Negative experience: scammers they make you fail your tests on purpose so that you have to pay again to admit the test.

Negative experience: I just want to raise my disappointment I felt with this driving center. I don't have problem with the staff they are very helpful and accommodating. My only concern was that it was like they were only concern with taking money from people. I had a license from Philippines, Qatar, and Kuwait and I passed all just for one take. And when I came here in UAE I never thought taking license need to be a super human and u don't have to mess up for a small mistake you will fail. I felt like the examiner from Belhasa were only focusing with the mistake the examinee will make instead of taking into consideration how confident you drive. I am not a first timer and Alhamdulillah I have never had accident since I started to learn driving. I don't see the point why they have that kind of system Two times being failed with the road test gives a trauma already to take for another test and another payment. It's really unreasonable.

Negative experience: DISASTER!!! Extremely disappointed with this school. Failed RTA, straight away went to update result at counter 8, same time paid for next test. Went back to counter 8 to book next RTA test after payment. Guy refused to assist telling to book online. I had issue with online booking, he said that results will be updated later. Left the school, result updated and tried to book next test. Guest what!? It does not allow me showing to pay fees!!! Which I already paid few hours back. Then I called the school, they advised that they have issue in their system, however test department will call me. NO ONE CALLED!!! I called them back, as the slots were getting not available any more! They assured me - concern department will call me back. I explained situation regarding slots and asked to call me at the earliest. Guess what?! No one called me, when I tried to call third time - their working hours finished and day I wished to book is not available any longer. Avoid this school. Same to book classes. Concerned person (Umar) will never pick up your call and never call you back. So you will be lucky to catch him and book classes. Paying not cheap price all the time without delays and getting this shitty service. Brahhh …

Negative experience: Extremely Disappointing Experience with Belhasa Driving School I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service and experience I have had at your driving school. After a year of attending your classes, I still cannot pass the driving exam, and the reasons are directly tied to the poor quality of instruction and service I have received. Firstly, the instructors lack fundamental teaching skills. Their English proficiency is inadequate, making it very difficult to understand instructions clearly. Furthermore, some of them seem unqualified and unable to teach the necessary skills for safe and competent driving. Secondly, the school’s policies are unfair and show no regard for student circumstances. For instance, when I was unwell, I attempted to cancel my class. However, because your team was on holiday, I was unable to inform you within the required 48-hour window. Despite this, I was still penalized and charged for the class—something that felt entirely unreasonable given the circumstances. Additionally, the school is not supportive or accommodating in any way. Everything seems geared towards extracting more money rather than providing genuine assistance to help students succeed. The lack of professionalism and rude behavior from your staff further compounds the frustration. This has been, without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had with any service provider. I want to make it clear that I will never, ever recommend your school to anyone. I am part of a very large community, and I will ensure everyone knows how unprofessional,unhelpful and rude your school is. Your reputation will reflect the service you provide.

Negative experience: Very slow registration only one open counter although there are 3 employees sitting playing on their phones . Waiting for 1.5 hours just to register although the place is empty very slow and unhelpful.

Fantastic experience: I had the best road training experience with Mr.Khalid Anwar .. he's respectful, patient, supporting, motivating, wastes zero minutes during the actual training and has very good english skills for elaboration. I highly recommend him as a trainer if you want to pass RTA test from the 1st attempt The school staff were also very respectful but majority had basic to poor spoken english skills which led to some delays and miscommunication . School system is a bit outdated and has some bureacracy but the overall experience was very good !

Fantastic experience: I just received my License a week ago from Nad Al Hamar branch. The entire process from booking classes to receiving license was very easy and smooth. The staff at Belhasa was very kind and supportive. I need to give Special credits to my instructor- Ms.Nimra Kousar. She is very friendly, highly enthusiastic , and dedicated teacher. I really appreciate her efforts and thankful for all the support she gave me. It is the confidence that she has given me which I am truly grateful for! Negative experience: Very bad experience, the road rule information i didn’t get it all And they but instructions serve to collect more money from student, how come i came late 5 minutes and i need to pay for more class !!!

Fantastic experience: i have to say the driving experience is completely enhanced and that depends on the instructor. i had ms. nimra kousar as my instructor and she handled my first-time driving with utter patience. her classes were very informative and useful, and i passed all my tests with no more than 2 tries. her dedication made this possible. i 100% recommend the school; i’ve had a very satisfactory experience here.

Fantastic experience: My instructor was the brilliant Ms. Nimra Kousar. I was lucky to have her as my instructor, she taught me how to be a safe and confident driver. She improved all my flaws and enhanced all my skills. She explains everything thoroughly and answers all my questions to make sure I have no doubts or hesitations. I am not a great driver because of Ms. Nimra.

