Negative experience: Here’s a draft for a strongly worded review: Extremely Disappointed with Galadari Company for Car Learning I had the worst experience with the customer service at Galadari. The staff was unbelievably rude and disrespectful, which made it impossible for me to proceed with opening a file with them. Despite raising my concerns, no appropriate action was taken to address the issue. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I will not tolerate being treated this way. I am left with no choice but to escalate this matter to the appropriate authorities to ensure such behavior is not repeated with others. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to think twice before dealing with them. There are far better, more professional options available.

Fantastic experience: Mahmoud assisted me into opening my file he did everything less than hour. He guided me into the next steps I need to conduct. I would suggest to go for hime if you want to finish everything at the same day.

Negative experience: I took a class with jinymol bose, she didn’t pay attention to the class time she was late and never paid attention to her schedule !!!.

Negative experience: Working hours on Google Maps are wrong. It says they open at 8am but there is nobody at the counter at 9.20am. Lulu staff said that Galadari driving school staff comes in only at 9.30am. please update your timing on Google Maps.

Fantastic experience: I am taking classes with Ms. Jinymol Bose and she is the most patient person I’ve ever met. She’s cooperative and enthusiastic and very nice and friendly. I am honestly lucky to have her as my instructor and I didn’t want my classes with her to end so quickly yet. I recently did my first initial driving assessment with Ms. Sameena, a very kind and sweet lady, and passing with her was easy alhamdullilah. Edit: Five months fast forward, the services provided by GMDC are not the best. The contact services are utterly terrible. The timings are not suitable, and are very far. The location is not good and the prices on each assessment are unbearably pricey. I don’t recommend

Fantastic experience: نشكر الأخ بلال موظف فرع اللولو الورقاء سابقا على تعاونه واستجابته السريعة في حجز المواعيد ولكن للاسف تم نقله الى فرع اخر ونرجو من الاخوة المسؤولين اعادة تعيينه الى فرع اللولو الورقاء لما له من حاجة ماسة في خدمة المواطنين والعرب المقيمين في المنطقة.
