Just always ask your instructor to personalise your training, cause sometimes reference points can be different for different people to avoid fails in parking

Positive experience: Have been learning at the driving school for the past three months. My instructor, Mrs. Abir, was incredible. She’s patient and explains every step, and has supported the learning process from A to Z. Unfortunately the driving centre works in a way that’s long winded, the centre can work on enhancing customer service. Between calling the call center and waiting for call backs, it takes a while to be able to schedule classes and tests. Mr. Farouk at reception is very helpful, I recommend going to him for scheduling matters.

Fantastic experience: I am so greatful to the school and most especially to my instructor Mrs .Genda Neyra. Her patients and consistent and her knowledge what on the do's and don'ts for RTA required driver were exquisite and guide to achieve my driving permit. Open to questions and recaps on what areas one doesn't feel comfortable ,with clear answers. She made my journey easy and at the same time gave the essential confidence that a student /a driver needs to be on the road and a good driver. I will always recommend her to anyone who is interested in achieving a drivers license. Fantastic experience: Very good experience and recommended school. The instructor, Mr. Taleb with his method of training is the main reason why i passed the driving test from the first attempt. Also, the staff in general are professional and very helpful, especially Barnadette and Abdul Nasser.

Negative experience: One of the worst organization when it comes to communication with their students. My daughter has been with them since 6 months now and she had to take re-tests for which every time we had to follow up with the school to schedule the test date, which ironically happens only after renewal to learning permit. Basically my daughter's two learning permits were expired because the school did not schedule the tests in time for her, thus putting extra expense for no value in return.

The way he schedules and reschedules and the prompt responses. Till the last moment when I got the RTA pass message, he’s been of help. Attitude is perfect. Negative experience: Please avoid this driving school we have had very bad experience we have wasted out money there my wife went there to register for VIP we agreed for the price 18k dirhams after she started her driving lessons she was told you are not VIP you are business VIP so she took 10 hours lessons they changed 620 dirhams per hour unbelievable the best school in Dubai they charge 250 dirhams VIP per lesson anyway she stopped immediately the lesson after she was told that you are not VIP you are Business VIP so after all that we went there to speak with one of the managers there they told us we can offer you something to keep you happy what we can do is to move you to first class it cost 29,000 dirhams again it’s unbelievable prices they take advantage of honest people not just that they want us to pay 22,000 dirhams on top of the 12,000 dirhams that we paid because we paid 12,000 dirhams from the 18,000 dirhams and we told them that we will pay the rest before she take her license so they want us to pay 34’000 dirhams for the first class we decided to go and speak with the General manager after explaining our situation he said I can bring down from 22,000 to 17,000 on top of the 12,000 we paid so in total 29,000 dirhams it’s haram they are taken big advantage so we have decided to take her file and move to a different school of course they took 8’500 dirhams out of the 12,000 we have paid my advice to everyone avoid this school because Dubai is full of nice schools and much cheaper

I passed my RTA parking test yesterday and I wanted to take a moment to provide feedback on my recent experience with Mr. Ayaz Khan (Branch technical incharge at Al Jaddaf) who has been helping me from the 2nd time I failed my RTA parking test. After I failed my parking RTA parking test, I was in immense tears and was deeply saddened by my failure and I wanted to seek training from a senior instructor who could guide me through the the difficulties I was facing, hence I was asked to meet Mr. Ayaz Khan. Negative experience: Worse experience I ever had. Really bad customer service. I would say please don't waste your money with them otherwise you will be stuck for 6 months or more. You will have to call 100 times to follow up they don't even call you back after promiss. Teaching instructor won't teach from basic. They rather love to take their tea break, using phone and taking nice sleep during class. People gets surprised when they get to know about lots of new things during RTA test which wasn't teach you during your classes. I rather recommend to go with best emirates driving or galadhari. Don't waste your money with them

