Negative experience: I had my parking class with Mr Anwar mahmood on 5 th nov . extremely rude on every mistake you do .it's not in the tune of teaching, it's simply rude .whole 1 hours session he keep using cursing words in his local language .in last moment i couldn't hold my frustrations and asked him to stop class .he snatched away my EID and refused to give back to me .later on i rescheduled my class from team leader .He don't deserve to be instructor anyway.I don't know in what basis he is still instructor and in what right he verbally abuse students? I am sure taking this upto RTA or where ever it goes to. Beleive me his mental health should be reassessed by doctor before he traumatize students further

Negative experience: I called them twice to get registered with them. After asking a few questions, the receptionist noted my number and informed me that I would receive a call back from the sales team. However, no one responded.

Negative experience: Too bad management... Waqt pr open nahi hutaa... Staaf ka rawaya be sahi nahi haa... Or yaha koye pochna wala be nahi haa.. Means complaints wala chakr koye nahi

Negative experience: I don't know about the school, but he who is his teacher thinks that it is not right because I just saw one of the instructors was doing a lot of misbehavior and he drives the school's car with the car number is 8545 and the body number is 388 and the driver is pahtan very rude and immoral so we request the school management to suspend him completely because it is a disgrace to the school.

Positive experience: If you want to book any test, please do it from the main branch. After applying from here you will wait a few days for approval because main branch candidates are on priority basis. From there you get a direct test date and this branch is not given much importance. All other activities and staff are Good but the Qusais branch does not give too much importance to it.

Positive experience: Instructors are knowledgeable. But they should increase their patience to their students when training, because they will insist for student to adopt their teaching easily when in fact not all students are the same. Some can understand and adopt to the learnings easily but some need more practices. So they need to be patience, don’t get mad to them if they get mistake often. And be mindful of their feelings. Of all my traitor, I find the best in Al Muteena Branch. Mr. Aman Ud Din is such a great instructor, he will study first his student and create a good way on teaching. Go to muteena branch if you want to get a nice schedule and they will teach you well.. Above all thanks excellence for this nice journey of having this license.

Negative experience: No one should open the file from here. People fail you on purpose. They have made it their way to make money by intentionally failing poor people. They prepare the mock test from their app. When the test is given, the questions are given externally in the school. A boy failed 8 times. I asked him what is the problem, why do you fail, he also told the same reason that I have written above.

Positive experience: Good school, however, you might struggle a bit to get the license and I think that's the case with all other schools. In terms of customer service,the majority of their staff are helpful, especially if you get to know Ms. Haya, she goes above and beyond to help her customers. Shahid from Hor al inz branch is the best instructure I interected with so far. If you book with him, your time and money won't be wasted.

Negative experience: Worst driving school ever . They give you 1 class in a whole month and fail you in minor mistakes and you have to wait 20 days until you re take your exam . Once your client fails isn’t it their responsibility to give you more classes and teach you well ? They don’t even give you proper classes . Just one class in a month and exam . And if you fail you wait again and just one class again ? No more lessons Once you do the full payment they don’t care about their customer anymore. Please be careful before you go here. We are just regretting .

Fantastic experience: I got my license this week. I really want to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Naveed Rahman. I received a lot of help from him. He gave me many tips for passing my test, as I am a slow learner. He drew and showed me roundabouts and lane changes, and whenever I take the test I check those. Throughout the whole process, he gave me confidence. He told me I'll be able to accomplish it. You can do it. I've done it. ( I attached those pics here) About the school:- I struggled a lot because of payment issues as well as getting into classes and test. At Hor Al Anz branch, I did not receive any proper instructions. So I wasted a lot of money. I gave 5 stars only to my instructor.

Fantastic experience: I got my driving licence from excellence driving school..I am very thankful to Mr Naveed Rahman...he is one of the best driving instructors out there. He was patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging.

Negative experience: I am very disappointment with the service, I have never seen this much of worst services before. The staff is not cooperating with customers, internal officers are failing the candidates for minor mistakes. To book training classes, the customers have to wait for minimum of 10 days even for internal assessment. Trainers are very rude they doesn't how speak with the trainee. I suggest not to go with Excellence

Positive experience: I open the file and its been 3 years I got fail in Initial Driving Assessment but its a fault from my side I was bit confuse. The staff is good but some instructors of this school didn't give focus on student.

Negative experience: We went here in hor al anz today with my friend that want to open an account for driving and mw to renew my rta permit. I followed Google maps to go there and the building is nonwhere to be found. I ask 10people in the area and they don't know the building because that is not familiar in the Google map pin. I called customer service and they don't know exactly where it is.. she is just telling me that to go to the said building.. but how can we go if we cannot see the building. I ask the csr also if she can transfer me directly to her al anz branch but she gave me the same number 600515154. The Google maps pin is located in a vacant parking lot only and no building. By the way we went their in the place with our bicycle.. and we look for the building for almon an hour. Very disappointed
