Fantastic experience: I want to say THANKS for Belhasa School (Al Quoz 4 Branch) and specifically for my instructor Mr. Tanveer Ahmad who taught me everything about driving. I was completely 0 and it was not easy, because all things from theory to practice was strict and hard. But it’s should be like that! Driver license it’s not a joke, please remember this guys. Fantastic experience: I got my driving license from this driving school and started driving a car on the Dubai roads. At first I was afraid because I thought that I need a lot of time to get used to Dubai roads and it would be difficult for me and may be I would give up driving in Dubai. My instructor was Farzana. She is very calm and kind, driving with her has become easy and enjoyable. I paid for an unlimited number of lessons because I thought I would study for a long time. But I learned very quickly from Farzana. And I passed the smart yard test and road test from the first time. And when I got my driving license, I got in my car and drove right away. Thanks to my instructor Farzana. She is actually the best instructor ☀️❤️

Positive experience: I began my learning journey on January ,nearly ten months ago, with high expectations for one of the top institutes in the UAE, based on what I had heard from various channels. However, my experience has not matched those expectations. The customer service is below average; no one seems to pay attention, and it often takes too long to get things done. While the facilities are available, they are not well maintained. The only reason I have stayed is because of my instructor, Walid Mansour. He is one of the best instructor in Dubai, possessing extensive knowledge and a deep technical understanding. His passion for teaching is evident, and I feel fortunate to have him as my teacher. He truly deserves more recognition within this organization. I highly recommend Walid to anyone who is a new student at Belhasa. If you have the opportunity to learn from him, don’t hesitate!

Fantastic experience: School was very good specially the instructor Mr waleed mansoor he teach me very well and because of him i got my license and I'm very happy i recommend everyone to get the license from this school and choose Mr waleed mansoor as their teacher.

Positive experience: Like they say nothing good comes easy, it's been a long journey that I will forever remember with highs and lows, thanks to one of my instructors who took his time and energy to help me during this process in person of Mr. Khalid Abdul Jabbar, he is one of a kind and deserve a pay rise and promotion. Negative experience: I have done 5 classes of driving. Trainers are expert and good.However, there customer service is worst i have ever seen, specially the lady who received the call from their toll free number.

Fantastic experience: I had the privilege to learn proper driving under the guidance of Valid Mansour Sanati. I am thankful for his patience, professionalism, easy-going nature and eagerness to help me improve my driving and parking skills. I wouldn’t have gotten my license without his help! This school is very professional and I would certainly recommend it to anyone wanting to drive in Dubai.

Negative experience: Belhasa's testing process is flawed and unfair. The examiners are disrespectful and seem to have no interest in helping you pass. I've attempted the final exam six times, and each time, none of the three people in the car passed. It's frustrating that everyone is paying over 10k AED and still not getting results. Additionally, having to pay 320 AED just to file a complaint seems unreasonable. The main issue seems to stem from the RTA department. The lack of proper training motivation and paying very less for staff members contributes to the toxic environment at Belhasa. I do not recommend Belhasa for driving lessons.

Negative experience: "I had a terrible experience with customer service. I was promised pick-up and drop-off service, but when I called the driver, he directed me to speak with the call center. After that, I was transferred to a supervisor, which didn’t help at all. While they did arrange the pick-up, the driver later called to cancel, and now the supervisor is not responding. This has been a series of false promises and unhelpful support."

Fantastic experience: Excellent school. I did my golden chance here. Sign up process was very smooth. It was easy to book test dates. The day before my road test I booked an optional 2 hours of class which are highly recommended. It helps gives you all the tricks and hints of areas where you may fail. Highly recommend the school. Planning to go back for motorcycle license soon.

