Negative experience: Driving instructor changes at the last minute. Pickup was committed but the driving instructor changed therefore cannot give pickup. Not a good experience

Negative experience: One star is also too much. There should be an option for negative ratings as well.

Negative experience: Not recommended. Waste of money and time. Please don't opt for the services from them. A special request to RTA, please check the videos of their tests as they are doing the partiality. The people who are taking the tests are giving advantage to a few. This is so disappointing and is a question to the standard and policy of Galadari Motors.

Negative experience: Worst institute….. Not recommended at allllllll…… Stay away with them to save your time and money

Negative experience: Very bad service. Taking money in advance and not providing timely assistance and service. Not proper answer by their team and also telephone service also poor. I am feeling regret to choose this driving institute. I would not recommend any one.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended to go with Galadari Motor Driving Centre for your driving license journey I opened my file at end of last month and today I have passed my RTA parking test. I got back to back classes and with the help of Galadari sraff (Instructors & Examinars) it was a wonderful experience. Special thanks to Miss Arooj for all the help and guidance.

Negative experience: Extremely poor customer experience with the receptionist / coordinator Urooj. Inability to provide concrete and full information, non responsive to calls or queries. I feel like I’ve made a mistake signing up with this school. Further to above I co ti ye to have poor experience with mentioned agent. In recent experience she took the charges for the assessment test but didn’t book the test. I had to come back again for the same issue to branch. Apparently no one is doing anything about my concern and no one tried to reach out to me to address my issues. Galadari MDC seriously needs to take corrective actions and measure to improve customer experience.

Positive experience: Instructor Fiaz Ahmed Muhammad is one of the best! I had him when he was temporarily relocated to Mirdif and his teaching is very thorough. It was my first time with a male instructor and I was pleasantly surprised. His attention to detail and gentle way of teaching really helped me get over my fears of driving. Helped me pass the initial driving assessment!

Negative experience: Awfully overbooked, if you have too much time and money look no further. The lessons are fine, they aren't good but they aren't terrible. Instructors gave me wrong information sometimes but it wasn't a problem. If you take manual you will be driving an old Nissan Sunny with 200k+ km and a barely functioning gearbox. The tests on the other hand are awful. If you want to book online, you must call the school and ask the booking department to call you back. They can't transfer you to the booking department for unknown reasons and the callback can take more than a day, by which time the slot that you wanted to book is taken. Even if you get your slot it will be over a month from when you book it. When I failed my RTA test I and tried to rebook they gave me a date in the middle of February and were shocked when I didn't want to wait that long. I then came in to request the documents needed to transfer to another school and an exam and extra lessons slots magically appeared! So I stayed and got failed again. The test itself is a problem because of RTA, but the wait is inexcusable. To add insult to injury to get your transfer documents you must pay 210 dirhams.

Negative experience: No one attending the call, and the staff no have any responsibility, not giving value for customer.and so delay for license process

Negative experience: [Edit] I went there today and had a very good experience, Fardhan Yousuf was very clear and supportive. Definitely recommend. Nevertheless GMDC as a business is not very good, even bad. They lie, charge more than the agreed fees, have bureaucracy like crazy, and won’t deliver on promises made. Not the same good impression I had at the beginning for sure. Stay away if you want a quick and smooth process…

Negative experience: EDI IS THE BEST. It’s just google does not have negative ratings I’m forced to give one star. It’s worth no stars. GALADARI IS THE WORST DRIVING SCHOOL. The per service only is so bad then after service will definitely be worst. I visited the pavilion branch to inquire about the fees and class, ty e guy in the counter was so least interested to answer or explain anything. I was asking him then he was like here (pointing in the paper) I had to ask him abt the eye test I had to ask him if they offer pick n drop I had to ask him if the have night class these are the the things he is suppose to proactively tell. Instead he just pulled a paper said this is the fees if u pay full then this is you pay in instalments then this. Who will explain about the driving permit the test where will the test be conducted where will the class be conducted what are the other services like eye test nothing he explain in fact he was busy on his phone sending voice note to someone saying ‘two customers had come they will come again tomorrow to register’ I mean that’s also work but when someone is standing in front of you don’t you have that professionalism to great and explain the customer the process, I was very clear when I asked him I said “ it’s my first time enrolling a fresh candidate I want to know the process n fees” I was expecting an explanation in detail but got nothing.

Negative experience: GMDC is good. But This man who sit here very lazy person & he don't even wanna get up from chair. I don't know how other tolerating him & neither he give you response nor he answer phone.. Very irrespective behaviour towards students. Especially he respect people by nationality, I Observed it. Atleast GMDC management should visit there & watch silently how he behave. If there is option to give Minus star I will -100 also for this man.
