Negative experience: I would request the higher management to pay attention to their staff in area offices, the guy currently sitting at this area office is so rude and ill mannered that it will harm the institute reputation very badly, I visited the office at 9:45 PM yesterday and he was like that the office is already closed, I told him that I am coming from a long way and just had to pay the fees for my next class but he said that ""it doesn't matter to him and go call support and submit your fees, I have already turned off my system" I mean it would have taken just 5 minutes and it was 9:45...this type of Desi working approach at your offices will definitely cut down your customers

Fantastic experience: I would like to take a moment to express my utmost gratitude towards Driving Instructor Sarath for not only providing excellent driving lessons but also for being a truly remarkable educator. As a beginner driver, I was initially apprehensive about learning to drive, but Sarath's patience, expertise, and dedication have helped me overcome my fears and become a confident driver. What sets Sarath apart from other driving instructors is his unwavering calmness and reassurance. He created a safe and comfortable learning environment, which allowed me to ask questions and make mistakes without feeling judged or anxious. Negative experience: Bad service, when I came after noon around 1.30pm I saw one board lunch break, after that when I came at 7.30 prayer break, almost I waited for 1 hour no body came....insane, all other shops near by are active from 10 am to 11pm, I also heard that driving coaching us bad

Fantastic experience: I got my license quickly due to my two instructors Mr Naeem and Mr Zakir. Mr Naeem was my main instructor in the Bur Dubai branch under whose guidance I got my license within my 2nd try, Mr Naeem is very patient and an attentive instructor, and does not get angry if the student does anything wrong, instead he explains the student what to do better and how to improve very patiently. Secondly, for my internal parking and RTA smart yard test, my instructor in the Qusais branch was Mr Zakir, his parking tips for all the parking tests are so helpful till today, and his encouragement was the reason I cleared my RTA smart yard test in 1st attempt. I would like to recommend everyone to join Excellence, as it is affordable, and the slots for practices with instructors, and test dates are available immediately and very flexible. Furthermore, the instructors are very calm, patient and make you feel comfortable while the driving learning experience.
