They tailored the lessons to my skill level and always provided constructive feedback. Lastly, thanks to the team of Karama branch and Mr. Shahin he way of communication with clients are really give a confident. Highly recommend this institute to anyone looking for quality driving instruction!

Negative experience: Worse driving school hahaha it will took you a year to finish if you book rta you will wait 1 month also for internal you will wait 1month before get the new schedlue lump sum payment is not a lump sum actually they chages addional 172 105 all hunreds they will charge until you will accumulate 9000 plus expenses worse worse driving school dont ever try this haha

Negative experience: Poor service errors from their sides and they keep you on hold for an hour trying to figure out what to do. I have been calling the land line for 3 days and Muhammad EZz and Ivy keep promising to call me back but no one does I personally don’t think a student should be calling you for over 30 minutes per day to have a simple issue resolved

Negative experience: There are no slots for classes. The time gap between each classes are 10 days or more and then you are forced to look for other branches where it’s your additional cost to travel there. We were told we will get classes next day of Theory test, it took us almost a month to get our first training class. The karama branch has only one trainer and for almost a month they have been telling us they will hire a new trainer but nothing yet. It feels like a scam as we already paid lump sum and now have no options but to go to other branches for classes.

Positive experience: -X-X-X UPDATE X-X-X- Here I am finally after getting my license. It was a good journey. It took a lot of time mainly getting to the institute as it was so far i.e. Dubai industrial City. That was the only downfall. The instructors are amazing. I want to call out Karthick Prem Jude and Bilal Ali Babar who are simply amazing with their approach in their class. They boosted up my confidence. At the branch, I would like to thank Chand and Mubarak who helped me sort out the tests schedules, which if one is not tech savvy then you're going to struggle. Chand and Mubarak were very accommodating working around my schedule. Although we got on to a rough start, thanks to Muhammad Ishaq who gave me attitude till the very last day, instead of humbling down post his disrespectful behaviour, it was good experience minus the travel to the head office as a lot of time goes in travelling through and fro. Muhammad Ishaq is a low level representative of Eco Drive. He has absolutely no customer service skill in him. He literally used the words that we need Get Out as it's not his time to keep the office open when we were waiting for the transport that was not accommodated for my wife and me. I managed to get a spot on the bus as my test was early but my wife had to stay back as her test was later along with another Sri Lankan who was not well versed to speak up. Muhammad Ishaq had the audacity to tell them to stand outside the office as it's not his problem as he had a class but then later on told them to go to the neighbouring restaurant. And all of this in the peak of summer where it was so hot. Ridiculous. When confronted today, he told us it's not his problem to manage the transport for us and he said we can quote that he said to Get Out. Osama, who is the other rep in the office was a witness to this. I don't do negative reviews and don't hope ill but Muhammad Ishaq doesn't deserve a job and should be fired. I hope their CCTV footage has the audio recorded of the conversation this evening. Eco Drive Management needs to take action against such ill mannered staff.
