Positive experience: the experience was pathetic because they keep failing you for no reason, i failed my internal exam multiple times & it was only for them to earn because i passed in the first try for my final driving test, so i know that i wasn’t the problem! apart from this, sir Ihsanullah is the most patient tutor i have come across, i knew nothing about cars and driving but he made sure that wasn’t the case when i left, so thank you to him and the other tutors!

Positive experience: Great place for getting licensed. Got the classes cheaper over the summer offer and received my license within 3 months. Some staff are friendly and got my classes done really quick, special mention to instructor Mr.Amar Khalifa he was really sweet and knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend DDC if you are looking for a great school in getting your driving license. Aside from they are giving free pickup transportation from school to metro point, tuition is very affordable and very flexible. All personnel are accommodating,approachable and professional especially Ms Hannah Alameri. She always smile whenever you approach her and very efficient when it comes to booking my class schedule..Whenever i called the contact center to ask for return call, she will immediately response! If i have last minute changes, she is always there! I can really rely to her!Very dependable!!! Thumbs up!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I had the privilege of being taught under Ms. Fauzia. She is highly skilled and knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable throughout the learning process. Fantastic experience: My driving journey at the Dubai Driving Center, Jumeirah Branch, felt like a roller coaster. Despite having an ankle injury along the way, I still remember my initial days, which were quite challenging. I tend to panic, so driving was not easy for me. However, the people there were ihelpful and supportive. Alhamdulillah, transitioning from a scared driver to one whom the RTA praised for good driving was a significant achievement. All thanks to Allah SWT for giving me strength, and I owe 100% of my success to Ms. Rupika. The initial days were tough, I truly believe she is the best teacher. Her teaching methods are exceptional, and I don’t think anyone else can match them. Thank you, Ma’am, for everything; it means a lot to me. Ms. Rupika is an amazing instructor, and I recommend her to many students who know how to drive but lack the basics. She builds a strong foundation that is hard to forget, In Sha Allah. I also want to extend a special thanks to Ms. Hana for her unwavering support and to Mr. Nawshad Training Officer for giving me the opportunity to train with the examiner for regular sessions over 4-5 days, which were incredibly helpful. Examiner Sir Rasheed was very kind and supportive; the day he taught me about lane changing, I received compliments from everyone afterward. Instructor Sumayyah is also good. Overall, I am truly grateful to each one of them. This journey concludes on 12-12-24. Negative experience: The instructors are very accommodating and helpful, except for the lady in charge of booking practical test slots. Her name is Hana, and unfortunately, she is not approachable and often comes across as cranky. Yesterday, I visited their office to book a slot for my practical test again. From the moment I approached Hana, she gave me a disapproving look, as though I was disturbing her. I asked for a specific instructor and a date when they were available so I could book the slot accordingly. However, she booked a time without confirming it with me. When I asked why, she gave me a rude look and curtly said, “Already booked.” I chose not to dwell on the incident because I was about to start my practical lesson and didn’t want to ruin my focus. After my lesson, I spoke to the branch manager, who was very helpful and understanding. I hope that Hana’s attitude will improve as she is working in customer service. As paying students, we expect respectful and professional treatment, especially when we are investing in this learning experience.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this driving center. Communications is terrible, scheduling the classes is impossible, people in their info lines dont have any clue how to help you. I had to renew my learning permit 3 times already because the scheduling never calls me back as promised, they book wrong timings, other than requested. When I finally got the call for scheduling I was told that for the following day the classes are not available due to instructor being on holidays. When you manage to book classes it looks like they try to put you on more expensive timings or on the weekends. I could go on forever with complaining, waste of precious time and money, avoid this driving center.

Fantastic experience: Got my driving license thru Dubai Driving Center, on Sharjah visa. Overall experience with DDC HQ, Jumeirah was great!! Booking of class and tests was easy and fast, you don't need to wait for month, unlike other driving schools.. I recommend Sir Muzamil from Sudan, for Parking Class, he is very helpful, he shares tips/ideas based on your viewing points. He is also cool and nice yet strict. For highway class I suggest Sir Ibrahim Khan from Pakistan, very sincere instructor and strict, you will also learn a lot from him.

