Areas for Operational Improvement

While the overwhelming majority of reviews are highly favorable, a few observations highlight areas where the school could enhance its operational efficiency. Some students noted that during peak times, waiting periods can be lengthy due to high demand and limited instructor availability. In one instance, a student reported waiting over 45 minutes and facing scheduling challenges that forced them to seek alternative options. This suggests that while the service quality is high, managing customer flow and appointment scheduling could be optimized to reduce wait times and improve the overall student experience.

• Streamline appointment scheduling processes
• Manage peak-hour student flow more effectively
• Ensure consistent availability of instructors
• Improve communication regarding wait times
