Fantastic experience: Very Nice institute for getting driving Liecnce My instructor Mohamed Ahmed Mahmoud who transformed my apprehension into confidence with patience, expertise, and unwavering support. I knew I was in good hands. Their calm demeanor immediately put me at ease, easing any nerves I had about learning to drive. Their wealth of experience was evident as they effortlessly guided me through the intricacies of operating a vehicle, instilling in me a sense of assurance with every lesson.

Negative experience: I'm forced to give a miserable 1-star rating due to the abysmal services rendered by your staff at your branch between 8:15 to 8:30 PM. While attempting to pay my brother's fees, I witnessed a shocking display of rudeness. One customer monopolized the staff's time discussing a driving license, and when another person tried to seek assistance, they were callously told to wait. Moreover, the staff had the audacity to instruct me to sit down forcefully, and when I questioned this, they arrogantly dismissed my concerns, claiming they only follow management instructions. This is an utterly disgraceful lack of professionalism at the front desk. Your staff urgently needs a reality check on customer service.

Negative experience: Worst driving learning school I have ever seen in my life. Getting a class is so difficult. It's so hard to book a class, hardly one can get a class once a month. Until the student forgets all the rules. I will never recommend anyone to register here. It's so bad and there is no one responsible person to talk. Customer care agents doesn't know anything they just say you will get a call from us for class booking. So annoying, ugly.

Negative experience: Horrible!!!! Just recommend to everyone avoid this place!!! The only helpful person there is Shah from customer service, he is trying he's best, the rest just not gonna care much. If you planning to take the transportation option there - good luck! Even the supervisor of these drivers, first of all, starts laughing when you complaining and can't give you even correct information about the timing and the car. I feel so bad that I wasted that much money on this place.

Negative experience: My name is Richa lalcheta - File No. SL261 Bin Yaber is the worst institution, they never share the correct Information. Once your learning license is expired (3 month duration), you have to pay AED 120, which was not inform to us. Further, after your knowledge test there is waiting period of 20 days as well. So Ideally you only get 2 months and 10 days to finish your course and not complete 3 months time also. How can they charge additional AED 120 when they are not giving us total of 3 months to finish our course. Mohammed Shan - Call Center executive is so rude. He is blaming me that I should have asked all the questions, how will I know what are the charges and what are the rules of an institution. Athar the sales executive at Dubai Silicon branch where I did my registration didnt inform me about this charges. If he had informed me then I might have never register with Bin Yaber since there are ideally not giving me complete 3 months of complete the course. Bin Yaber team should compensate me for not providing correct information to me Horrible and disappointed with this.

Positive experience: Joined Bin Yaber in the month of March and everything was new when it came to driving in Dubai. The institute has a well structured roadmap starting from road training, yard training and all the assessments until the final RTA road-test. The instructor who was assigned to me, Mr. Rashid Rehman (a.k.a GURUJI) is one of the best instructor whom I've come across throughout my experience with Bin Yaber and I highly recommend the people enrolling to ask for him as instructor who trains you from the basics till you improve the skills that will make you pass all the assessments in single attempt. The journey was a bit bumpy but finally got my driving license today. I highly recommend this driving institute as in my point of view it is value for money and also all the staffs are helpful.
