Positive experience: It takes such a long time just to book a test. I feel like they don’t treat clients responsibly. I waited for two hours just to book a simple test. I asked them to do something about it, but it turns out that they couldn’t tell me when the test would be because the manager was in a meeting. I had to wait almost an hour for the manager to be free to get an answer about the test. I didn’t expect it to be like this. Of course, I’m not complaining; I just wanted to point this out. But I did like the licensing system—it’s very easy, quick, and understandable. The only downside is that it takes so much time.

Negative experience: Not the professionalism of the coach. They don't consider giving a chance, at least to explain. You immediately fall, without any advice or help. You can feel the negativity. Im so disappointed. I did not expect this situation, not at all. Given that this is an institution and a place where we as clients come and spend our money. I passed the parking, highway, and all other tests. How simple is it possible that now suddenly "I don't know how to drive" I feel guilty because my money is not to be thrown away, and it's the second time I've been run over.

Negative experience: I had an extremely disappointing experience with Belhasa Driving School. Their customer service is absolutely shocking – the phone is never answered, and even after requesting multiple callbacks, I received nothing. I tried calling, messaging, and emailing to book lessons, and none of my attempts were responded to. When I finally managed to get through to someone, they were unhelpful and dismissive. To make matters worse, the driving instructors instilled fear rather than confidence. Despite being a confident driver, their approach made me more nervous behind the wheel. The overall experience was so bad that I had to switch to a different driving school. In the new school, they pointed out many things that were wrong, which had been taught to me at Belhasa. I do not recommend Belhasa Driving School at all. If you're looking for good customer service and an encouraging environment to learn, look elsewhere. Unless you want to be ignored and left feeling anxious while driving, avoid this school.

Negative experience: Not satisfied for road classes, instructors try to hunt for more classes.They give only option of 4 classes all together if you want home service. Need to consider value addition in each class and should be days apart.

Their primary focus is on squeezing as much money out of you as possible, Disgusting Money-Hungry Scam Belhasa Driving Center Rasalkhama is nothing more than a buisness or scam. They prey on inexperienced drivers (they want them to be be F1 drivers from day 1) and only care about getting you to fail so you'll pay for more endless additional lessons and fees for minor mistakes (mistake that if the examiners are tested they will also do) As a new driver they should give a chance to drive but the examiner is so fearfull and fast that he speaks before doing something not giving a chance to new person and often Press brakes or turn the steering they would not like you to drive on yourself and they will ask you to change the line near a solid line or when a car is in bling spot if you dont follow order they will mark as mistake and if you try to overtake they press brake they just tricks you I suggest that they should give a chance to New driver to drive on his own as they know that no new driver is a F1 driver but they focus on failing you and select 4 mistakes just to grab money. Don't waste your time or money on this greedy establishment. They want you to be a F1 Avoid Belhasa Driving Center Rasalkhama because this predatory, greedy money grabing business at all costs. They take advantage of being only authorized driving center for assessment test in Rasalkhama. And try to pull out every single penny from your pocket by failing and rebooking the test. I dont have words to express what they are I strongly advise anyone considering this driving school to avoid their assessment at all costs. It's a waste of time and money."

Negative experience: Belhasa is purely business when ever i was attending the test i could see that they are trying to creat 4 mistakes.Even a professional will creat some mistake so what u should expect from a trainee.And we have to pay for each test that too is injustice if ur ensuing safe driving & safe teaching then provide at least 3 test in a single payment.Everyone is struggling in this belhasa assessment.In my case I am sure how many mistakes really I had.Even the mistakes they note down is something that normal person can't even recognize.Afterall it we are taking training from belhasa itself they will say training time is 1hr 30min,but barely we get 1 hr training.Everyway I could call this as money laundering

Negative experience: It’s no harm if ladies can be good and positive with ladies, examiners create student scared before getting in the car, everyone get nervous and forget all what we learned, I got rejected once I have stopped the car at STOP board, she started shouting why you stop, also she told to park and there is no proper parking place, it’s just small space of triangle

Fantastic experience: I took black points 2 lectures from @Ameer Ahmed Khan Sir in Ras Al Khaimah branch he explained so well it was a nice experience with him. The way he explains is unique and the logics he uses to explains the situations is very relatable to everyone.

Negative experience: A really bad and forgettable experience when registering for a driver's license test here. I don't know English, I tried to pass the theory test and parking round. I was psychologically traumatized when I took the assessment test 4 times and still did not pass. With the classes offered at the center, and more than 10 driving classes outside, I still couldn't pass the test. The center has a business nature, creating a lot of pressure for students in the assessment test round. The instructor's attitude in assessment testing needs to be reconsidered. It's silly to have signed up to study here.

Negative experience: The center has a business nature, making it difficult for students and during the exam process, students have to pay money to retake the exam many times. especially the assessment test stage. The instructor's attitude was very unpleasant and arrogant. do not give contestants the opportunity to surpass themselves. I made the mistake of registering to get my driver's license here because I spent too much money on 4 assessment tests and couldn't pass them. It's a pity that I made this choice.
