Negative experience: This is the worst driving school in Dubai, I had a very bad experience with Galadari Driving Center, they just want to get money from the trainee and then you are surprised by the delay of lessons and deliberately failing the trainee in the exams to get extra money and not answering the phone and some of the employees do not have any experience in help the customers

Negative experience: Worst customer service, incompetent sale guy. Yesterday when I went to pay for theory test, asked him why don’t speak the truth at start & explain clearly at the start - he had the audacity to tell me “this is business tricks” I was furious. I hope this is only bad sales guy & the institution is better than him. My theory lecturers (both Pakistani - cannot remember 1st guy name & Mr. Rehmathullah were very good & informative). I will never step into this branch (Al Nahda - behind Sahara Centre) again & don’t advise anyone to go there either. Im hoping GMDC other branch sales guys have better attitude or else will have to change schools.

Negative experience: I share my experience in Galdari school they fail 5 time RTA Road test this school only get money they fail they need money and no instructor guide this is totally bad environment in Galdari school I suggest you no one go galdari school

Negative experience: Branch timing says 8 AM to 10 PM from Sun to Sat; however, when I went there at 3 PM today, no one was there, and the office was locked. Even after waiting for half an hour, no one came. No wonder, why this branch gets a lot of negative reviews.
Negative experience: Worst service ever there is one person who is behaves very badly I am not satisfy with services of this branch amd if you failed any test They will give you minimum 25th days time for classess which is very bad
Negative experience: It is my humble request to the new comers who don’t have country DL, please don’t select HOR AL ANZ branch. Simply they shows you all details for regular plan for 3600/- anyhow they fail & take you to almost 8000/- bcoz Lumsum Price is 9000/- Aed 1st They don’t have good instructors. 2nd Instructor assign by hor al anz branch they don’t have proper knowledge to teach you but full of attitude like they can depart aeroplane from Dubai airport, Instructor teach you drive in muteena & hor al anz by saying examiner will take your test here in this area, but examiner will take your test in Al Barrah & Hamriyah area for failing, you don’t know anything about that area road sign board, road lanes etc. Be like you learned sky is blue, but examiner will ask how earth looks from space you don’t know anything and keeps you failing. 3rd Instructor whatever teach you, examiner will not accept & keeps you failing with silly reasons in assessment test for 4 to 5 times at least. 4th While assessment test examiner will have 1000 times more attitude compare to instructor. Before test he will ask you, do you have country license or no, once you say no he will start making you fool during test, means you are supposed to stop the car but he will stop before you and ask you what are you doing. Your test report - FAILED 5th Same goes in Initial smart yard parking test. Until & unless you should pay them 8000/- AED then they will give you all clearance for RTA road test. Till then yellow line touch, mirror not checked, fast revers, not proper parked in bay etc. etc. 6th BRIBE ALSO HAS BEEN STARTED BY SOME INSTRUCTORS, need to be inspect by authorities.

Negative experience: Totally unprofessional and irresponsible staff. I actually went there to apply for my license, but due to his lack of response and his attitude, I did not apply and I went to other institutions. He never my mind that we are waiting he is taking with his personal phone calls, once he complete the call again he called other number and he is continuing his talk and never mind. Not eligible not even single star.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional staff who just let us wait. And if we pay fees using application he is not at all interested in helping out for reservation of tests telling he is not aware of the GMDC mobile application, he told me to do it using Application only

FOREVER. they will not give proper guidance. what ever people need to ask . they will not tell any of procedure. i recently visited. most of guy said like this. so dont try here. before i joining i checked google review also. but i neglect. i did big mistake . Fantastic experience: Nice branch and very helpful staffs & instructors. Becoz of them only few of my friends got their licence in their 1st attempt. whenever we vist the branch they are greeting with warm smile. One of the best branch in whole galadari
Negative experience: There is a person inside who don't wear mask also, with a very very bad service. He even ask me to visit another branch to get good service. , Not even have the patience to answer queries.
