Fantastic experience: Just 2 Day Before I Got Driving License It Was Really Amazing Journey Overall, Firstly I Open My File In Galadari Motors Driving Institute But Becuse Of some Issue I Tranfer From There To Excellence Driving. My First Instructor Was Mr Luqman He Is Really Amazing He Teach You Each And Every Single Thing With Proper Rules And Regulation Most Of The Time I Took Class With Mr Luqman Only And I Recommend Other Also To Do The Same, I Passed In 2nd Attempt In Rta Road Test. Negative experience: Very bad experience with this school, when we come first time in silicon centeral we asked about arabic teacher and they informed us yes avaliable one Egyptian, accordingly, we paid and completed the theory and we back to classes this time they said no Arabic here and u need to go al qusais, Staff also not cooperated, i dont recommend this school at all

Negative experience: The worst driving school is Excellence Driving School. They fail Learner drivers repeatedly without any reason. Naseem Patigul and Arif Murtaza are the worst, as they are rude and uncooperative. At the Nahda-2 Dubai branch of Excellence Driving School, Arif Murtaza is known to fail clients up to 10 times, promising each time to pass them next time, but then failing them again without reason. He is proud of this habit. One good instructor/Examiner informed us that these Examiner receive a commission for every Learner drivers they fail, which has led to a habit of failing Learner drivers repeatedly to fill their pockets. A guy told me he was failed by them 29 times. They lack humanity and professionalism and have no manners at all. It has been 8 months, and I am still stuck because of them. This is how they run their school. For manual driving lessons, never go to this school. They don't even speak with respect, and every 3 months they demand a fee. I would request their management to take action against these instructors Naseem Pati Gul and Arif Murtaza in Nahda Branch.

Fantastic experience: Good driving instructors , the app is user friendly as well so booking classes and managing class and schedules becomes easier, got license in 5th month all instructors at Al Nahda branch are good, but special Thanks from my end to Mr. Mahmoud Osman found him to be the best instructor among others i trained with.

Negative experience: As per my review , I went there for golden try as i was holding a 10 years old licence of my hometown. They suggested me to take 2 classes before you appear for test.Rather then taking 2 classes i took 8 classes. In result no one guided me about parking and not even the process of test. At the end i was failed. Pathetic Services and even the staff is very casual. No Guidelines. No professional staff. Even the behaviors of drivers are pathetic. I will suggest everyone to please first visit there office and get the feedback from the people who are there for test. This will help you to decide. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Got my license on my First Attempt, very great school i have to say. I had a very good instructor, Mr.Luqman from the Al Nahda branch. Very helpful and he cares about his students. He gave me some helpful tips, taught me how to drive properly and confidently. He is a person who made me perfect with in 1 week... I wish I had lessons with him earlier... Smile and humbleness is a key to be successful teacher or examiner... Positive experience: If only classes were so easy to get probably this establishment has its 5 stars royalty review! It took me almost one year to finish my classes with them! And yet i can say i am one of the safest driver on the road! - yes i am confident! Because it took me 7 internal assessments and 4 final road test to finaly got my license! Its worth the effort and time! Best school driving facilities and teachers! Top 3 teachers! Ali razak ( from Pakistan) Sharaf ( from sudan) Virgillio. ( from the Philippine) But believe me ive been passed on to all other instructors but this 3 gave me the touch and the core lesson! That i deserve ! How i wish they able to simply student journey! To focus on the same instructor rather than choosing whats the earliest instructor! I am a cabin crew so your schedules and final test always a hassle for your journey. The customer service is very helpful! Specially the call centre and one of the best features they have it their application! I took the lum sum package believe me it’s worth it! Save you a lot of money on one payment! If you are first time driver! I can say this is best school for you! And the instructor that I mentioned are name you need to look out for! But believe me! They are like celebrity so hard to match on your days off! And always fully booked! When! An instructor use his phone, and wear sleepers dont go! With the lesson! Immediately stop! Its a red flag! Fantastic experience: I have a positive experience with my instructor Luqman and Romy at the Excellent Driving School's Alnahda branch has been great. Learning to drive safely and confidently can be greatly aided by having instructors who are well-versed and experienced, like the ones I had from the Excellent driving school. One of my appreciative helpers was the lumpsum supervisor Sajjad, who helped arrange for immediate classes for me to expedite the process of getting my license. Furthermore, I passed my test with confidence because to my RTA examiner, Ayesha, who is excellent and very comfortable.

With his guidance and patience he taught me the skills to become a safe driver. i had previously tried many instructors for more than 6 months and did not benefit from them at all, but fortunately one day they booked for me with Luqman Muhammad. Fantastic experience: I got license today and a few the instructors has trained me well from Al Nahda branch. Mr. Luqman Afzal from AL Nahda branch is the best instructor I ever took classes with. He teaches you driving along with proper rules and it is fun taking classes from him. He gives legit feedback and very calm person. He don't get angry at all for silly mistakes or huge ones. His way of teaching is great. If you ever get a chance to schedule classes with him then do not hesitate to learn from him. About Excellence Institute, the process of getting license is smooth.

Fantastic experience: I got my UAE license on my 2nd attempt. I joined excellence driving school qusais dubai as recommended by my friend. They are easy approachable and got my training from native language speaking instructors. I would like to thank my instructors mr suhail and mr Hashik for their guidance. Especially Mr Hashik Abdul who's training was really useful giving me practical tips. I highly recommend him and excellence driving school for all those looking for getting a uae license.

Negative experience: Please go to the main branch rather than taking class in Al nadha branch. Here you can find unprofessional instructors. They will discourage you. If you wish to pass never take classes of Muhammed Qasim.. And another one im not disclosing the name who asked me to park the vehicle so that he can smoke. The reason was he didnt get time to smoke as i reached my class on time. Due to all these reasons i switched my classes to main branch and thankfully i got the license. Wish all you guys good luck.

Fantastic experience: My experience with excellence was pretty good. I had opened my driving file in May and was able to get an automatic license by oct. The best part is that i didn't have to wait for too long for booking classes, as mostly you'll be able to get slots very easily. And the customer service team is helpful as well. I would like to thank Muneeb & Salman from the nahda branch for making my learning experience so good. However the representative at nahda branch is a bit rude and she tries to lay off work. If you call her after making payment on the app to book a class, she denies it immediately and she always tells to call the customer service or visit the branch which is unacceptable as i am not asking for a favor, i have paid for it and i opened my file in this branch because of Mr. Pervaiz who was very helpful with the process and was always available for any help needed even after he moved to the Muhaisna branch and if this lady would have been there on the day I opened my file, i would have surely gone to some other institute as she seems rude and unfriendly.
