Negative experience: I joined Burjuman center by seeing the reviews in google but it seems specially requested. Very bad treatment they ignore once you pay. Need to wait hours to talk and the lady does not even bother to ask or request to wait . She just ignores as if you are unwanted.

Negative experience: Absolutely ridiculous , they aren't able to issue even my learning permit, I don't know what kind of staff is working in this branch. I opened my file in January and the consultant that time didn't apply in the RTA then my visa expired, I went again with my renewed visa say before and this lady yesterday took over 1 hour to find my file and still didn't issue my learning permit!!! I don't understand what's the problem.they keep asking me to visit the branch 3v3ry alternate day! I feel like this is a law suit office not

Negative experience: Such a bad customer service I visited the office for learning permit I waited for one hour they couldn’t find the my file when I asked what happened they said sir the guy who opened your file he is off today that’s why taking so long .seriously such a bad system you guys have that couldn’t find my file and at the end I got answer we will call you sir we are open Sunday seriously .

Negative experience: Very dirty performance. Even in call or customer services. Every time i tried to book class or test they are offering me 1 month time atleast and with 3 month learning permit got expired big stupidity to go with gmdc

Negative experience: This is the worst service I am experiencing. All the service promises are defaulted. No one answers the calls and booking for classes takes ages. I did a great blunder by choosing their services. Never expected this kind of support from such large network provider.

Negative experience: When we join for the file opening they say you will finish every classes and exams in time but they never give classes and exam in time and last we will paying for learning permit renewal. galadari is doing fraud with loyal customer. Not even worthy of a single star.A friend of mine takes a package with Unlimited in this Company and in front I take a package with Limited , when my friend fail, he gets the class immediately and When I fail and contact them, They said right now class is not available, The reason is that I have taken a limited package, while my friend has taken an unlimited package, thye had received so much money from my friend. They are not loyal with the customers.They are sitting to rob the customer of money. I really disappointed with galadari and will not at all recommend to anyone. All the people who have given Five star in the review are their own men.

Negative experience: When we join for file opening they say u will finish every classes and Exams in time but they never give classes and exama in time. Always delay... Always delay... We will end up paying for learning permit Renewal may be thrice or four time....and yet we suffer with all procedure due to Galadari mis guides... Not at all happy with service.... Negative experience: I tried to contact Galadari for LMV driving license information few times over the phone....they kept waiting by asking for number of options to choose and ended up disconnecting the line.
Negative experience: Nobody answer your call and line transferred to Call center where you end up waiting for answer. Staff is good but all will have different answer about your query.
Positive experience: They are helpful when you visit branch but they never answered phone calls
