Fantastic experience: I’ve been taking driving lessons with Anisa Yousef, and I have to say, she’s one of the kindest and most understanding people I’ve ever met. As a first-time driver, I was really nervous, but she made me feel so comfortable right away. She was super patient and taught me so well, always calm and encouraging, no matter how anxious I felt. Honestly, I just wanted to leave this review because she made my whole experience so much better, and I’m really grateful for her.

Negative experience: Hi, I am extremely disappointed with the instructor not cooperating with students and very rude behavior. They should understand every student had paid his hardworking money to achieve the license. But instructor has to be co-operate with proper guidelines. As I have a 15 years old country license and I paid full fees for my regular package. They have failed me in assessment test intentionally. I have decided to quit and move to other iinstitute. My whole fees and time has wasted. It seems to get license impossible as instructor used to pretend. Please make everyone satisfied who deserves.

Fantastic experience: I am very happy to say that I have got my drivers license from DDC in just 2.5 months. I am really grateful to all my instructors and examiners for taking the time to teach me everything, especially Mr. Fazal Monan for road training and Mr. Ahmed for my parking classes. Mr. Fazal has his own tricks of teaching that are very important and Mr. Ahmed’s parking techniques are also really good, he is a really patient and friendly instructor that helped me pass my RTA parking also in the 1st try, you are lucky if you get both of them. They both are very professional and experienced instructors by the way they teach. I just passed my RTA final road test at 1.30 pm today in my first try and I don’t know how to experience my happiness. The classes scheduled are perfect timings and the management is also good. The easiest way is to find the perfect instructor for you that teaches you very well and try to learn everything from them. The internal examiners are also the best that they have and they motivate you and give you confidence before the test starts, overall it was a great journey for me and I am happy to be a part of DDC.

Got my UAE license in 3 months at FIRST ATTEMPT !!! ,thanks to the DDC team who have co ordinated and arranged my classes and tests hassle free and with no long waiting time . Negative experience: I really had worst experience with instructor shahzadi bano , being a beginner learning from scratch , she didt tell me any details regarding driving , just kept on humiliating , lowered my confidence , keep on admiring herself ,mocking on her others students as well , bashing on every act of yours not even showing patience , telling you , u can’t learn to drive , she is very rude and frustrated human ,keep on yelling at you saying you did mistake ,when ask to correct she would say , you should correct yourself , she is very self centered self obsessed only saying see how gracefully I drive , you can’t compare a student with a teacher , Iam so disturbed by her attitude Iam regretting on choosing Dubai driving center Paid so much For beginner who never had any experience ,you should boost confidence and be gentle , rather insulting she should improve her teaching techniques and should tell beginners briefly Please train her first later make her a teacher Please beware before choosing her

Negative experience: Never, ever enroll in this school that only cares about money. The people here, especially the one named Mohammed in accounts, are so rude—acting as if they own the institute. It's just a waste of your money. They’ll keep failing you so that you have to retake courses, which means more money for them. I've already spent so much, and now that I want to transfer to an unlimited package, they’re charging me the same amount as before. What’s the point? It’s like opening a new file with them. Never again. Never come to this school. I wish your business success.

First, I want to thank Ms. Hart, my first teacher at the Dubai Driving Center Al Qusais branch. As a beginner with zero knowledge of driving, I needed someone who could guide me firmly, and Ms. Hart was exactly that. Her strict approach helped me develop strong driving skills, and her clear, precise instructions allowed me to learn from my mistakes. I can't recommend her enough. Second, my gratitude goes to Ms. Shazadi, who guided me through my parking classes and continued to support me until the end of my driving journey. Fantastic experience: I feel so happy to write this review for this center!! I got my driving license on 9th August 2024! Unfortunately being on Friday morning I couldn't meet any of my instructors. However I wish to thank many in this center who were with me as a support throughout my journey! 1st is Mr. Mahmood ( Admin n accounts desk ) who helped me with admission process , who explained well and helped me at every difficult step and encouraged me to go ahead . 2nd my first instructor Mr. Ajay kumar - I was a beginner with zero knowledge on driving he took a great risk.to teach me n he did the best way making me comfortable. Then goes all the female instructors ( Farida mam, Alia mam, shahzadi n others too with whom I took lesser classe) Road assessment examiner sorry I forgot her name, she believed in me and supported me a lot. Parking instructor ( Mr. Ahmed ) the best trainer I would say !! Two examiners who sits inside that smart yard cabin who really supported me very well for my parking test n cheered up for me when I passed. Last but not the least all admin accounts staff (shahina too ) God bless u all.. today I drive mainly coz of every one of ur support!!