Fantastic experience: I have a number of complaints about organizational issues within the DDC itself, for example, that it is not possible to book driving lessons online or by phone. But my review is not about the CENTER at all, but about my most wonderful and supportive instructor Sudhi Sukumaran, thanks to whom I feel confident and calm on the road. Sudhi is as professional and tactful as possible, knows how to instill confidence, support in case of a mistake and teach how to correct this mistake. Thanks!

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with Rupika ma’am, she’s an excellent, compassionate instructor that shows genuine care for her students and put in honest efforts to teach them the ways of the road. I had switched over from another instructor that had an uninvolved approach to teaching and felt that I was properly learning for the first time after switching to her. I passed my RTA final test first try and RTA parking test second try thanks to her excellent work as a teacher. Would not have chosen to learn driving from anyone else :) five stars for Rupika Ma’am! Some other really helpful and kind people within the branch are also Miss Lalitha, Miss Hana, Miss Askeral, and Miss Sumaya. DDC as an institute however, has a lot of potential for change. My major issue with DDC was the fact that 4 hours of practice class were deemed necessary after each driving assessment fail. Institutes such as galadari allow for a retest after 2 hours of class. It is not fair if mistakes made in the assessment were minor only and ammendable within 2 hours of practice.

Negative experience: This is not a good driving school I spend total 17,000 aed on 2016 for getting license I felt that They will knowingly failing the tests At that time parking test condusted by school only They taken a lot of money from me

Fantastic experience: I did my driving classes with Mohamed Elrayah (ID 2019) and he was absolutely wonderful. I was scared of driving but he made sure I got rid of the fear very quickly, and he is very kind! I would highly recommend doing your classes with him. When he wasn't free, I did my classes with Dharmishta who is also lovely!

Fantastic experience: I have finally gotten my license from DDC. I resumed my driving classes this year after a long break. My instructor was Ms Rupika who helped me clear my Assessment and RTA driving test with her insights and to keep certain points in mind during the test. I initially had a male instructor when I started but then decided to get a female instructor once I resumed. My classes with Ms Rupika were very good. She was very calm during training and made sure to practice the details I was weak at to correct the mistakes and boost my confidence The whole faculty at DDC has been helpful but would like to appreciate Hana, Ms Rupika and the examiners at DDC as they have been very kind and supportive.

Fantastic experience: 5 stars for driving instructor rupika!! (only, not ddc) I was able to pass my final RTA road test first try thanks to her. I highly recommend her to anyone thinking of training with ddc, as her teaching style is very calm yet informative. During my experience, she gave me a few points to look out for in any scenario that significantly improved my driving. While i was learning, i did not feel pressure, stress, or a lack of attention with her, as i did initially with other arab driving instructors . Positive experience: I had taken golden chance,took almost10-12 classes. Classes are good, though I felt the instructors were not open and telling much to us on how to pass golden chance. And on test day the RTA examiner took us in a different route in which we have never pratisce earlier. Not sure if this is the standard way of taking test.

Negative experience: Worst experience . They wont pick the call while we try to book a class. It took me 4 day to book a class just to book a class through their provided customer care number. And once i couldnt able to attent the class so i tried to inform them and they didnt pock the call. I wont recomment anyone this institute to anyone.

Negative experience: Iam writing this review to complain about a customer care representative at the Male booking office Tariq Khan. This person is rude, ill mannered and does not understand what customer service is all about. You go to him for anything and he will give you a rude mocking response. I don't have complaints about the instructors or anything else but this person will ruin the reputation of your centre. His go to response for everything is " I've been working here for many years so this is the rule." The guy is not wiling to listen, just keeps shaking his head and says NO. Please wait for me to complete my sentence before you interrupt wih your NOs. Very unprofessional. Another thing to note is that when we call there is no response.

