Negative experience: Had a terrible experience especially with the branch representative who kept booking dummy classes and not informing us of the classes he booked. The refund of AED 50 took 2 WEEKS !!! They were so hesitant to pay back the cash despite being at fault. When sharing our feedback, the branch rep seemed very adamant and gas lighting us regarding his health issues :) Lives up to the name (Might want to remove to the letter 'L' from galadari)
