Fantastic experience: Just passed my final RTA test on the very first attempt today 22/06 in just one Month!!. Clear all my test in the first attempt, assessment, parking, RTA parking and now final test. Instructor Mr Farooq from Rashidiya branch was very kind and informative throughout my journey, He gave me sheer confidence to complete all of my lessons, Mr Qadir arranged my classes on time with no delays. Negative experience: Very bad school for license. in the assessment test they will keep failing you to earn more money. The galadari examiners have tricks and tactics during the test. they will confuse you. for example. in my case. during the round about i was at the speed of 22km and i took my foot from the race. he shouted and said slow down. and from his side kept racing the car. 2nd exmple. right before the round about. he will tell you to take the left. very professional driver will not go to left and will take the right turn. but the beginner will always make the mistake and take the left. 3rd example. he will keep talking. trying to prove you wrong. and make you confuse UPDATE (reply to response from owner): Their excuses and apologies will never return your money or time back. UPDATE: so i went to there customer service office for NOC to change the school and for refund. this customer service representative said. ill have to go to their head office for NOC. and for refunds. they can take money in customer service office but cannot refund you. thats how bad they are. you can open a file from their customer service office but you cannot take the NOC.

Negative experience: Be very carful when u register with them It’s over 50days!.. Classes didn’t start and they abuse you to worst nightmare!.. Trust me!.. call centre doesn’t help you and the staff at this branch are very untruthful.. Just look for another skool..

Fantastic experience: Today I got my license. In 2023 November I was thinking about UAE licence, I went to some well known Driving centre but I didn't get a fruitful experience. Later I reached Galadari Rashidiyya branch and met Mr Abdul Khader till today he was very helpful. He knows about customer care, transparency in the interactions, he arguided and supported me in my license journey. Kudoos to Team Galadari. Fantastic experience: I really had a very tough time in balancing the classes with my work , Mr. Abdul Qader supported me a lot and made it easier in booking classes as per my duty schedule . He is one the best in customer service ! And Coming to the instructors , I had many instructors in my journey but I’m very lucky to get classes with Mr. ALTAF AHMAD PARDESHI ID 321376 , he is the best of everyone . He is really very dedicated and companionate to his work . He teaches in such a way that you will easily identify your mistakes and correct them and he is one of the reason I passed my RTA ! I wish he is recognized and awarded . I also had very bad experience with some instructors who really are very negligent and just waste the time to complete the classes but unfortunately you can do nothing about it . Anyways it overall a good experience with Galadari only because for Mr. Abdul Qader and Mr. ALTAF as I mentioned earlier .

What makes him so excellent in his job is his ever ready willingness to go extra miles to help, guide and support whoever walks in to that branch. Mr. Ali Akbar is excellent in his trade. In my opinion, he can train anyone under the sun equally brilliant like him in driving. Whoever wish to get their driving license in 1st try and become a safe and responsible driver, in my opinion, he is the person you need to find.

Negative experience: If you want to book your classes or exam please do it from qusais or muhaisnah branch .. do not do it from Rashidiya. The person sitting there in Rashidiya branch Mr Abdul Qadir is very rude and doesn't understand anything properly and is extremely unprofessional.. doesn't even receive calls. He will even give WhatsApp number and not respond..He will not even listen to you and he gives you classes atleast after 20-25 days..you would regret booking your classes specially exams from this branch and keep paying more and more just because of this person..

Negative experience: Really bad instructors and way of teaching. Avoid to get license from this driving school. Biggest mistake of my life to open a file here in this Galadari driving School