Negative experience: I’ve been there with a friend to help him out for his leaners permit renewal cause he was incapable of languages. when we get there, there were two men in the costumer service counter and they were not minding him or his presence just talking with a lady friend then I inquired about the renewal they were giving him a Barcode to sign in and do the work. So my question is if someone with a less education or knowledge goes there & giving this same treatment how’d they be feeling about this encounter. Shame

She is very dedicated, friendly and cooperative with my practical training.Her classes are so informative. She is very good motivator,supporter and caring instructor. Negative experience: Ahhhh, never go for contract (lumsum package), they're keep on delaying on each step as you've already paid in advance. It's an unbearable experience so far and seems endless Aamir refused to give more classes today even with Lumsum package. Secondly, examiners are also rude and failing for no reason. Candidate must have the right to challenge if failed unnecessarily. RTA must install cameras same as Yard test cars.

Negative experience: Instructors are amazing. Assessment section horrible. Make you fail for no reason or the smallest reason possible for money.

Fantastic experience: Today, I had my initial driving assessment with Ms. Shabana Ma’am. As with many new drivers, I began the session feeling quite nervous. However, Ms. Shabana’s calm and composed demeanor significantly eased my anxiety. She provided clear, constructive feedback throughout the assessment, addressing my mistakes promptly and with clarity. Her approach not only helped me understand where I went wrong but also offered valuable guidance on how to correct and improve my driving skills.

The vehicles were in excellent condition, and scheduling was easy. Highly recommend this center for anyone looking to learn or improve their driving skills! Negative experience: Worst Driving school ever I have seen in my life. Too slow service specially they didn't treat to bike drivers. It's been 1 month and my classes didn't start yet. No Check and balance. I think there administration is sleeping. If they provide you free service please don't go there and don't waste your time

Ms Nimra kausar , Mr. Arshad khan & Mr.Naze khan who have been supportive in my driving licence journey . Nimra kausar is a great dedicated teacher.She is very loving & carrying personality.Mr.Amir Ali ,Mr.Adil Khan & Mr Ibrahim of Technical department helped me a lot and r very supportive.Ms Romana provide me a moral support and took free classes to guide me. and Ms Kusoom is very helpful.Mr,Ansab from test department & Mr. Mushtaq from reception were very supportive .Mr. Moin Technical Head provide Guidance for getting the license.On one hand I want to thanks Belhasa institute and its team and on another end I want to say to the student that getting licence is not easy so if u r not confident enough in driving than dont take direct road test take proper classes first be confident than only go for test . U can't cheat examiner from your eyes they will make out how much u know. If u have not drive before or u r out of practice than I advise to take unlimited package so that u have not to pay for every class.Paying for every class is very expensive. At the time of joining understand the available package.Examiner require smooth driving and its come with practice.

Negative experience: outstanding instructor Misbah in BELHASA driving center Nad Al Hammer branch , give me nice teaching and good knowledge about driving , so I totally understand the reason for study , fast and easy understand , so second time exam and pass got driving license , I am totally new and pass in the short time and spend good time and enjoy with Misbah for her lesson with me .

Negative experience: Very bad behaviour and rude stuffs. Tests and classes are very late. Specially in Nadd Al Hamar and Al Quoz both branches. They treat very badly with the contracted students. EDI is good but Belhasa is not recommended at all.

Negative experience: Very bad driving school with a large number of rude stuffs specially incharge Mr. Amir treated very rudely. His behaviour is very rough.Without his sign nobody is allowed to sit for any tests and it takes 2-3 months for each tests. They are in online but you can't book any test online.If you do so you will need to pay huge amount of fines.On the other hand, EDI and all the other school have online test boking system and it really works.I saw some students were treated badly by Mr. Amir. He was saying that, why you people came here? Who gave you visas? Go back to your country. I asked them. They told me that, they are from DTC. They are suffering from this school for more than 9 months. Some of them got only 2 chances with 2 learners.I am also suffering here for more than 8 months. I got my first final road test date after 2 months of passing the RTA yard. Incharge Mr. Amir and the lady working in counter number 6 named Sahresh both treat badly/ roughly with all contracted students. Anyway, totally waste of time and money. EDI is good. Belhasa this branch is not recommended at all.

Negative experience: Worst experience and the worst driving school in Dubai. The contracted students are treated badly by the incharge named Mr Amir. His behaviour is very rude. It seems students are learning driving without paying money. Online booking is not allowed at all, while the other driving school gives the opportunity to book the tests online. Even if you book online you will face fines for that. Classes and test dates are very late. I heared about some Dubai Taxi candidates, they were treated badly by the incharge Mr. Amir. He was saying them to go back to their country. I heared from them, they were waiting for their final road test for more then 2 months.I also got my final test date after 2 months of passing the RTA parking. It’s totally a horrible experience. Not recommended to anyone.

