Negative experience: scammers they make you fail your tests on purpose so that you have to pay again to admit the test.

Negative experience: I just want to raise my disappointment I felt with this driving center. I don't have problem with the staff they are very helpful and accommodating. My only concern was that it was like they were only concern with taking money from people. I had a license from Philippines, Qatar, and Kuwait and I passed all just for one take. And when I came here in UAE I never thought taking license need to be a super human and u don't have to mess up for a small mistake you will fail. I felt like the examiner from Belhasa were only focusing with the mistake the examinee will make instead of taking into consideration how confident you drive. I am not a first timer and Alhamdulillah I have never had accident since I started to learn driving. I don't see the point why they have that kind of system Two times being failed with the road test gives a trauma already to take for another test and another payment. It's really unreasonable.

Negative experience: DISASTER!!! Extremely disappointed with this school. Failed RTA, straight away went to update result at counter 8, same time paid for next test. Went back to counter 8 to book next RTA test after payment. Guy refused to assist telling to book online. I had issue with online booking, he said that results will be updated later. Left the school, result updated and tried to book next test. Guest what!? It does not allow me showing to pay fees!!! Which I already paid few hours back. Then I called the school, they advised that they have issue in their system, however test department will call me. NO ONE CALLED!!! I called them back, as the slots were getting not available any more! They assured me - concern department will call me back. I explained situation regarding slots and asked to call me at the earliest. Guess what?! No one called me, when I tried to call third time - their working hours finished and day I wished to book is not available any longer. Avoid this school. Same to book classes. Concerned person (Umar) will never pick up your call and never call you back. So you will be lucky to catch him and book classes. Paying not cheap price all the time without delays and getting this shitty service. Brahhh …

Negative experience: Extremely Disappointing Experience with Belhasa Driving School I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service and experience I have had at your driving school. After a year of attending your classes, I still cannot pass the driving exam, and the reasons are directly tied to the poor quality of instruction and service I have received. Firstly, the instructors lack fundamental teaching skills. Their English proficiency is inadequate, making it very difficult to understand instructions clearly. Furthermore, some of them seem unqualified and unable to teach the necessary skills for safe and competent driving. Secondly, the school’s policies are unfair and show no regard for student circumstances. For instance, when I was unwell, I attempted to cancel my class. However, because your team was on holiday, I was unable to inform you within the required 48-hour window. Despite this, I was still penalized and charged for the class—something that felt entirely unreasonable given the circumstances. Additionally, the school is not supportive or accommodating in any way. Everything seems geared towards extracting more money rather than providing genuine assistance to help students succeed. The lack of professionalism and rude behavior from your staff further compounds the frustration. This has been, without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had with any service provider. I want to make it clear that I will never, ever recommend your school to anyone. I am part of a very large community, and I will ensure everyone knows how unprofessional,unhelpful and rude your school is. Your reputation will reflect the service you provide.