Positive experience: Overall positive: Good customer service and experience Have applied for my driving license for LMV with Belhasa behind Al Khail mall. Despite having 15 years plus of driving experience in India, still opted for full 20 classes course as my driving license from India was not in acceptable hard copy condition (soft copies were not accepted). Overall positive experience, app based scheduling and WhatsApp based test book possible. However, recommended to visit in person and do the bookings for personal connect. I decided on this institute due to proximity from my work/stay location. Took night classes as I preferred to do this post work. Passed the parking in 3rd attempt (could have been 2nd if not for my mistake) and final road test in 2nd attempt. Slotting of sessions and tests were not difficult and reasonably available. Instructors: initially had a senior instructor from Pakistan (do not wish to name). Was pleasant and helpful. Just that every 2 hrs, he spent 20 mins for prayers which was not productive during the night sessions. However, i did not discourage the same but felt I was unnecessarily paying for those durations. Personally recommend the instructor, Mr. Ram Singh who was extremely helpful in the extension classes (after 1st attempt fail). I found him genuine/sincere and his tips helped in passing during the 2nd attempt. I would highly recommend him to people like me who have driving experience but need tips to pass. Areas of improvement: The overall cost/ discounts for experienced drivers could well be under 5k AED. I eventually spend 6.5k which was due to the repeated attempts. I think this is one area where they can improve and also ensure that students maximum learning time during sessions. Overall, good customer experience, app and tutorials and instructors very helpful. The facility is good quality and the test happens around the surroundings which is another positive. Recommend overall. Happy with my choice.

Fantastic experience: Nice experience. Ease way of learning. Especially instructor Sudheer was good person with excellent knowledge.

Negative experience: Worst experience and a total nightmare! You buy the most expensive pack and all you get from those incomepetent people: is laziness, total ignorance and no skills of solving anything for you.. from booking a class, to making appointment for an exam, from getting at least a decent teacher with at least a proper english.. to a fully worst time of you life… they are never on time, they are never available on customer care, the instructors are so bad that after getting your license and spending a tone of money , you won’t be able to drive cause the trainers can’t even drive themselves or at least speak english fluently. I regretted taking classes here, be careful with your time and money, and never approach that school which is literally a scam

Positive experience: Bdc al quoz my pta training is ongoing, 6 days gone, more 6 days ahead. In my opinion, belhasa is best. And I always suggest others join belhasa, everything going well & smooth in our pta training! No question about it. But I have a complaint, and I want that belhasa management should take action ASAP. Outside of the school wall, there are gutka spitting stains and cigarette butts, packets of fmcg products, its mess. Unclean environment, overall. Please take action in this regard! Thank you!

We are a total of 30 people and all of us are comfortable To our teacher Mohammad Hassan, he is explained RTA's Dubai rules and regulations drivers to do and the places of Dubai and good manners and more then more teached with love and strictness in a way that all of us could understand and kindly answered all the explanations we asked. Negative experience: Something needs to be done to address the long process to get driving license from this school. My wife is trying since more than 1 year. I hardly see any reviews regarding the driving training and testing. Majority of reviews are for classroom training. The actual practical driving training and testing experience needs to be improved. It seems unfair that even after taking hundreds of classes and instructors saying that everything is fine with the driving, my wife keeps failing in the final test. It seems like no matter how good your driving is. It doesn't matter. The worst part is if you express your dissatisfaction, they send you from one department to another and everyone keeps saying they can't do anything. Someone should take accountability. The training from the school should be more aligned with what the final examiners are testing. The whole process is very draining mentally and financially.

Fantastic experience: I took my 12 days induction classes from Belhasa school, the teachers there are very intelligent, informative and friendly. Perhaps it was difficult for us to start cars and taxis, but where there is a teacher like Sir Abid, the 0students can face every difficulty with confidence and intelligence, specially Sir Abid who is very friendly, polite and intelligent. I always remember those 12 days which I spent taking training with Sir Abid. My prayer is that may Allah give great success to Sir Abid and may he and his family members receive happiness. Fantastic experience: Best driving school experience ever!!! The staff were always very polite and helpful. My instructor - Mr. Muhammad Aquil was super professional and intelligent. This was the smoothest and nicest experience I ever had in a driving school (I used to go to another school before moving to UAE, what a difference I must say). Loved it. I cannot express enough my gratitude I totally recommend it to everyone, you will not get a better deal than this. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I recently got my driving license from Belhasa Driving School, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The entire process was smooth and professional. All the staff members were friendly and supportive. I particularly want to mention my instructor, Ram Singh. He played a crucial role in helping me get my driving license on the first attempt. He was patient, knowledgeable, and very supportive throughout my training. He provided clear instructions and constructive feedback, ensuring I felt confident and well-prepared.

Negative experience: I called customer service to inform them to cancel my class as i was very sick. I understand the policy which is 48hrs prior however how can I call if they are closed since it was a holiday yesterday and I felt sick last night, they told me to send an email but the reply was not helpful. There is no consideration and they want to spread the virus to their staff. I have sent a message on whatsapp but still not helpful. Before you enrol think about it, as being sick is uncontrollable, especially these days. No emphathy
