Positive experience: DISCLAIMER: It's my personal opinion, my friends suggestion. But, it's not any kind of promotion/endorsement for EDI. Emirates Driving Institute (EDI) is one of the best and most professional driving learning centers, having few branches in Dubai. If people don't have enough money, my personal opinion is to get registered under "Unlimited Package." Before registering for EDI, it is advised to be patient until you get your driving license. Mostly, it'll take 3-6 or months to get a driving license. However, it depends on the learning abilities of the candidate. Following are a few important points to remember and follow for ease in obtaining a driving license. 1. Always present 30 mins (my personal opinion) before your scheduled classes. NEVER come late - you'll be marked absent 2. NEVER SKIP a class 3. Always wear shoes for driving classes and tests 4. Do not speak while learning, driving along with the trainer 5. Follow all the instructions given by the EDI and its trainer 6. Trainers are professionals, kind, and strict NOTE: Sometimes, it'll be late to acquire your license because the number of people undergoing training is large in numbers.

Negative experience: I have heard from the people good reviews for the driving school but it sad to say that it about 6 months and every time i have to call and chase for the class... Its taking too long for me to complete the class... I hope their will be improvement because at this time we can't switch to other institutions and we pay full amount unlimited class

Negative experience: Worst for unlimited course. Giving classes nearly 1 month. In Ramadan no classes for unlimited course selectors

To get licence in UAE itself is the greatest achievement..EMIRATES DRIVING INSTITUTE IS THE best for achieving the LICENCE very helpful in every step achiving licence. Negative experience: Poor customer service except one guy his name is Fazil he is verry helpful. There is one written sentence in front desk "how we can make you happy" only that person Fazil you xan feel that implemented that sentence.
