Fantastic experience: I had great experience with DDC Al Nahda Branch. I took my training from Mr. Khurram who I must say is the best trainer. I got my Driving license in the first attempt. I must say my journey with Dubai Driving School Nahda Branch was wonderful. Mr Jagdesan is very supportive in booking classes. Thanks Mr. Khurram for wonderful training .

My thanks to ddc al nahda1 branch mr. Jagadeesh for proving quick class n my instructor Mr.Ravi for teaching from the basics. All the instructor n inspectors are so pleasant, patient and knowledgeable about all things driving/cars/tips & tricks to park. everyone is more helpful and we feel much more confident and competent as a driver. Special thanks to RTA internal inspectors for training to make us drivers from first day of license holder. I had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend dubai driving center to others.”

Negative experience: Horrible experience… stay away from the instructor CHANDIRUTHIL… all he does is demoralize students and acts as if he’s better than the other instructors over there… Mr Jagdeesan was polite but did absolutely nothing to sort issues even though he said he would.. just kept stalling … horrible experience… have already left feedback on the instructor on RTA page… will do so in person next week

Negative experience: Very worst school.. Final test nobody will pass 5 th attempt also.... Because they got money only... If you drive good they will not pass... Please don't go this school... I am salman

My 5 star rating is purely to the branch head Mr.Jagadheesh for being so supportive and being so kind throughout this process of getting my DL. He has gone extra miles to arrange classes for me even when the classes were not available. An amazing professional, humble and easy to approach person. He is certainly an asset of Dubai Driving center. Each time I failed he was so encouraging and uplifted me to have the courage for my next test. I had multiple instructors like Suma, , Ghafoor, Ravi( who helped me learning my basic driving skills) , Khuram and few from Quasis center. Al nahda branch has amazing instructor called Khuram to be honest. My experience from Al quasis center instructors wasn’t great at all. Mr Khuram was an outstanding instructor, his classes are more to learn and it was so much fun. His kindness and politeness is his plus. Never even once he was angry or rude to me at all. Such a wonderful human being. I would recommend him for everyone out there. Thanks DDL for having such wonderful staffs! Thank you DDL once again for this whole process for acquiring my driving license .

Fantastic experience: I got my license on my second attempt. First failure was an honest mistake, I entered the roundabout without looking out for safety first. Took me approximately 3 months from start to finish to get my license. Forever thankful to Jagadish and Gafoor (my instructor) for helping me get my first international driver's license.

I’ve had a wonderful and learning experience getting LMV license with DDC-Nahda Instructor Sumalatha. Getting a license is not a piece of cake rather a roller coaster for some and also nerve wrecking to get into that level of confidence that a safe driver needs to acquire. Looking back with the experience, Sumalatha was/is an amazing DDC staff that ensured enjoyable and make sure that right driving skills to her students are provided and are/were acquired at the right time and moment. She’s been superb and have gone beyond supportive and have ensured that you are comfortable whilst learning to reached the right skills to safe driving. Indeed a great experience. I’m commending her attitude towards her driving student(me in this case), kept composure, approachable, firm and ensure that you felt supported whilst driving. Fantastic experience: My experience here at this branch has been one of the best. From how easy the signing up process was to the attentiveness of Mr Jakieve. He is always there willing to help and assist anyone that walks in that branch with great professionalism. But my GREATEST part of my training has to be Mrs.Suma my trainer. She is one of the nicest, calm, self driven, polite, person I ever met in my life. She is excellent at what she does and because of her I was really excited to learn how to drive. She is patient and and guided me every step of the way. Mrs. Suma is definitely a gem and this driving school is lucky to have someone that cares about her job and her customers the way she does. Fantastic experience: I joined DDC when I was 17 years and 6 months old, it was a womderful experience learning to drive from the womderful Ms.Suma. She was a really good teacher and helped every step of the way. I had mo experience whatsoever in driving, and yet I was able to clear every single one of my tests in the first attempt. In exactly one month's time I cleared my final rta road test in the first attempt. I will get my license as soon as I turn 18 according to the UAE law

