Positive experience: From my experience, its such a good school with experienced trainers. Mr.Arif Noor, ohw my.. so exceptional and calm. The receptionist though needs to be more involved in work than the phone.

Negative experience: Very bad experience, I asked them for a receipt, I waited two months and they still didn't give me, I told them to cancel, they said no. This was the worst driving lesson I've ever taken.

Negative experience: THINK THRICE BEFORE JOIN *Customer service is worst. *Unnecessary delay. To book a class or test each and every time need to visit the office where as in other school through a phone call you can book it, (very difficult to reach the center, metro then bus / taxi) need account clearance every time it cause unnecessary waste of time and money. Staff behave very arrogantly ( exceptional very few) by thinking that they are doing something free for the customer. No coordination between the departments, will send one department to another. If you visit 8 am they say to come by 8:30am and in the evening 4:30 or 4:45 visit they say visit tomorrow. For class if you are late for 5 minutes they scold a lot and finish the class 10 minutes early, instructors just want to finish the class time ( not forgetting the very few good souls ). They don't value the time and money of the students..

Negative experience: In this institute customer service and training services is worse. After getting 6 month training there is no professionalism. And when I transfer my file to another school I went there twice they don't have experience to greet customers they give prefer only their fee. And when I am calling regarding to my refund amount. It's delaying from last week., I called to service center and try to confirm regarding my due. Kindly confirm asap I can not come again and again it is very tough to come every time by transport and take a leave from work.

Negative experience: If you want to book class you need to go to Driving center itself and not solutions are given online. If you take package then every time you need clearance. Even after writing emails no one from service team has cared to reply.