Positive experience: I won't comment entirely on the institute in general. My advice for beginner drivers (those who've never been behind the wheel before) is to choose the unlimited package so there isn't stress of failing and you can do classes till you're confident. The reason I'm saying this is, if you pick the limited package, because of how many times you will fail, you will inevitably end up paying a price close to the unlimited package or in certain cases, even higher as I've witnessed people doing their final RTA road test for their 7th time and even more! The one thing you should remember is that they extremely care about safety of yourself and others on the road. If you can display that on your test, you will most definitely pass with flying colors. This goes both for DDC and other institute, it's hard to find good instructors, and as a person who has had more than 10 different instructors in my whole process of learning for my drivers license, the one person who I would want to give a special mention is to MS. HART. No questions asked, book your class with her if you've joined in the DDC Al qusais 1 branch, and I'll tell you the reasons for it as well: As a person who was a beginner driver, for me, understanding the theory of stuff was important (for example: how many times I should turn the steering wheel when I'm taking a U-Turn and things like that). Most of my previous instructors were unable to 'teach me driving'. Of course there is a limit to how much driving can be taught, I'm well aware about that, but some of my prevuous instructors were more concerned about their lunch breaks and ending class as early as 20 minutes or more. Some were more concerned with their phone and so on. Ms. Hart made it a point to really explain things to me, and also let me make mistakes so I could learn from them, and I'm truly truly grateful to her. The whole process of learning driving in dubai, is a very stressful thing, whether you're learning it for the first time or not, make that process a little easier by picking the right instructors, so I would highly recommend Ms. Hart for my female student drivers. I wish you all the very best and may you all pass with flying colors

Negative experience: Even giving this one star is too much, I wish I could not choose Extremely Disappointing Experience with Your Driving School I have held a valid driving license from my home country for 13 years and have driven in this country for 4 years with an international driving permit, fully familiar with all the rules and regulations. However, during my final driving test, after just 7 minutes of driving, I was told I made 13 errors (despite the fact that 12 errors would have been acceptable to pass). The examiner failed me for extremely trivial reasons, and to make matters worse, one of the so-called "mistakes" was "interfering with the examiner's process"—as if I had done something to disrupt his work or said something inappropriate. It’s blatantly obvious that this was just a way to extract more money from me. The behavior and attitude of your staff, especially those from the RTA, reflect a clear lack of integrity, and this erodes the trust we placed in your institution. Please do not ruin the reputation of your establishment. I strongly recommend that others conduct thorough research before choosing this driving school.

Fantastic experience: I trained under MR YAHYA. What a gem of a person..Someone who can give you a lot of confidence and motivates you tremendously. With him by your side, one can pass any driving test, anywhere in the world. What you need when you learn to drive in a new place are knowledge of the rules, driving skills, and confidence that you can master them. MR YAHYA offers all three in abundance and is very motivational. I owe him a lot for enabling me to learn the rules and pass the driving test here in Dubai..Special thanks to DDC (Mr Younis and team) for all their support as well. Fantastic experience: Took the VIP class because of time constraints. The Centre provides the best VIP service compared to ALL OTHER SCHOOLS with regards to cost and flexibility and is worth what we pay for compared to other schools. The instructor Damra sir was very kind and supportive and knows how to train people the right way. He is a nice person and I only wish the best for him.

Positive experience: Got my License today on 1st Attempt, overall experience is good, trainers are good, but the assessment instructors are worst, they keep failing you for no justified reasons so you take classes again and pay for them. Literally felt like it was just for the sake of money, and nothing else!

Fantastic experience: My experience with Dubai Driving Center - Al Qusais Branch, was very good. My last instructor Mr. Shani Abdul was very supportive, corrected my mistakes and trained me with lot of patience because of which I could pass my final road test. Mr. Shani is very enthusiastic teacher and DDC is a great institute for driving license process.

Negative experience: Since march, I’ve been trying to get my license, since then they assigned my driving classes far from each other, today 15/6/2024 it’s been 3 months and throughout this time Ive seen all sort of cancellations, oh your class us cancelled due to the weather due to eid due to this and that. As for the driving instructor, the whole situation is a joke, they will teach you, but also you have to figure out half of everything by yourself because they will be on the phone watching videos and talking with their family. Don’t let me get started with the guy who registers the classes, that guy has no manners, absolutely none, barely does his job and when you ask him to book for you the classes he will act as if you disturbed his peace, keeping in mind everytime a class get cancelled I would have to speak to this guy who shows no manners. I don’t recommend

Fantastic experience: Dubai Driving center (Al Qusais) has been an amazing experience for me and has helped improve my confidence and safety on road. My instructors Ms Raziya, Ms Aliya and Mr Rafeeq Usman has helped me improve tremendously and is overall the main reason I feel confident on road. Ms Shehina has also helped me a lot with the class schedule. I do recommend DDC!!!!

Negative experience: Putting a late review, got my license a year ago, initially started at Al Nahda1 , the instructor was very rude. Later changed to quasis branch. The trainers conducting the initial driving assessment are crooks they keeping failing you even if you drive well , just want to make money. Many of the instructors are also taking bribes. Had to go through hell just to get my license

My advice is never to come to this school because you have to pay 3 times the initial registration fee for the final exam If someone here has passed the final exam less than 2 times, say, "Unfortunately, this is the worst school that only cares about money.
