Fantastic experience: My review is based completely for my instructor. I had failed two attempts under a different instructor. My husband who was traimed by Arshad passed in his first attempt and suggested me to take my last set of classes from him. I got trained under Arshad just before my final RTA attempt and I must say the detailing and the knowledge that he carries and shares in unbeatable. He let me drive and explained each mistake I committed in clear and simple way, made me aware of aspect I thought I had clarity on and now I have my UAE drivers license. Thanks to Arshad.

Negative experience: I have tried multiple times to call and book my class, however no one is responding. If someone responds they will tell you that the concern department will call back and no one will call you. It's really really bad service

Negative experience: The instructors are pretty good, the attitude of the class booking staff is very un professional, they do loos talks each other when even customer is standing there, not at all keeping the professional manner , and they never answer the phone call bookings

Fantastic experience: This is the DDC branch for Smart Yard. All people are extremely friendly, caring and supportive. The staff is slightly more experienced. The center is spacious and clean. Reaching this center is a bit difficult as it is more farther away from metro station. It definitely costs a lot of money to attend driving classes and also causes mental stress if you fail. Hard to keep confidence high and focus on correcting mistake but honestly this is the only way forward. Much better than Galadari Driving school, don't go for fake reviews and rating in some other driving institutes.

Fantastic experience: I just passed my RTA final test today, in first attempt.. This was my dream! By God’s grace and proper training from my instructors, I have got my UAE Driving license!! Lovely experience with Dubai Driving School Al Khail Branch. Would like to mention, the entire staff starting from the reception, the officers, the instructors, the Master trainers, the transportation team, everyone are really helpful, so kind and friendly! Never had a bad experience from anyone! I have been very nervous especially during the RTA tests. I had failed the RTA parking test a few times. I cleared all parking except for my garage parking, in the 2nd attempt. But garage parking I cleared only on my 5th attempt. I must mention the support I received from all the yard test team members.. Every time I failed and was upset they comforted me and prepared me for the next without getting upset or irritated. I need to mention and thank a few! Starting from the accounting staff especially Libin, my instructors, Abdulla Ramachandran Sir, Babu Raj Sir, Praveen, and finally Crisanta Ma’am. Every time one of the instructor was on vacation I chose the next one and God provided me with the best instructors every time! All of them were the best! Especially CRISANTA Ma’am! The best instructor!! I did my final classes with Ma’am, she was very patient and explained every points very well! All my instructors were kind and made me comfortable throughout! Then the Assessment officers Sharif Sir, Musafar Sir and a few more ( forgot their names) Master trainer Nadeem Sir, Then the class/ test booking team, Shaheen Ma’am. The entire transportation team. It is very good school, with a lot of good instructors, cars and one of the most important, that you should wait for the slot for 2-3 weeks (like in other schools) to sing to RTA. Negative experience: If you are looking for a speedy smooth plan to Acquire a license and you choose DDC think again? With the regular package booking classes was a nightmare most of the times phone wasn’t picked and when it was finally picked i was asked that i would receive a call back which sometimes took more than 2 days,it was a nightmare to go through all this, highly unorganized to say the least, Things changed to good when transferred my file to Vip package and my trainer Mr kutty was excellent, Also i would like to say my special thanks to Mr mohammed who takes care of silicon oasis branch

During my first day of class, she had this strict and loud voice that made me nervous and intimidated. I almost want to give up and nearly cried due to frustration . I kept failing and unable to stay centered in my lane. She kept on raising her voice to remind me that I’m making the same mistake. But to be honest, this way of teaching was a great help for me. This helped me to remember my mistakes and not to do it repeatedly. She’s a great teacher. She was a big part during my journey of learning how to drive. Fantastic experience: I’m currently enrolled at this DDC branch and so far the experience is good. Initially, I was anxious due to stories of demanding instructors, but my experience was the opposite. The instructors were friendly, accommodating, and focused on helping me improve without pressure. Special thanks to Mr. Zafar Ullah, Mr. Ahmed Awad, Mr. Mogahed and Mr. Khalid Mohamed for their support and constructive feedback. I also appreciate the whole team’s assistance during my parking assessments. Their encouragement and clear explanations were very helpful. Mr. Sharif Khan, in particular, provided valuable tips. Additionally, the reception staff were very patient and helpful, even when I needed information to be repeated. Two areas for improvement (minor): Scheduling next classes or assessments can be challenging. i actually experience this 1 time only when i need to book but dont have the time since im catching up on my next appointment. I was expecting that it will be easier if i can just call but im having a hard time to connect on the line. As a result i need to go there to book. Therefore, More responsive communication via phone would be helpful. Also, the free transport to the metro could use better AC especially during summer, though it's manageable. i understand that it's free but it would be great to add more comfort. Overall, with my current experiences, I recommend this driving school for their professionalism, patience, and supportive approach.

His way of teaching bought me to a next level of driving, even if i had more than 7 years of driving in my home country he showed me my mistakes. Fantastic experience: I have been to other driving institutes but can vouch that the Dubai Driving Institute is the most cooperative and friendliest institute. They are happy to assist with the scheduling, rescheduling of classes and any other process that might be needed. Ms Shaheen and Mr Libin helped with bookings of classes and followed up, when needed. I would like to thank Ms Chrisanta who is a dedicated instructor at the centre. Just a couple of classes with her will ensure you drive like a professional.
