Negative experience: Я уже на протяжении полу года учусь в этой школе. Отвратительная система в целом , каждый шаг будет стоить вам денег . Столько нервов и денег ушло . А сотрудники , которые занимаются записями по телефону не корректно общаются и не решив вопроса, повышают голос и бросают телефон . Вот такие непрофессионалы там работают . Очень пожалела, что выбрала эту школу и никому не советую идти туда . А те кто берут ВИП пакет , им делают поблажки и выдают права за неделю это факт .

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience with GMDC , especially Mr Azim and Mr Farhan. From the moment I walked in, they made sure I felt welcomed and taken care of. They were not only professional but also went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met at any point of time and even on their day off . Negative experience: I wouldn’t recommend this school to anyone, they are more focused on the getting money only. Their aim is not to make student give knowledge but how to milk money from them. In order to know when the available exam slot or driving classes is you have to first pay and the slots you will get after 15 days. Staff is well trained to get money out of clients. Worst experience

Fantastic experience: Had a good experience if not great. By God's grace got my license few days ago. Galadari as an entity was helpful just like any other schools, classes on Saturday are within the same price which seems to be an added advantage. The internal tests are a bit difficult but it makes sense as that helped me clear the RTA Test quite quickly. Special mention to Jolina De Dios, she was my POC from the very beginning, that's when I got enrolled in Dubai Mall (this branch is closed), from offering discount to booking my classes, rescheduling my exam, she was always proactive and helped alleviate my by a considerable extent. TBH I didn't expect her to support me after selling the Package, however I'd acknowledge her support through the process. Thanks to Galadari and Jolina!

Fantastic experience: 5 STAR for Mr.Farhan, from inquiry, opening file, renewing the student permit and most especially with booking the class slots, from A-Z he had helped us during the tedious journey (even when he is on vacation, he is very reachable), KUDOS to you Farhan! Positive experience: Customer service is the best thing in the school..as mr farhan khan...and the ladies in the main office the training was not good enough...some of the trainers gave sincerely and some of them didn't I already passed the test..

Negative experience: Everything is really bad no customer service, no slots for classes, unable to schedule tests which resulted into gaps between classes and test for long time and accordingly my wife failed test, 6 months and unable to finish. I wouldn’t recommend and I hope I can take the file to another school but it is too late and still unable to book test. The booths is useless as they are unable to help in any way. No one is able to answer anything.

Negative experience: Wrost scl ever seriously i m on the point to cry they gave me a very wrost experience seriously please don’t visit there they don’t care about ur money n time always fail u n postpone ur test my test got postponed 3 times n i got only 1 test within one month

Negative experience: The assessment examiner failed me by touching my steering wheel because he thought i was going to get inside the main highway while the road was not clear and I am already stepping in the break and stopped. It was my first assessment test and I have been driving for 5 years I can't believe he did that. I was so pissed off I had to take another 8 classes then take an assesment!
