Negative experience: Very bad and all the time late and your exam will be shifted many time because of late process from the school staff my exam got shifted 1 month for 2 times only for late process from the staff and they said ooo sorry for that no one will help you just will make you pay for no services

Negative experience: Kind request to people who want make Driving license through galadari its better to choose other option bcoz I don't know galadari will help to provide license but definitely galadari given license to pakistani brothers to steal all the money from the customers. A new scam is going On in the name of SAN SIKANDAR AND NITIN.This team taken marketing contract from galadari. They gave me many fake promises and offers. From the bigining only I faced bad experience from this team. I paid 1689 Aed for file opening and got receipt only 1189. And their manager refused me to give receipt for 500 Aed. And he says that is his service charge. I am planning to transfer my file to other good driving school. So please choose right option. Be aware of these cheaters.

Negative experience: Robbers. They failed me for some reason that they just made up last minute to get more money from me. Took classes, followed the instructor yet the examiner has different set of rules. Worst driving school.

Negative experience: It even do not deserve 1 star. Completely unprofessional. The instructors have their own opinion and when you are on Test, you are failed because of instructions which you received are not as per Examiner. Who is wrong then ?? Just snatching money from You. Examiner will fail You on very small point and will consider it MAJOR FAULT . Even Examiner will Brake by themselves and create a reason to fail You saying You were not braking. Negative experience: Short story long i decided to start my driving license in galadari after doing the theory test and training hours all was okay…the things start to get bad once i reach the assessment school test once the tester came in a very rude approach and here the disaster start we were two doing the test i start first and i believe all was fine after i finished the other colleague start the test infront of my eyes he just drive and the hand break up he cross the yellow line and do mistakes we ended up that i fail and he pass which is not fair and not accepted i want to spot ligt and solve the issue what happened waiting a reply l..already decided to change the school and i will not recomend this to any of my connections

Positive experience: Extra amount of 110Aed is been charged saying as marketting charge. Initially she said that this will be deducted in the amount. Later they are saying we didnt say anything like that. But till now there is no response from the concerned person. Please be aware of not paing any additional charges apart from the package cost.

Negative experience: Guys please do not enroll to Galadari driving school . I have a very bad experience after paying all money .. they are not providing you RTA exam dates and keep on delaying .. you will take about more than 1 year or more to get a license. And customer care doesn’t support you or provide any timelines or deadlines .. they just need money and you are not a customer anymore .. very bad customer service .. every company has deadlines and turnaround times .. this is unacceptable

I booked for road tast classes .always they have an excuse .booking is taken weeks also exam taken a month. within that time, the student lessons expired. Negative experience: I enrolled in Burjuman center.. Once you enrolled you need to run behind them. Behaviour also changes the moment you paid.

Negative experience: Horrible experience! I had my first test today and failed. I didn't think that the reasons were fair because I made a mistake while taking the car out of the parking and this was not a parking test. I went to complain about the parking part and lady who met me in her office said "You were probably checking yourself in the mirrios instead of checking for the cars around you" and the inspector said "If you had your mother with you in the car you wouldn't be able to drive for 5 mins without harming yourself and your mother" I drove a car for 22 classes without causing any harm to anyone and did the test without harming anyone why would he say that? is this kind of language acceptable? This is called bullying which is illegal in this country! This is NOT how you treat ppl!!!

Negative experience: After the exam, I was 100% sure that I passed, as it turned out, I did not pass. No specific reason was given to me. They just take money from you. This is unacceptable, why should I waste my money and nerves for nothing?

Negative experience: Their prices change from person to person,I asked in two branches both gave me different prices.. I got bad reviews from friends saying they always make you wait a lot between lessons and at the end you end up paying more re openning files. So I decide to start with another school, I had a lot of problems to open a file with the new school.. I keep receiving message from Galadari like"Dear Student, Please make the File Opening payment at the earliest to keep your file active" . I told them to remove my information from their system I still receive message to pay and calls from their sales agents.

Negative experience: Unprofessional and their schedules are a mess. They changed my assessment date without getting back to me and when I asked them to change it they more irresponsible for more than a week and they want to postpone my assessment for 3 weeks!

Negative experience: Worst driving school, low in female instructors. I wanted to change schools but it took be about 2 hours of waiting to get my clearance which I didn’t even get in the end. The administration is very unorganized as they kept sending me from a department to another because no one knew what was the clearance process and each employee is handling about 3-4 people the same time. They should invest in better and more efficient service.

Finally from the head office they said that they(branch) were forget to schedule the date on time. If any one plann to take driving licence and to go with galadari.. Plz dont chose this branch. Positive experience: The price is the cheapest in town (unless you get a special offer). The people are nice and helpful, however due to a large amount of people there is a rather long waiting period. It took me over a month to get a driver's license, even though I had the shift package (up to 8 classes everyday except Friday). There are vending machines and a small cafeteria, as well as a machine for recharging phone credit, which is convenient.
