When I faced difficulty in booking classes, she went above and beyond to assist me, which I truly appreciated. Overall, Sukaina is not just a skilled instructor but also a great support system. Fantastic experience: The best driving institute in Dubai in terms of everything. They cover all aspects, their customer service is so good. Their response is very quick, You'll get the classes early, the instructors are so professional and they all teach the same thing. Examiners are also very understanding and lenient. I got my license in first try in 1 month. All the credit goes to their Customer Representative Almas. She was the one who convinced me to open my file here and hers skills are amazing. I would recommend to people who are confused with Dubai's driving licence institute. Saif Belhasa is the one. Go for it and meet Almas. She will make you feel relaxed and confident.

My instructor Mohd Salman Khan trained me properly to learn the UAE driving rules and given best guidelines ever to achieve my goal.. Negative experience: A package with pickup and drop is waste of money as in 2 hours of class 1 hour they will calculate for pickup and dropoff. 1 hour only you will get the training. Whereas the more you practice in driving you are the better driver. Hence requesting in pickup and drop to give extra 30 minutes atleast to get proper training

Firstly I would like to thank Mr. Mohammed Saleem Durrani for guiding and helping me throughout the process, if it weren’t for him I would have selected the wrong package. Also he assisted me very well wherever possible. Only because of His clear explanation about the driving licence procedure , I chose Belhasa driving centre. Also would like to thank the instructor Mr.Umair Fayyaz Ahmed for being the best instructor. He is absolutely professional, patient and ensures to fine tune your areas of weakness. Fantastic experience: I suffered three internal test failures before switching instructors with Mr. Moeen's assistance. I had the pleasure of learning to drive with Mrs. Sukaina Fatima and i couldn’t be more grateful for the experience at Belhasa Driving Center Qusais.Alhamdulillah I passed the internal test on my fourth try and the internal parking test on my second try. Whenever I made mistakes, Mrs. Sukaina Fatima provided constructive feedback in a calm and encouraging manner, helping me understand how to improve without feeling discouraged. Alhamdulillah I eventually passed the RTA road test and parking on my first try. Overall, I highly recommend Mrs. Sukaina Fatima to anyone looking for a driving instructor who is knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated. Fantastic experience: I inquired in many schools, their prices were cheaper but the service and one to one guidance i got from Belhasa is execptional. I had my training with Mr. Fazal Akib. One of the best instructors in Belhasa who helped me from zero in driving with lots of patience, would surely recommend him. My tests were taken by Shabana ma'am who is one of the best examiner in Belhasa. She trained me so perfectly by giving me retrys in tests that in finals i passed easily within 3 and half months, specially the RTA parking test. They prepared me so well for RTA final that i passed in 1st try. Would anyday recommend Belhasa if you want to save time and money. One of the best staff they have.

Fantastic experience: Today it was my first session on training with my instructor Mr Muhammad salman khan murtuza and had an extremely great experience as I have learnt lot of new things in driving safety and responsibility of being on a road whether you drive or walk as a pedestrian which we were not aware being a holder of 10+ year of home country driving license, I must need to mention they quality of teaching and experience I had at belhasa al qusais branch...highly recommended for the residents who are willing to apply for a UAE driving license

Negative experience: Extremely bad... Not recommended at all Only very active to get money but once u start the online service you will discover the problem it is not working. And u have to call them every day many time to send u the code Still we did not finish the theoritical part and I am sure the practical part will be same or worst..

Fantastic experience: I just got my license from Belhasa’s new branch in Al Qusais and it was a really efficient experience. There is no waiting time for majority of the tests and for the road test schedule the waiting time is definitely much shorter compared to other driving schools. This allowed me to finish the course at the shortest time possible. I would like to highly recommend my instructors Ansal Ansari and specially Umair Fayyaz for being a great and patient teacher. Instructor Umair’s teaching style is very informative from theoretical to practical. I would also like to thank Ms Shabana and Mr Asghar who were very helpful during the assessments and Ms Noreen in test dept for being super nice always.

Fantastic experience: Mr. Omaar, the person-in-charge here knows his trade very well, and is sincere to his customers. I’d say that I was sold SB’s programme much by his interaction. This outlet is just a facilitation centre, and you’d have to take the lectures and tests from any of their four main centres, the nearest being at Jaddaf (near Al Wasl Sporting Club). Transportation can be arranged from the stadium metro station (or any metro station in the immediate vicinity of this office) to the training centre and back if you opt for the regular hours, while the ward has to arrange transportation to the training centre on their own if night classes are opted. Again, Mr. Omaar is a one-man-show who does a miraculous job of running this outlet well, which he says he has been doing since the past 12 years.
