Positive experience: They deserve 5 stars but because of the unprofessionalism of the employee who are responsible in giving tickets number the rate is lowered to 3, also because there is only 1 desk it makes it forever to wait, came almost 9:30am but my turn came 10:30am even tho only 2 costumers in front of me, the employee in the desk was very helpful and professional yet the employee who gives tickets he lacks the proper skills, example, he will say what you want? (Instead of how i may help you today) sit (instead of please have a seat and wait for your number) go and sit (instead of sorry for delay we will call your number soon) All of this made the experience in this branch very low Hopefully the branch will enhance soon

Fantastic experience: المركز كويس وحتى خدمة العملاء عندهم مره متساعدين ، لكن الفضل الاول والاخير للأستاذ صلاح فتحي ابد ما قصر ويعلم المتدرب بكل الاشياء المهمة ما يبخل ابد ، كان عندي تخوفات كثيرة من الاختبارات لكن هو دايما يشجع المتدرب ويعلمه بكل الاحتمالات لتجنب الرسوب حتى انه كان يقوم بشرح على سبورة يدوية صغيره فقط لتوضيح المعلومة اكثر واكثر شكرا كثير استاذ صلاح فتحي الله يطول بعمرك.

Fantastic experience: انا اخدت حصص القيادة كلها من مدرسة بلحاصة و كانت كلها مع كابتن صلاح فتحي. الحمد لله عديت بعد الحصص معاه الاسيسمنت و اختبار المرور من اول مرة. كابتن صلاح منظم جدا و هادي و بيعرف يدي الثقة للي بيتعلم معاه و عنده اكتر من طريقة يوصل بيها نفس المعلومة سواء بشرح عملي في وسط السواقة او الشرح على تابلت إلكتروني و من خلال صور و اسكتشات مطبوعة جاهزة معاه. I booked all the driving lessons with Belhasa school, and all of the lessons were with Captain. Salah Fathi. After the lessons with him, I managed to pass the Belhasa school assessment in the first trial, and I passed the police traffic test in the first time also. Captain. Salah is a very organized, calm person and can give the sense of confidence for his trainees. He has several ways to give the same information with practical guidance during driving and theoretical explanation by his tablet and printed sketches to guide the trainee.

Fantastic experience: الحمد لله على النجاح في الإختبار النهائي بالمرور. وأتقدم بالشكر الجزيل والتقدير كل من ساعدني في هذا الأمر، وأخص بالشكر والتقدير والاحترام لمدربي العزيز صالح فتحي ، وأخذت حصص قبل بالحصا وتدربت كثيرا بالمدارس الأخرى، ولكن وجدت فرق كبير بين المدربين وبين المدرستين، وأيضا، كان عندي خوف شديد، ولكن المدرب صالح فهم وضعي ، وهكذا أصحاب الخبرة الطويلة دائما يشخصون المتدرب ويساعدونه على النقاط الجوهرية التي بالإمكان أن تسبب له المشكلة. أشكرك مدربي صالح فتحي، لقد استفدت من خبرتك، ولا أنسى حتى رسمك على السبورة الصغيرة اليدوية Thank God for successfully passing the final exam. I took classes before Belhasa and trained a lot in other schools, but I found a big difference between the coaches and the two schools. Fantastic experience: Great experience in a great professional place! I was already driving in my home country but when I came here and started my classes with Belhasa I learned more than I already knew, and they made sure to enhance all my weakness points in driving before every test. They also helped me a-lot with parking as I struggled always to park but they teach you with very simple tips & tricks that makes you professional very easily. I had classes with Mrs. Fatma she is very nice and helpful I totally recommend her, and had also other sessions with Mrs. Ayesha before my tests and she made a huge difference with me with her advices, she is also very sweet ;) Totally recommend this place if you want to get your license from first try!

