Negative experience: Customer service is terrible. I ended up paying twice as the app had some bug, and their customer service assured me to give the refund within a few days, and I have been following up since oct and still nothing.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend ECO Driving School! Instructors are very Professional and very kind, caring and patient, especially during highly stressful situations. They guides their students to become the safest drivers by thoroughly informing them of the correct protocols in different situations and by encouraging good driving habits. Negative experience: The worst driving school EVERRRRRRRRR All they care about making money from people, they put absent on my theory test, so they can fail me to force me pay again, and they will do that EACH TEST for sure, they said the SYSTEM HANGED, IT IS NOT MY PROBLEM,,, THEY PUT ALL BLAME ON SALES PEOPLE WHICH THEY ARE NOT FAULT.

I arrived in Dubai with more than 15 years driving experience but I had to do all the driving school process again because I could not convert my home country driving license. Mr. Mohamed Ghandour was a great instructor who shared all the practical skills I needed to pass the smart yard test. He showed me efficient tips that helped me succeed in this journey. This guy can be trusted and is aligned with the Eco Drive values. Kudos to him.

Negative experience: Honestly the worst experience I’ve had in Dubai, one thing I always say is service and customer care is amazing in Dubai but not here. They are alarmingly inconsistent and unconsidered, the system is a mess and they will charge you for every little thing they have to do. It’s ridiculous and if you’re someone who values peace of mind, just don’t go here!

Negative experience: Very late classes and for test date they give more than 30 40 days always. I'm 7 months with ECO school only reach assessment parking test 3 times RTA learning permits exipre less staff and only 1 head branch for tests not good school only time waste.

Negative experience: Nothing better than having an Eco Drive Institute van attempt an illegal u-turn over a 2 lane road, turn it into a 3-point turn while stopping the main outbound artery of JVC on, say, a Friday afternoon at around 17.30.

Positive experience: Thank you Eco drive.I do like to thank Mr. Abid Hussain (majority of class by him) ,Mr. Mohamed Fawzy Abdelalim Emam,Mr.Zahoor Hussain Shah,Mr. Dhayan Ishtiaq & Mr. Ashok Madde for the class/ training given. The classes were really informative and throughout the journey ,they made me confident. Abidji was really patient and he gave me confidence from second class itself.He provided proper guidance ,how and what all things I have to be kept in mind while attending exam as well as while driving after license. Mr. Dhayan class gave me a clear idea of check points what the examiner will be reviewing. It took me exactly 6 months to get license (due to unavailability of class- overbooked). Most of the months, I received two hour class. fortunately, I have taken a class from IMPZ branch after parking (it helped). Overall classes were good.. but two issue i faced was class slot unavailability and HO travel (DIC- if you are working , travelling to DIC is an issue)

Negative experience: *Caution Never take admissions here it's a trap* It's my personal experience but I'm posting through my homies google account, through my account I will post my detailed review after get my DL, bcz it's still I'm behind of it. I took admission here, almost 6 months ago till this moment l didn't get the license, still I'm behind of booking classes. Almost 1 month and more time required to get the classes after each stages. Now I'm going renew my RTA learning permit third time each renewal required 172AED. I'm asked to customer service about the delay of class the answer was ridiculous answer is, " due to the lack of their faculties and facilities making classes delay."
