Fantastic experience: EDI is very professional and has very good Instructors. I had an apportioning to learn from great instructors like Ms. Myrna, Mr. Mohd Hussain, Mr. Arif and Mr. Yacoob. Each one of them taught me patiently and helped me develop my skills and worked on my drawbacks. Mr. Asif at the Business Bay branch is extremely helpful and helped through the entire process at every step helping me book multiple training lessons and tests at my convenience. Negative experience: Very rude employee of business bay branch .they are not able to book test and classes and the hang over the phone rudely.I was taking support from Mr Fawad, he always tried to help, but there is one more person Mr. Asif he is very rude and doesn’t care about the clients. Please don’t deal with him

Patience is required but the service is good I am so blessed to have Ms Juliana who is my instructor so patience and so calm I cleared my assessment all because of her good technique and I believe patience calm is very imp for a instructor to teach student and I realy got that instructor also want to thanks to Ms Salma who was so polite while taking my exam , she has not made me feel nervous and infact gave me confident . Fantastic experience: Mr. Fawad is having excellent communication skill which is definitely helping to connect many and getting maximum Candidates’s to EDI. He helped everyone. He helped me by giving/ managing the fast classes which helped me to clear my test. I met many candidates who used to come to EDI Business Bay Branch just to say Thank you to him for helping to pass exam. I am staying in Executive Tower. I mentioned his name on community group so many new upcoming candidates will get the opportunity to get the driving license through EDI. WDI has good standards. Although it’s high so no doubts until and unless you are driving properly thru will not pass you. So good co-ordinator who can lined up your classes as per your best schedule is also required. Mr. Fawad is very good in scheduling and handling the candidates. I recommend him.

Negative experience: A dreadful driving instruction with no customer service. Trying to book lessons is ridiculous and extremely frustrating. To be always told wait 10 days. If I had not have paid for the package up front I would be moving else where. I would not recommend this driving school to anyone. It was a gift for my son which I feel very disappointed with.

Negative experience: Worst experience! They only care about taking your money. They provide wrong information and then they take no responsibility , <> attitude, hard to communicate or get hold of them on the phone. Would avoid this branch 100%.

Negative experience: Trying to organise classes for one of my staff. Head office very helpful and told me to call Academic City branch to check a few details. Staff member there kept telling me that Business Bay branch is closer (it's not). I asked him to look at the map but he said "I'm not looking at the map". He has just lost you my business.

Negative experience: Worst customer service of the business bay branch. They purposely avoid your phone call. I have to book my yard training, I called the first time and the guy said he will call me back in some time.as I don’t wanna waste my time so I tried calling back, he purposely didn’t pick up, after that I called over 50 times but the guy didn’t pick up. Totally disgusted by the poor customer service.

Negative experience: I would not recommend anyone to join EDI, they are just wasting the time and money. Really bad experience. For one date there is a long long wait of one month. I have a regret why I ddnt go through from the reviews before.

Negative experience: Customer service is 0 . I tried calling several times but always busy or nobody answers the call. Call center even worst . Their operation system is very bad , no explanation , no prior information nothing . You have to wait so long to book your class and by the time the learning permit is expired. This is clearly waist of money for the consumer and pure open business from the school. I was very exited joining EDI but ended up very disappointed with their service. Regretting my decision to enroll in this school. My friend’s experience with other schools has been very smooth and quick and even cheaper . I will never recommend EDI “the number 1 driving institute in UAE” to my friends and family.

The system is always down or slow. They said they will call back but never heard of them even after several days. Very unsatisfied with their service. Regretting my decision to enroll in this school.
