Negative experience: I had an absolutely horrible experience with Galadari Driving School. My daughter went through a nightmare that lasted a year and a half. This company wasted not only her precious time but also a significant amount of our money. They completely shattered her self-confidence in driving, to the point where she now dreads even the thought of getting behind the wheel.

Fantastic experience: I was trained by Ihsan Khalid vehicle number 326, I was blessed to have him train me. I cleared in my second attempt because my basics were right. He will help you build your confidence which is very important to clear this. Definitely recommending him.

Negative experience: I am currently a student in Galadri driving school and me and my friend have gone through a horrible experience with the driving center, when me and my friend went to Galadari to enquire about the price I met with a counter salesman FAIZAAN who then told us to talk to salesman named DAWOOD he gave us a price which me and my friend agreed upon it then the next day I went to pay my first installment there DAWOOD told me to give 500 cash to him from the first installment which I did, then after few months when I went to pay the third installment to FAIZAAN (counter salesman) there I find out that there is 700dhs more than my original amount, then I told FAIZAAN that I had given 500 to DAWOOD in front of him then he tells me that DAWOOD is from a third company LEAM COMMERCIAL BROKERS that GMDC hired and they are not responsible for what he said and did, then FAIZAAN and DAWOOD started telling other lies like, they mentioned about extra 700dhs when I came to pay my first installment, and that was not true as they did not mention any extra amount which was due then my friend ( Husain Sunelwala) took this issue to their supervisor in Muhaisnah branch and he claims the same that they are not responsible since Dawood is not their employee even though their own employee Faizaan claimed that he is their salesman when i first came to enquire. When i finally got a hold of Dawood he tells me that the 500 dirhams he took were for registration and that he had told us even though this was never mentioned to us. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO GALADARI DRIVING SCHOOL.

Negative experience: I am currently still a student at GMDC and i have had a horibble expreience, when i first went to enquire about price, the counter salesman FAIZAAN pointed me to another salesman DAWOOD claiming that he is a salesman of Galadari and he will give u the right price, me and my friend were given a price and we agreed to the price and came the next day to pay the first installment, DAWOOD had instructed me to pay 500 dirhams in cash out of the 1st installment and we paid it, all of this happened in front of FAIZAAN, almost 2 months later i came to pay my 3rd installment to FAIZAAN (Counter salesman) and my remaining account balance was 700 dirhams more than the original amount, when i told him that his salesman Dawood had taken 500 dirhams cash from, which by the way Faizaan already knew about since it happened in front of him, Faizaan claimed that that salesman was part of third party company called LEAM COMMERCIAL BROKERS that GMDC hired and they are not responsible for what he said and did, i took this issue to their supervisor in Muhaisnah branch and he claims the same that they are not responsible since Dawood is not their employee even though their own employee Faizaan claimed that he is their salesman when i first came to enquire. Fantastic experience: Hello am the student of Galadari and got my driving license within 3 & a half month, i got trained by two of the best instructors they helped me through gave me so much confidence.. best best instructors i highly recommend Ihsanullah Khalid and Mawaz Khan Jamal. Positive experience: Everything was pretty smooth, especially the instructor Ihsan Ullah Khalid. Highly recommended, a sheer gentleman and very skilled. Specifically ask for him. But the on desk administrator, Faizan is a pain in the wrong place. Makes things difficult unnecessarily. All the stories that the final RTA examiner tries to fail you are wrong, if you fail that is only because of your mistake. Anyways, you must opt for a single attempt package which will eventually be cheaper if you don't fail for more than 10 attempts overall. Overall, it's not that difficult. All the best!

Positive experience: Student ID: 6002129 The only reason I’m giving a 4-star review is because of one instructor. His name is Ihsan Ullah Khalid (vehicle no 326) He was a big help, not boring during classess, and genuinely wants students to learn and pass. I highly recommend this guy. But GMDC as a whole is DISAPPOINTING . Getting a schedule quickly is such a hassle, call center takes soo long to answer, and other instructors seem to have different methods of teaching which makes it confusing for students.

Negative experience: Pathetic driving school. Never take admission here for each and everything you have to face so much problem. Negative experience: Galadari is the worst driving school in UAE. They have worst service . They take money on time but classes are delayed . Booking classes is difficult . Call Centre is waste . They just tell , booking team will call you back , but they never call back. You get classes once in a month . Because of this you will get licence minimum after 1 year. They change your class location and instructor without informing you.Most of the driving instructors are not interested in teaching , they just time pass . Please don’t join Galadari ever . Thankyou

Positive experience: I am only giving positive rating for one person, He is a good trainer name : Ihsan ullah, Vehicle no. 326. After being failed for 6 times I loose my confidence with Galadari, but this trainer given me hope. If you have stucked with Galadari go for this trainer. Negative experience: Worst experience. These guys are professional cheaters. To all those driving aspirants, don't waste money. I have learnt this ridiculously expensive lesson by reading the reviews after spending money to Galadari. Do not sign-up at Al Nahda 1 branch. Initially they talk to you very politely. Once you sign-up, they barely answer you. Also they have deployed few handsome looking representatives at Sahara Center area. Don't fall for these attractive offers and false promises. Galadari, I'm sure you know these representatives are cheating all the customers. I'm surprised that these guys still exist standing like a cheating yardstick in front of your outlet. Your company's reputation has already fallen into cracks and I have ensured at least 5 new sign-ups are diverted to an another institute.

