Negative experience: The worst customer service and sales team. They were very quick in taking money and opening a file for me but cancellation is taking them forever. When I called to book classes for my daughter their sales team was very quick in telling me they have lady drivers in al Quoz, but in reality they do not have woman drivers in their al Quoz office. Upon calling them they suggested I go to quasis or jumeirah, if I wanted to start my file there I would go without them telling me so. Keeping in mind I live in Al Quoz !! I have been constantly following up on my cancellation request and I get different messages from the call centre team members Everytime I called. What a waste of time and money, when there are clearly better institutes in Dubai.
Fantastic experience: I'm pleased to honestly share that I cleared my parking test on the first attempt, thanks to the excellent training provided by Hazrat Bilal. I felt very comfortable during the sessions, as all my doubts were addressed immediately, which greatly boosted my confidence.

Negative experience: people are unprofessional they just need your money, they keep collecting customer payment but they dont have slots for appointment, always full for the past 3 months , save your self from trouble find another driving school, worst service ever

Negative experience: Very poor customer service. No proper resolution to the complaint.. even on paying additional payment for weekend. You can’t opt for your desired date and time even on availability. If you try to justify they keep you on pending request so that you get stressed on the waiting time. I would not recommend to any of my acquaintances to joi excellence .. pathetic service. Even without informing you they will change the instructor assigned to you. It’s completely their call to take decisions. I feel helpless . Never go with excellence

Negative experience: Pathetic experience. Every other instructor comes up with different rules, whatever you have learned from previous instructor, your current instructor will say that's wrong method. They have internal conflict and different rules among allAnd the worst part is school test "Examiner never ever says the rules of the test before the test" and then they will fail you for a minor mistake also. They don't value your time, they just see you as money making machine. I will close the file in EXCELLENCE.

Negative experience: Very poor customer care service. The mangers can not be contacted nor can you make any complain via the call center. It is there to make payment only. Next up is the famous email address where you never get a reply. If you want to meet the manager you need to visit the location but there is no guarantee that you will meet them. Next is the instructors there are few good guys but most of the guys wont teach you correct theory. Examiner will teach you new theories on the spot to fail you...lol . No feed back, no revision.... just fail. No criteria to fail you. Their word is the last.... for internal test they will charge you 400 aed... hence they will keep on failing you. No where to complain, no one to complain.... biggest scam in UAE. It is difficult to cancel the file more than any thing. Lol.... A lady who did not want to give her name tried to resolve this by offering a call ....lol . I'm telling you it is difficult to leave this institute than joining it. Dear management if your sleeping wake up. Who is calling from 04 5280796 & refusing to give their name.

Fantastic experience: Truth be told excellence is the only way to go if it comes to pursuing you driving license journey I have passed on the second attempt because I went back and revise my mistakes in the first attempt and I had to pay attention to what my instructor told me For sure the friendly environment these instructors provide to the student enables someone to grab a grip of confidence in the whole process. Negative experience: Im here to my feesbavk ase a fresher lerner you need more time to lern but they give classes like agter one week than next week one class this is my third month start still i get only 4 classes and no proper guidence they take money they forgate to teach its really worse if very slow process no class no time availbilty km cry lot becouse i make wrong dission to join here i feel really bad i cancel my vecaction becouse they said to me you get your lince in three month all process don in threw month but now still my classes and i cancel mu vecation becouse i pay here and not finish the process ghey are not give clases properly always lonv gape ase a fresher we need more driving time and more clases but still its going to compleat three month and i don only 4 classes its super worse please dont join this

Fantastic experience: As my experienced in this school I must say, it was great and amazing. I would like to refer this school to those who are planning to get a driving school.The school is flexible and accessible they provided bus for pick and drop. The time is alloted so you can choose day or night class. Instructors are discipline, patience and good mentors specially to my previous teachers Mr. Mohammad Qasim, Abdullah in Alqouz branch, Ramadan and Waqas Ali in Jumeirah Port they deserved compliments.

Negative experience: The worst driving school! You never get slots here and the instructors provide different instructions in every class. No pick up drop facility available regularly. If you want to have many problems along with the stress of license then come to this place!

Negative experience: School is just open to make money they damn care how people bring money they just need money.The guy sitting in counter is think he is God he don't know how to speak and deal with customer. He thinks that the people who are applying for licence are his servants.

Negative experience: My experience was not good with this Institute. After sales is very bad. The guy sitting in Al Khail Gate Branch, Mr. Wahab If we text him, he replies after 2 days. Doesn’t even know how to speak to a customer. Very bad attitude. Everything delayed. After your class you have to wait for 10-14 days for test. If you want your process to be faster and smoother. Don’t go to this institute.

Negative experience: Disrespect for time, reach there at 11 am today, waited till 4pm to just do the theory test still they didn't do it and postponed, they are the one compelled do it on same day and wasted the time, if it is not possible atleast before 3 pm they should inform why make me to wait and they are not even sorry about, lady over still talking on the phone which still delay the process for booking. Lack of customer service.

Negative experience: They will show providing good facility to peoples but they actually not sharing any materials/couching related materials to the customers, because of that we will always loose our money and morality. Then we will get aggressive and focusing only in the money how much we are loosing. They always happy with smiling face. We need to find the time from our job and stress, and also need to loose the money also we gained by hard times. Always study the things from online word by word, where is the class, where will be test, what time you need to be there, what the procedure to cancel the test/assessment, etc.... Otherwise we'll loose lot's of Dh's, only because of our trust on them. I never trust in this institution, it's my personal experience.

Negative experience: Worst experience of my life. Worst staff to deal with! Ill mannered. Your date comes after 10 days after each class. I will request any of you to please don’t enroll in this school. If you do you will regret with your life.
Negative experience: Excellence Driving center in al quoz is not good because they are taking more days to book classes. Example: i finished my classes but they booked internal assesment after 15 days. After they are giving class after 20 days...they are extending.

Negative experience: Waiting for more than 40 mins to get registered still no one came to assist us.. Called several times to call center they said he will be there soon but it took one hour.. got late to work disappointed

Positive experience: I’ve had a nice experience with excellence driving school the team, the organisation of classes the instructors are all great. A big thanks to Beer who was always doing her best to help me when the call center people are helpless. Also I’m grateful thankful to be trained by amazing instructors: Khaled in Al Barsha branch, Amer and SiSi in Jumeirah who were very supportive and very professional until the last moment of this journey.They are very hard working people and goes extra miles to make me a good driver and finally get my driving licence.

Negative experience: The staff who manages Al Khail Gate centre doesn’t have courtesy for their customers. They treat their clients as someone who yells for free food at restaurants. Not responsible after collecting the payments!! No respect for customers!! Poor pick up and drop service I warn people with self esteem not to go to Excellence Driving School, Al Khail Gate for any sort of services. ❌❌❌

Fantastic experience: I really had a good experience on my driving classes and a chance to have Sohail Akram as my driving instructor. He taught me everything and focused on my weaknesses to help me improve and pass my driving test. He was very professional and I would highly recommend him to be your driving instructor. Negative experience: I registered with their exclusive membership offer couple of days ago and I was told they would pick me up to start my training and documentation a day after but till now not a single contact have been made, looks like a scam
