Fantastic experience: I just got my UAE license for the first time with Galadari Driving Institute. I have had a very positive experience and I would highly recommend for anyone else getting their license. The person that helped me most was Rupen Pradhan in the First Avenue Mall, Motor City Branch. He is very well experienced and makes the process seamless, as he is efficient in helping any of your needs and booking/ rescheduling tests and classes. I would recommend going to him first to open your account and start your license. I would also highly recommend my instructors Muhammad Qasim Faiz and Adil Saran Javed, they taught me how to drive and park in a manual car from the very beginning because I had no prior experience. They both are very kind and helpful and everything they taught me was easy to understand and precise which helped me pass all my exams.

Negative experience: Worst driving school ever, it takes less than an hour to open a file but forever to book any class. Anything u need to fo u have to wait at least one or two weeks or offcourse pay the urgent class they they will open a slot for you

Fantastic experience: As a student I must admit that at times I felt frustrated with each failed exam and the time it took for me to get the license, until I started my lessons with Mohamed Adel Gouda. He is an amazing instructor, always is a good mood, attentive, punctual and willing to explain even the smallest detail in the road. Fantastic experience: After my first day at Al Quoz I did the rest of my classes with Ossama Mohamed at the motor city branch. At first it was very scary driving a car on the roads without any experience but Mr. Osama had confidence in me and kept motivating me till I had full confidence. Yes I made a lot of mistakes but Mr.Osama solved all of them which led to me learning how to drive while following the law and I passed the final road test! He was a great instructor thank you Mr.Osama and Galadari.

Fantastic experience: When I moved to UAE, was told getting a license is difficult - but it’s not if you have the right team and right people to help you out with. Rupen P - is the name of the guy you need to get in touch with. Excellent resource and will go out of his way to facilitate you. Another gem was Syed Ijnan - my instructor. It took a couple of times to get through the parking bit - maybe 2/3 times … but I cleared my main driving test in first go ! Thanks to the team @ Galadari.

Fantastic experience: I went to this branch to have my driver’s license get processed, where I have undergone the full course from lessons to the actual tests. It wasn’t a bad choice at all - and one of the main reason is because of Rupen Pradha. He is so dedicated, professional and with such commitment to us, the customers. Positive experience: Training from Galadari Motor driving school was a good experience for me. I had taken my classes from both Avenue mall Motor City and Al Quoz locations. Mr. Rupen (Avenue Mall Motor City Branch) was really supportive and helpful with booking all the classes and tests at the earliest available slots. He responded immediately to all my calls and queries and guided me well with the procedure. The entire process took me exactly 6 months and I got my license. Fantastic experience: I live at Motor City, and First Avenue Mall was my natural choice for finding a convenient driving institute. As soon as I entered, I saw the Galadari kiosk, with a smartly dressed gentleman seated there, dealing with a customer. I waited my turn, and he greeted me with a smile, and a "Hello sir, how can I help you?" That is where I started my journey of getting a driving license in Dubai. The process is onerous, the systems are redundant and there is a lot of scope to cleanup process inefficiencies, but the shining star for me through all the ups and downs was Rupen Pradhan, the man at the First Avenue Mall kiosk. Not only was he always polite and courteous, but he was thorough and meticulous, and completely knowledgeable about the process. The tips that he gave me through my journey really helped and in fact managed to cut down my total time and expense significantly. He works 12-14 hours a day, 6 days a week, and he still manages to follow up on every little detail for every customer. He was truly a delight! Thank you, Rupen, for all the encouragement, advice and assistance. If you're staying at Motor City and need to get a driving license, I strongly recommend that you do it through Galadari and talk to Rupen at First Avenue Mall.