Negative experience: I had a very bad experience with this school because of the their outsource marketing which is a scam they initially tell you that everything will be provided by them like transportation and all but it’s all a lie because I enrolled as a package student where they said it’s unlimited for assessment test and 3 try for RTO final I didn’t get any benefits of that and I had to pay more money because of that I had to lose a lot of money and they told me that I am regular student and another reason is that the non availability of dates and to wait for long time and most of the customer service personnel’s are not pleasant to talk with most of them show attitude towards the customers.I will not recommend Galadari to any of my friends or colleagues

Negative experience: I enrolled as a driving student at Galadari and opted for the unlimited package for light vehicle classes in 2023. However, since joining this institute, I have been facing issues with their responsiveness. None of my calls have been answered, and there has been no call back from any of their branches. It has been a year, and I still haven't been able to complete my initial assessment test due to the inconsistent scheduling of classes. They only provide classes on a quarterly basis, making it impossible for me to pass the assessment. To my surprise, I recently discovered that I have already completed 70 classes, and if I wish to continue, I am required to make a payment. This information was never communicated to me during the initial stages..

Negative experience: Bad management, no standard practices for training. Every trainer is having his own way of proving training which is far from the actual training procedure. Stay away if any one want driving license urgently.

Negative experience: Horrible experience with representatives of Galadari school. Faizan is the man who is in al nahda brunch is the most unprofessional an rude person that I've met. He doesn't provide full information and when you ask later why something is happened he puts all blame on customer. He said one price at the beginning and later on he start to charge additional costs without any information and again when we question him he was rude and said that its our fault if we don't understand. He is always speaks in unpleasant way or totally ignor the customer, or worst start to speak on his own language. When customer is getting angry he just smiles at him and when I ask is it funny for him that I am angry he just replied "Yes" and continue smiling. He didn't even provide his name. He is the worst customer service I ever had in many years of living in Dubai. And putting this kind of person as representative for such a big company is very bad for reputation. I would never recommend this school only because of this person.

When you call the customer service they will not answer bad customer service also. You will fail without reason just because they need more money!! Never recommend this school !! Negative experience: Very bad experience from Galadari. We reached there 9.30Pm staff said closed, we told google shows you are open until 10 PM. Then he said system down. He didn’t even want to know why we are there. We went to ask for driving classes and he was not ready to share any info. He was chewing something like betel leaf and the entire office smells bad. Not recommended.

Negative experience: This is by far the WORST driving school eveeeeeer. Liars and hypocritical employees. I curse the moment I participated on it. Starting from 669 questions mock theory test!!!!? I mean for God's sake am I getting a PhD in driving after all that ??? The worst part is that more than 30 questions were entirely opaque and the rest were misleading. And by the way no one give a damn about how miserable you are, all they want is what inside your wallet Bloody experience

Positive experience: To all those who are planning to learn how to drive safely in UAE, Galadari Driving school is one of the best in town. They have good and experienced trainers . Their training program is very efficient. Internal assessments are very crucial. Please dont get upset if you fail 2 or 3 times as this helps you to learn thoroughly before the final RTA test. Regarding booking classes, what i found difficult was that we have to visit the branch, and online booking options are not available. Yes, you have to plan well in advance and allocate time to get the slots. One of the other drawback is the space availability in thier parking class area, you have to literally wait for long time. Before the final test, always take some lessons in the test area to familiarize the roads. I am a first-time driver and have never driven ever in my life. I got my license in 2 try. All thanks to my trainers Mr Upesh and Mr Ihsan. Mr. Upesh, he was very patient and trains you well. Due to his slot unavailability, the admin at alnahda brach suggested Mr. Ihsan, who gave me the tips before the final test, which was vital.
Fantastic experience: Had an amazing driving experience with instructor Mr. Ihsan Ullah Khalid ID 320061. Vehicle number 326. He was extremely patient throughout and didn’t not hesitate to encourage and motivate me at every opportunity. He has immense knowledge about driving and often threw challenges my way in order to improve my driving skills. He also kept me engaged through conversations while driving in order to improve my concentration. I can proudly say that I owe all my confidence to Mr. Ihsan.

Fantastic experience: Mr. Imtiyaz is an experienced instructor. During my driving lesson I have not only learnt crucial driving skills but also I have gained confidence while driving.
