Negative experience: Customer service is terrible. I ended up paying twice as the app had some bug, and their customer service assured me to give the refund within a few days, and I have been following up since oct and still nothing.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend ECO Driving School! Instructors are very Professional and very kind, caring and patient, especially during highly stressful situations. They guides their students to become the safest drivers by thoroughly informing them of the correct protocols in different situations and by encouraging good driving habits. And Special Thanks to Miss Sadaf Nadeem who convinced me and bring me in ECO.

One key person who made a positive impact on my experience was Ahmad Al-Harbi, the Operations Manager. Mr. Al-Harbi’s dedication to maintaining a high standard in operations was evident. He ensured that all processes ran smoothly, from scheduling classes to managing instructors. He was approachable, attentive, and took the time to address any concerns I had, making sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the training. His ability to maintain clear communication and attention to detail made a noticeable difference in the school’s efficiency. Overall, I highly recommend ECO Driving for anyone looking to learn to drive in a supportive, well-organized environment.