Negative experience: The worst expirience... I have done 3 test and got failed...it means 42 classes... Institute is better for contract students.. Normal students ddc will not value or recheck what's the issue in students driving. Better to try some other institute or other Emirates.. Ddc approach will changed to student after starting or opening file and finished payment . At least they are not bothered about pass percentage or students want to gain licence ... They are just aware of money.

Fantastic experience: Special thanks to Askari at the Test booking desk, I had to change the date for RTA parking test for my daughter, normally it's not easy to change but askari cancelled it and gave us the test for the next day which was great. Thank you Askari

Fantastic experience: Today I've finally completed my driving lessons from Dubai Driving Centre. And I cannot deny the fact that it had helped me to drive on Dubai roads. As a beginner driver I was nervous at first but my instructor Rupika Ma'am was incredibly supportive through the entire journey. The quality of instruction and emphasis on safety at Dubai Driving Centre makes it a #great place to start anyone's driving journey. Negative experience: Be careful of this driving center especially with Mr. Abdulfatah from Albarsha1 branch who will be nice in the beginning but then in the end he will ask you for additional fees even when we paid for a package. He will tell you that its the RTA VAT we need to pay but it is the same charge as the LICENSING FEE charges. What is this coincidence? We were never informed that we need to pay additional in the beginning. If we were informed earlier we would not have enrolled here in the first place because there are some other schools that are offering less payment. At the end we got the information that Mr. Abdulfatta put in the system that we need to pay it as a requirement not as a vat as per the rta scheduler that we talked to. This is the kind of lying scheme from not just a single person but 3 people from this driving school. And Secondly, this Mr. Abdulfatta was very rude when we are just trying to clarifying where this payment is coming from, he said in the beginning we will pay for 400, then changes to 200-300, then changes to "maybe 100-200"... No consistency at all with these statements. By the way these were all recorded together with his voice messages where you can tell he is starting to get rude and in the end, he does not respond to any of the messages. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DUBAI DRIVING SCHOOL TO ANYONE I KNOW... I hope this case will be escalated because otherwise, unknown additional charges will be taken from people who just wanted to acquire driving license smoothly.

Fantastic experience: If anyone is planning to learn at DDC Port Rashid, I highly recommend taking classes with Mrs. Rupika. She is the best instructor I've ever had! My learning experience with her was excellent. She is incredibly knowledgeable and teaches with the care of a mother. I'm grateful and happy to have finally gotten my license, but I'm also sad that I won't see her every other week anymore. Thank you, Rupika Miss —you are amazing!

Fantastic experience: Mr Mahmood Ahmed(540) was the best instructor I met in this centre. He helped me from my parking classes till the end and gave the best training. Really appreciate this instructor and would recommend others to take class from him

Negative experience: I don’t recommend this place at all!!! My wife past her tests after one year then we came to take her driving license to license issuance but they made us to wait 30minutes because there was no one in front desk, after a while one local lady came moody and she wasn’t helpful and showing some attitude.

Fantastic experience: I made the best decision choosing Dubai Driving Center to learn driving. I am doing my driving lessons with Mr. Said Hawas , and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the very first lesson, my instructor was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. They explained every concept clearly and made sure I felt comfortable behind the wheel. Their dedication and professionalism truly make a difference.