Negative experience: The worst ever driving school in Dubai.One of the incharge named Mr. Amir. His behaviour is very rude with all contracted people. Classes and exam dates are very late. Even the reception lady named Sahresh is very rude. After passing the RTA parking test I got the final exam date after 2.5 months. When I went for classes after getting the rta message, they told me that, there is no schedule for any classes now. Not recommended at all.

Fantastic experience: Good Institute and great team from training, lectures, customer service at the location and test department. Would highly recommend Ms. Misbah Sarwar who has been supportive through out my driving licence journey and helped me through her hard work to get it in second attempt. She is a great dedicated teacher as well as provides moral support. She is always available for you and helps you in difficult situations. Ms.Sharesh Anwar, in the customer service department was also very supportive and understanding through out my journey.

Fantastic experience: Although I didn’t finish yet but I can say how much the team are very cooperative and respectful from Mrs Sahresh and Mr mushtaq in the customer service To my outstanding instructor Mrs Namira she is very helpful, professional and can clarify any questions and explain every step in a simple and efficient way she is also very caring when classes were canceled due to weather conditions she always tried to give me suitable and early appointments.

Fantastic experience: Getting a Driver's License in UAE is challenging, however, Belhasa Driving Centre in Nad Al Hammar, makes it a smoother journey. I would like to mention that my instructor Mrs. Nimra Kousar was the sweetest and the most encouraging. Her techniques and way of teaching helped me immensely and her eye for details made me more aware of my mistakes. Negative experience: terrible service. other people get their license from different companies within a week. belhasa will drag out your training for as long as they can to make extra money, so you pay the license renewal fee. required to pay for a class if you fail the mock exam. no other company does this. tried to book classes many times for road test and they said that the center will call me back and they never did. the training staff do not respond to texts either and it’s just constant inconvenience after inconvenience. if you are late to class for 10 minutes they cancel and make you pay the full price but the rta parking test staff was late by forty minutes and they did nothing. on top of that the training isn’t even good. i asked them for someone who spoke english and they gave me this egyptian lady who spoke broken english and wasted my time and money.

Fantastic experience: I recently got my drivers license from BDC Nad Al hamar. My instructor was Miss. Nimra. She tailored the lessons to my specific needs and learning pace, ensuring that I gained confidence in each aspect of driving before progressing to next. If anyone is planning to get license in Nad Al Hamar branch , request Mr.Khosh Muhammad, you will never regret. Very, very thankful for him. He is excellent driving instructor.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Belhasa Nad Al Hammar, the process was fast, I was able to book multiple classes a day and the instructors are very supportive, and at all times they set you up for success. The whole staff is very helpful and the call center very effective. I was able to learn how to drive confidently and would definitely recommend this school to new drivers.

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to share my positive experience with Belhasa. Since the moment I passed my theory exam everything else was done within a month. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating to my busy schedule. Special thanks to the lovely lady at counter number 6 for moving things around so I could have a last minute practice lesson before my final RTA exam. However, I truly believe I wouldn’t have passed on my 1st try if not for my instructor, Muhammad Adnan Khan. Your calm demeanour, clear instructions and lightheartedness made for a very pleasant and fun driving experience. This was my first time driving in my life and I felt safe and in control the entire time. I truly recommend everything about the whole experience. Good luck!

Fantastic experience: Thanks to my instructors guidance Nimra and Arshad I've passed my exams and got driving licence. The process is well organized, RTA tests and the driving center is located in one building. I've got my lisences in 30 minutes after the last succesful road test.

Fantastic experience: This driving school has amazing service and excellent teachers. I have been practicing with Ms.Sitara Jabeen, and other than her being very calm and motivating , her teaching skills are great .

Negative experience: My experience was really bad. First, the instructors didn't seem to care about the money we paid for classes, which was AED 250 for each 2-hour session. They take prayer breaks without asking for permission, and the issue isn’t them taking breaks to pray but them not giving you extra time. If you’re going to pray for 15 minutes no problem, just have enough respect to provide 15 minutes of extra training! I don't blame the instructors but rather the management who should set the standards. Unfortunately, they seem to be doing a poor job. Moreover, the test cars were in terrible condition during my RTA parking test, first of all, the brakes were worn out and seemed off, second the side mirrors did not work properly, I had to attempt to adjust them multiple times before they actually moved. Despite the good reviews, my overall experience with this driving school has been a nightmare.

Fantastic experience: I enrolled my daughter in one of the best driving schools - Belhasa driving center, Nad Al Hammar. She did not gain any confidence even after finishing her 20 classes. But the additional classes taken with Instructor, Mrs. Nimra Kausar really helped her to gain back the confidence and get through all the tests. She is an excellent instructor and I thank her for her teaching method of patiently explaining all the rules of safe driving & all her guidance to my daughter.