Fantastic experience: Had wonderful experience with the Instructor Mirza Baig, he is excellent trainer with more than 20 years of driving and teaching experience in Dubai. It was my first driving experience ever and he made me feel really comfortable and confident about driving. The Admin Naveed is also nice person and helped a lot during the training time for bookings and exams. Negative experience: joined the school with an instructor that "allegedly" spoke English, now I can confirm that their definition of "speaks English" is just: the ability to say "OK, slow, back" and that's about it.. language wasn't the only issue; the instructor himself is unprofessional and keeps shouting words that don't sound English. And I, having driven for over 11 years now, can safely say that the "trainer" himself kind of needs driving lessons because of the huge number of contradictory instructions he keeps giving (if you ever understand him to begin with).

Negative experience: This is the worst school you could start with, the employees are extremely rude and they don't care abour their job, specially the receptionist, you keep calling them and they're lazy to answer and when they do they're rude, They won't care about anything and i won't recommend this place

Fantastic experience: Learning to drive becomes a good experience when the service provided is great and when your instructor is equally great. I was fortunate enough to be trained by Mrs Sumalatha who was very patient during the whole process and explained to me each and every rules to become a confident learner. With correct training lessons I got my license with in the first try itself! All credit goes to Mrs Sumalatha and the apt training process from the center.

Negative experience: I have huge problem at work now because I supposed to get license by now and it is soo much delayed because of this unprofessional people. First instructor lady only repeated about extra classes and That I am not ready then I noticed that many things she taught me only at extra classes. After completing 32 hrs instead of 20 I still could not pass assessment test and then I realized how stupid I was to believing this nonsense about extra classes while in fact I took double before test for any case and after test because of failing as these people don’t know how to teach or don’t want to teach for you to spend more. I changed instructor and it was fine, second test was better but I had a mistake which I admit and had to take extra classes. But when I wanted to book the insrructor’s phone was switched off and he was out of reach. Then I called office and was just told that the time I need not available (1 week passed), then Sunday I called back and was told that my instructor on leave - I know he had very bad reason for the leave but they have students and responsibilities and should advise whom I contact specially knowing that I will require 2 hours nearest days. I booked classes for Thursday and Saturday, it always take time to reach them and I simply did not check the message (it came, means booked), but people in this place do not understand English (it confirms that most of them are unprofessional and not with the best education). On Tuesday I got a call from someone with bad English telling you have classes while I did not book. I called the office and asked to move my classes to the dates and time I need and was answered to call branch manager, he was already not there (funny that branch manager leaves the first while having employees who do not speak English), next day I spoke and got to know that have a class on Wednesday (no message for this at all). I asked to move these classes to the time I need but they just repeat not available, although he every day promised to call me back which never happened. I supposed to finish all by Saturday and have my test but because of the school and zero service I could not do it. So since my plans failed because of them and I have now visa under other emirate I said I don’t want too see them anymore and not require these classes. But I was told I have to clear the balance, the only balance I have is for these 2 hours (!) which I never booked. I said I am not going to pay for it as they could not put it on proper day. Also I pay for shifting to come on Fri and Sat but they only offer me weekdays while charging like for weekend. I called several times to see if something is done and was advised to come to the branch. I had really busy week and had not a single day to come to them (maybe lunch time, but they are on break the same time), I come on Saturday just to hear that I have to take the classes which I don’t need anymore or clear the balance to transfer and that who desides is head office. My only question “what the hell I spent 2 weeks on useless talking and coming to the branch while I could be straight directed to head office?” It is nonsense, they ate weeks of my valuable time, they ate my nerves, they ate my money for nothing providing 0 service. If I could put 0 star, I would do it. Never ever in your life go to this school! It must be shut down by RTA, such schools should not exist in Dubai and UAE if they care about country’s reputation!

Fantastic experience: Mr. Asad doing his best and is being soo co-operative while booking classes and while assisting with test schedule. All the instructors including Mr.Raju and Mr.Aiyaz performing their best while training. I just got the liscene few days ago but due to some miscommunication in the head office file department it just got delayed.