Positive experience: Total experience was not excellent but also not bad, they will take money for everything.. but eventually i am very satisfied with my teacher, Ms.Fatma kamal she is the best literally, i use to drive at my home country but very weak with parking, she taught me the easiest and simple way and i passed everything from the first try.. also front office jenny is a kind lady and responsive, I strongly recommend Fatma kamal as a driving teacher التجربة بشكل عام ماكانت سيئة، في امور جيدة وفي امور بحاجة لتحسين، بس المدرّبة مدام فاطمة كمال جدعة بكل معنى الكلمة، اسلوب سلس وبتعطيكِ ياها من الاخر لتنجحي كلشي من اول مرة + انو بتعلي الثقة بالنفس، ما ندمت ابدا اني قدمت لدفتر السواقة من خلال بلحصة، رغم انو في كتير مدارس بتعطي خدمات اكتر، بس لراحة البال بشجّع التقديم عن طريق هالمدرسة لتضمن النجاح أسرع

Negative experience: أتمنى إلغاء شراكة هذه الشركة مع وزارة الداخلية فيما يخص تراخيص السواقين..تفرض رسوم غير معقولة وتضع قوانين غير معقولة..أتمنى أن تتولى المرور كامل المسؤولية من البداية إلى النهاية أمر التراخيص وتترك لمدارس التدريب فقط التدريب لا غير..هذه الجهات الخاصة لا تهتم سوى بالمادة

Negative experience: مدرسة مستلمة راس الخيمة بالكامل ولا يوجد غير فرع واحد فقط في الظيت للتعليم ما يستوي وما حد يرد ع الهاتف مثال فرع الظيت فيه 3 موظفين واحد حارس وثنين ع الكونتر وهي مستلمه راس خيمة بالكامل يجب فتح افرع جديده او فتح مدارس جديده تنسيقها يكون مع المرور ..مركبات التعليم كثيره وكلها واقفه

Fantastic experience: سیف بالحصا راس الخیمہ کا ایک مشہور اور بہت اچھا ادارہ ہے جو کہ یہاں راس الخیمہ میں بہت مشہور ہے زیادہ تر لوگ اس کو ڈرائیونگ کے لحاظ سے جانتے ہیں یہ ادارہ راس الخیمہ میں نئے آنے والے لوگوں کو ڈرائیونگ کی تعلیم دیتے ہیں اور مزید بہت کچھ سیکھاتے ہے جو کہ امارات میں ڈرائیونگ کے لیے ایک آدمی پر سیکھنا لازمی ہے جو کہ قانون بھی کہتا ہے بہت اچھی طرح سے اس کا سٹاف ڈرائیونگ تعلیم دیتا ہے اور اچھے طریقے سے اور آسان الفاظ میں ہر طرح کی باتیں سمجھاتے ہیں لوگ اس ادارے پر بہت یقین رکھتے ہیں اور اس کو پسند بھی کرتے ہیں میں تمام نئے آنے والوں ڈرائیونگ سیکھنے والوں لوگوں کو یہ ہی کہاؤں گا کہ اس ادارے سے تعلیم حاصل کریں شکریہ

Negative experience: Very bad customer service... Arrogant.....

Negative experience: - I booked 6 (270 dhs)classes for parking followed by 10 classes(470dhs) for road practical training but could not attend 4 classes (2 days)as my daughter was unwell.Called them same day to request for reschedule but no one answered the call.Later I chatted with customer care and they said we will try to give you free class but when I went to their office they refused to reschedule classes or give free class and asked me 190 dhs again for 4 classes that I already paid them .I end up paying them as there was no option but why can't they consider someone's problem and unnecessarily charging twice without providing service if someone is unable to attend class irrespective of their legitimate issue problem and your customer care is not attending calls to reschedule. Any decent company gives option to reschedule for legit problem after deducting small fee . -Also their customer care is pathetic ,you will never get the answer same day -Trainers have decent knowledge and skills but I see lot of scope for them to behave better with clients but I understand their Job is tough at the same time and it's not easy to maintain calm and composure.

Negative experience: عدم النظر الى فحص الحصن عند دخول المركز عدم الحفاظ على التباعد الاجتماعي التأخر في خدمة العملاء لا يوجد موظفين في قسم المتعاملين مما يؤدي الى ازدحام بين العملاء قلة الاحترام و سوء السلوك من الذين يختبرون العملاء (قسم النساء) (المدربة في بالحصا) عدم تقديم الاولوية للنساء المتعاملات

Negative experience: If you want peace of mind while learning how to drive, do not ever go to this school. They will never reply you, they will not answer your call, they will never apologies for their faults, they will give you wrong information, they will give you last minutes schedule and many more..My biggest fault to choose this driving school.
