Negative experience: I do NOT recommend this school at all. If you want to get your license in a few months, I suggest looking at other schools. I opened my file in September and paid all the fees in advance with a flexi package. The agent told me it was not a busy time and that I would get my license in months because there were empty and available classes. However, I'm currently getting classes every five days. Right now, I'm in road training, but they scheduled my next session for ten days from now, and night class slots are only available after twenty days. The RTA assessment isn’t available until the end of November. I have no idea when I will finish all my classes or when I can take my final RTA exam. My question to the school is: if you don’t have this many slots available, why did you allow me to purchase the flexi package and pay extra? I was planning to transfer my file to a different school, but they are making me wait over ten days to get my documents. So, if you want to get your license in one or two months, I recommend finding a different school.

Negative experience: I have been trying to get my driving licence for more than 6 months. From my side - I passed all the obligatory theory videos in 1 day; and passed 16 required hours of driving practice in 8 days - literally, no one can do it faster. For the remaining 5 months and 22 days - I am stuck on calls with Ecodrive, dealing with their unprofessionalism and bureaucracy. It’s impossible to schedule an RTA exam. The smart yard test can only be done in the head office, which is super far away from the city. So you either need to spend 250-300 AED for taxis every time, or you spend hours on the Ecodrive free bus I already extended my learning permit twice. Strong “no go” recommendation.

Negative experience: I had my first parking class a couple of days ago. The instructor was so impatient and had a bad attitude. As a first time learner, I was appalled by his attitude. It was just a very unpleasant experience. As a result, I immediately had to change the instructor for the other classes.

Negative experience: I must express my disappointment with their services. Despite initial enthusiasm from their sales manager and team prior to signing up and making payment, the level of customer service dramatically declined thereafter. Initially, the sales manager was persistent in their communication, calling me daily to promote their services. However, once I made the decision to enroll and paid for the course, the communication ceased entirely. Attempts to schedule my driving lessons and exam were met with constant obstacles, as I found it impossible to reach anyone in management to address my concerns. Furthermore, the lack of responsiveness and inability to schedule my lessons and exam have left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with my experience. I would recommend to others exploring alternative options with companies that prioritize customer satisfaction and communication.

For a single piece of paper ! 1 day to booked schedule for NOC but hey you need to go all the way to there office and meet the manager for schedule. 2 day to get NOC but hey you need to waste your entire day to keep to wait again . Just annoying the system there system the 5mins become full day! Overall waste of money and time not recommended I’m happy to switch other school not too far like ECO drive

However, it's unfortunate that there are some delays in the classes. Hopefully, they address and resolve the issue promptly for a smoother learning experience.

Negative experience: I am not happy at all with the behaviour of staff and too much delay for class booking. I am currently the student of school and facing too much delayed for booking classes. Very rude behaviour of and unprofessional staff. They are giving 10 to 15 days delay for class it take long time for me take the licence. At start I was recommending this school to my friend and others. But now I will not recommend to any other persons. Their sales staff saying something different and when you booked and paid there is something different. School should have a complaint department or customer care department.

Negative experience: Terrible Experience with Rude Staff at Dubai Silicon Oasis Eco Drive. I submitted all the documents to your DSO staff,registered and even get approval from RTA, it was nothing short of a nightmare due to the incredibly rude staff. First he asked me about ejari which I already provided and he said he needs tenancy contract I also provided, after all the docs he said this is not ejari and he cant accept it. There is only one ejari in dubai so if he thinks its wrong format then I cant do anything. He still assumed that it was not correct ejari. Second I gave and showed to different companies my home country license and quickly when is the start date of my license. The guy from eco drive DSO said he cant find the start date and I should check my own ID. I didnt have any other license other than this. So I can't produce anything impossible. After all documents submitted he was still not able to find the date the start date, so after registering, he was still asking for the date. He said he cant find because he only has 2 months experience and he told me to go to other company because I didn't pay the amount to his friends bank account. I told him i can pay only to company bank account and he was still very rude and insisting me to pay to his friends bank accounf. it was clear that customer service was not a priority for him. He was consistently dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of helping me it he showede like I was a burden It was evident that he lacked basic manners and failed to communicate in a professional and respectful manner. And told me many times to just go to another company instead of helpinv me out . Overall, my experience with eco drive was terrible. rude staff was incredibly disappointing. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and disrespectful attitude left a lasting negative impression. I strongly advise anyone not to consider this driving school, as the staff's behavior will likely hinder your learning experience and dampen your enthusiasm for driving.

Negative experience: IT's A SCAM - Go for other schools not for cheaper price and Miserable experience I suggested this school to my friend because of the price and helped her enroll in it. They have been promoting their flexi package and Unlimited package telling students that they can take 7 days a week class and I made sure before enrolling her into Flexi package everyone from the customer service ensured that we can take 7 days a week class in the evening. Theory and test finished Time to book practical classes: - Sorry we don't have schedule available for the next 10 days on your desired location plus we have only female instructors available in Main branch which is super far away. - Okay then book anywhere in Dubai - 3 Different location only able to get 3 days booked by spending a lot of time researching. - Festival City, Al Quoz and Deira City Centre - Teacher misbehaving with her asking to hook him up with someone from her country Next booked classes on Saturday in Main branch with female instructor in the evening - She is too tired to teach Booked more classes in Main branch because no other place have proper schedule Internal Assessment Passed More classes for Parking which is only available in Main Branch Internal Assessment for Yard passed Book RTA test - We have a long queue. RTA team will call you (Which is their internal team name not RTA office) 10 days have been passed called like 10 times already and no one contacted maybe they need another 10-20 days because of over booking of students which they cannot entertain because they don't have enough resources but want to make more money. CONCLUSION: GO FOR OTHER SCHOOL WHICH ARE INSIDE THE CITY AND NOT THESE SCAMMERS WHO ARE MAKING PEOPLE'S LIFE MISERABLE.
