Negative experience: The slots are very far.. They dont have enough capacity to manage this much students.

Negative experience: I will not recommend to any new students to go with excellence driving school they don’t provide you good service waiting period is also more as compared to other schools i am in final road test every month i am giving only one or 2 time test waste of time and money as well❌

Fantastic experience: Honestly i had a wonderful experience, especially the manager of the business bay branch Mr.Waseem he is a very professional and nice person. The instructors are also great i had Mr.Asim as my instructor and he was very expert and professional. Got my licence in the first attempt. Really happy with the experience

Negative experience: If i could give -5 stars i would. Horrible service , they treated me really bad they dont care about their costumers. First i registered in this branch and they did not tell me i take parking classes and test in al qusais which is far. then it was really hard to book tests and classes as you have to wait for two weeks each time then they wouldnt schedule my rta exam. then when i wanted to take my file and leave the school it took me 2 months everytime they ask me to go somewhere then go meet the manager but the manager is never there. untill i complained to RTA. after 6 months i didnt even get my license and had to retrieve my file. their constumer service dosnt care to help you none of the managers try to help after they take your money. Worst experience ever they wasted my time ans energy and money. Plus they instructors not all.of them of course were teaching me wrong and gave me wrong tricks that made me fail. horrible service
