Al Ahli Driving Center BurDubai Branch

Negative experience: I was looking for a driving school and came across an advertisement from Al Ahli Driving Center on Facebook. The ad, posted by someone named Joshua, offered an unlimited package that immediately caught my interest. I reached out to Joshua via WhatsApp, and he directed me to the Bur Dubai branch for ENROLLMENT. But he also informed me to enroll with him online but thanks God I didn't. When I arrived, a staff member named Lizel explained everything to me in detail. That’s when I realized Joshua's post was misleading. Lizel clarified the actual details of the packages, and I understood that what was advertised wasn’t accurate. Unfortunately, I noticed that many customers end up angry with Lizel because of the false information they receive from Joshua's posts. This results in bad reviews and unfair blame placed on her, even though she’s just trying to do her job. I’m calling the attention of Al Ahli Driving Center management to address this issue. It’s disappointing to see that despite repeated customer complaints about Joshua’s misleading ads, no action has been taken simply because he brings in sales. This approach affects customer trust and puts unnecessary stress on employees like Lizel, who is doing her best to help customers. Please be more considerate of your customers and employees. Misleading advertisements might bring in sales, but they harm your reputation and create frustration for everyone involved. 5 STAR TO LIZEL For her honesty and detailed information

Fantastic experience: Al Ahli is a good driving school. I registered in bur dubai. Ms Lizel was very kind and helpful all thru the process, she was very supporting in scheduling my classes and guided me and motivated me to continue even after I fail my final RTA test. My advice to every one who wish to join any diving school please consider going thru all packages they provide, understand what classes will happen in local branches and in head office and see where can you commute easy. Details information on how things will be done after you register that is important. Some time scheduling can be challenging and if the class is in al Quz and you like in other side of city it could be a big hassle to manage time. So find more info and step forward accordingly.

Fantastic experience: My experience in this branch is excellent. Ms Liezl is very kind & helpful, I never had an issue booking/scheduling my classes and assessment. My instructor Mr Mazhar is very good, patient and understanding. I hope to finish all my assessment soon .

Fantastic experience: Al Alhi Driving School is a great institute for you to learn and experience a proper, professional driving with safety precaution. The instructors are great and friendly to the students. The Bur Dubai Branch Personnel/Assistant is well approachable and nice person. I had a great experienced with them. Recommended institute.

Fantastic experience: Location is in industrial area not near to subway station, but the staffs are kind and helpful, also instructors are good, but the most important thing is the fee of driving course are cheaper than other famous institutes. So far I am satisfied
