Fantastic experience: Firstly would like to thank Musalla branch staff Ajesh & Wasim for helping me to get the Driving Licence. They both were very helpful and cooperative, I would suggest EDI Musalla branch for applying for Driving Licence.

Negative experience: They are not giving proper classes...they changing every class with new instructor...they wasted the timing of student....edi peoples not panchual with time....if your class today next class they are giving after month....very bad response from them....in every call they are telling lie

Fantastic experience: I have visited recently to musala branch. Mr Ajesh explained me really well about the process . I'm interested in getting the licence and I'll be visiting the Musalla branch very soon.

Fantastic experience: My recommendation is to use EDI. At the Musalla branch, staff member Mr. Ajesh has clearly explained to me the waiting period after passing the theory test from RTA and also the rescheduling time period after failing. Everything is going well at the moment. I am looking forward to passing my RTA parking test and final test on the first try. In the meantime, if I detect any issues with the service, I can make changes to my review on this page.

Negative experience: This is my personal experience. Do not take any driving class in EDI. This will take you 1 year. You do not get an appointment to get your driving license. Will have to wait for a one month or two. this is the worst service.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Mr. Asgar (Bur Dubai Musalla building co-ordinator for helping me obtain my licence within 2 months from the date of registration. He always heard the requirement of mine and alloted the classes accordingly which helped me to complete my trainings quickly. Never ever ignored or said no. Promptly and patiently answered all queries. And Mr Muhammad Zubair ( Instructor of EDI Fleet No 286) is an excellent instructor. Thank you very much for your patience and teaching method. You have ensured from day 1 that the training should be given to clear final rta test and not just a class of few hours. You gave confidence to control the overall vehicle and keep calm at the same time be it any situation. Thank you very much Mr. Asgar and Mohammad Zubair.

Positive experience: Overall good institute but they have taken more admissions than they can manage. Classes get delayed a lot and time to get driving is increased because of this.

Positive experience: good service but they took too much time. Sir please train to your staff of head branch specially to miss (who is sitting in building no.1). Please tell her how to deal with a customer.

Negative experience: Very poor service Keep on taking extra money after fixed price courses also Each booking take 15 days In 5 month 1 give my first assessment And till now it’s pending I will not recommend to anyone. Even my friend was about to take courses I recommend other institute.
