. Then trouble began, firstly they made a mistake in the invoice and wouldn't correct it, then we wanted to schedule the driving lessons, impossible. Even if they had confirmed them, nobody showed. When we signed up they told us they could pick us up from our home for the driving lessons, now they're saying that's not possible. We requested a change of contact person, also not possible. I read other reviews and apparently it's the way they conduct themselves. Perhaps writing it publicly will get the attention needed for a solution. So far, worse experience than Galadari, and that's saying something.

Positive experience: My experience overall was great, most of the school staff and instructors were amazing. Only downside is the customer service at Motor city was terrible I had to keep nagging and the agent would ignore me for days sometimes. Otherwise I’d like to extend my thanks to my great instructors, Fahim who helped me pass my initial exam, Islam who taught me parking, Hamad who was very supportive and encouraging and Haytham who taught me all the small tricks before my final test.

Negative experience: The worst driving experience, if you don’t pay for the VIP course, they will give you horrible customer service and ignore you.

Negative experience: AVOID! Terrible management. Their customer support ignores your messages or replies after many days. You have to follow up with them and remind them about every thing. Their booking department will register you for RTA tests without telling you. This has happened multiple times. One time they booked me for an RTA test when I was outside the country and I was forced to pay a fee for missing the test (RTA tests cannot be canceled once you're registered). Management said there was nothing they can do about this and blamed me for their incompetence. Overall an awful experience with them.

Finally after 3rd attempts I passed, I needed to change my instructor coz I felt that im not getting proper training and right information. Its very important that you will get the right intructor for your self and giving solutions/advices to your weakness on the road , im glad that I did the right decision.