Negative experience: From 2019 till 16 july 2024 i m student here but i didn't found any thing good here now i applied for NOC i m going to try in other center here i failed many time asissments and 5 time rta parking after a long time experience here now i know that i waste a lot of time almost 5 years a lot of money and still garaj and and angle parking with rta

Fantastic experience: Alhamdulillah !! Dubai Driving Center was recommended by a friend and I'm happy to share that I got my Driving License in the First Attempt of the Final RTA test. DDC experience has been great and the people working there are really polite and helpful with any doubts/concerns you have. I definitely recommend the Al Satwa branch to book your classes. Abdul or Asim - the branch manager at Satwa branch have helped me in booking my classes quickly and I could get the license within 2 months. Instructor - I recommend you to ask for Mr. Bismillah Khan as your trainer for the course. All credits to him who has helped me with the driving and rules in Dubai to the point. He is friendly and communicates well, points out the mistakes which definitely results in understanding the rules and you driving better on the streets. Thanks DDC :)

Fantastic experience: Alhamdulillah, I received my driving license from the Dubai Driving Centre Jumeirah Branch in my first attempt, and I must give special recognition to my exceptional instructor, Ms. Rupika. I was able to pass my RTA yard test after struggling for so long and RTA final road assessment (both in first attempt, Alhamdulillah) with the help of her amazing teaching methods which were remarkably effective, and her unwavering support and guidance played an important role in my success. Fantastic experience: Driving safely is something that Dubai Driving Centre excels at teaching. The vehicles are in excellent condition, the teachers are highly qualified, and the courses are comprehensive and easy to understand. Scheduling is simple, and the staff is friendly. They genuinely care about the achievement of their pupils, and all the arrangements can be done in the same place, like initial tests , final exams. In my opinion, I recommend Mrs. Jasintha (Somawathi Ranjani, ID 528) for her great skill of teaching, flexibility, friendliness, patience, and dedicated efforts.

I had a very good learning experience with her she is one of the most knowledgeable driving teaches out there and If I had to go back and choose who to take classes with I will always choose her. I had the pleasure of learning to drive with Mohammad Ali sir, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Fantastic experience: I had a pretty good experience with them. I opted for a royal vip package, got my training done in. Benz Eqa model, just did everything within 6-7 days and got my license.Vip packages do come at a price but it was hastle free. My trainer Mr Zulfikar was very professional and taught me up nicely for as long as i wanted to learn on a day. Mr Hashim who is the master trainer was super helpful and ensured to make my journey as smooth as possible. I would recommend if someone is looking to get their license done quickly in a week for experienced drivers only, give it a shot.

Negative experience: MOST HONEST REVIEW. A huge thank you to DDC Jumeirah, all my time, effort, and 8K plus were WASTED. My journey with the school started in Oct 2023, where I signed up for an 'unlimited package' with their promise of 'no time pressure, we'll be with you all throughout the journey' While I admit that my progress was slower compared to other learners, I must also say that I regret choosing this school, among others. With the unli package, here are some things you need to know: *Termination of contract if unable to attend classes for 15 days or more *Extra charges for night classes *Extra charges for Sunday classes *Fixed instructor In my case, I was forced to withdraw my file because  they terminated my contract for the reason of not being able to attend my class for more than 15 days. Although it was not my negligence, the management didn't hear me out. There were classes cancelled during the poor weather conditions. After that, because of my working schedule, I couldn't go there physically to book classes. Instead, I try calling the call centre, which, by the way, has very pathetic customer service. You have to call multiple times in a day to call back, which sometimes does not even happen. Also, the agents try to put the call on hold on purpose (I know this, based on the IVR, and I worked in CS before). In short, their poor communication led me to the terminated of my contract. Despite all the evidence I presented to the manager, which I doubt he even read, he sent me for evaluation. The evaluator said I'm not ready without giving me feedback about the evaluation, nor a copy of the evaluation results. Post evaluation, they wanted to charge me based on regular price. In summary, Pros: School is near my home Cons: *Terrible customer service at the call centre * Rude staff at the male booking section like Tariq Khan (all 3 men, except Abdur rehman). They are out of their seat on several occasions and have to wait for them, God knows how long is their break time, without leaving a note. *Long waiting time for scheduling of classes *Most of the staff lack basic customer service skills and empathy *No prior reminder that contract will be terminated. *lack of support from my instructor This is my personal experience, with no intentions to generalize. My advice is make a thorough research before investing your hard earned money.