Fantastic experience: BDC is very professional with efficient services. Every process was done smoothly to the customer's wish. I took the golden chance where BDC gave me just the right instructor Mr Muhammad Majad who has been very to the point as to what is needed to be put in practice on the road in order to stand a good chance to pass. Taking the golden chance as an already experienced driver is not to be taken for granted. So, having a very knowledgeable instructor will enable one to apply existing experience to the requirements of RTA accordingly. And, Alhamdulillah, i passed the test! Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience with Belhasa. The entire team is incredibly attentive, ensuring that every step of the process is smooth and hassle-free. Anytime I had a question, they provided clear, prompt, and respectful guidance. The staff are always welcoming, friendly, and eager to help, which made the whole journey much more comfortable. After failing the RTA parking test, I switched instructors to Yousaf Momin. He was fantastic—sharp, observant, and immediately pinpointed my mistakes, offering the right advice to correct them. My experience with Belhasa was truly exceptional, and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Belhasa Wasl has been great most of the time, mostly because of the brilliant instructor they gave me. I'll start by saying, the female receptionist is not the best; she can be quite rude and passively aggressive. She even tried to charge me twice on a wrongful basis, where I had to then go and check at the department, where they then charged me the proper amount. Besides that, I was assigned Mr. Mohamed Farook as an instructor. He was absolutely amazing. He is very patient, kind, and skilled. I had quite a fear prior, where he encouraged me and really taught me well. I now have my driver's license, and all thanks to him and his amazing teaching, I'm able to drive well and safely on the roads. 10/10 recommend - if anyone is just starting out and doubtful - I'd highly recommend Mr. Mohamed Farook. Just trust me and you'll see for yourself.

Fantastic experience: Had the pleasure of being taught driving by Muhammad Majad at Belhasa, and it was the training I'll always remember. As much as the process is long and demotivating many a times, Majad sir stood by me whenever I was down. He'll strongly motivate you and never let's you give up. The journey wasn't easy but the instructor made it so.

He was very helpful, patient, and knew a lot about driving. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood how to drive safely and confidently. Fantastic experience: I managed to get my LMV driver's license in less than 1.5 months! (+1 more additional month technically because it took me 1 month from the initial payment to book my RTA theory test due to my office workload). All credits go to my amazing instructor Yousaf Momin for being more than just a teacher to being a friend or a brother. I'm reminded by one of my initial conversations with him where he said: "I love my job!" (So understand that he's not like an instructor who gets angry or frustrated with you). I think this statement is more than enough to explain that Yousaf is someone who is deeply engaged in what he does. His teachings go beyond the concepts typically needed to clear the RTA tests to developing the day-to-day understanding of driving a car and being a driver. I managed to clear my RTA road test with 0 major errors (of course) and 0 minor errors all thanks to him. Overall, Belhasa experience was also pretty good. Seamless booking of classes and scheduling. The person managing mock theory was unnecessarily arrogant. The purpose of doing mock tests in general is to learn and see where you are going wrong and improve. But I had to beg him to show me my exam results. Very angry and frustrated for no reason. He was like go study again and come write the mock test again. However, later he called me on the phone and asked me to go ahead with the RTA theory test if I felt like it saying mock tests are optional. This was not properly communicated by Belhasa. I got 30/30 for the RTA theory test anyways, but it would be a better student experience if mock test is done online /virtually just like other driving institutes. People won't have to waste time traveling to the center just to give a mock test.

Positive experience: before i had some class with another instructor i don't want to tell his name but During class he would stop the car without any hesitation and make inane statements that made no sense instead of letting me drive and then telling me my mistake and how to correct it. so my last instructor was mr aftab sajid which was very good and even didn't waste my time and corrected my driving mistake and very helpful for me. one more thing about belhasa team they send a driver everyday for you to pick up from near by metro i am satisfied with theirs efforts thank you belhasa team

If ever you are enrolling from the Jaddaf branch you can request for him! Unlike other instructors esp from other schools who shouts, he is very calm and he teaches well.
