Drive Dubai- Dip 1 Carrefour hypermarket

Positive experience: I got my driving license today. Special thanks to Mr. Shahab at Talal Market DIP Branch, for the best services and making it easy for me at every step of the whole process. Thanks to my driving instructor Mr. Hassan and other instructors for making me able to get the driving license. Alhamdulillah

Fantastic experience: The best service and the fastest way to obtain a license. Special thanks to Muzammil at the Motor City Branch for being good and fast at serving, and also to mis Hadeel the distinguished teacher, for being highly experienced.

Negative experience: I’m very unhappy from the service and information what I got from the service agent as they didn’t provide proper information as couldn’t coprate too. We were moving from Dubai and we requested the NOC later but they are not giving unless we request many time as like bager while we come to know for refunding they were ditecting the amount wich the service we are using at all. For the NOC later we are waiting for more then month and while we came to the DIP branch we are waiting more then 4 hours for getting the NOC later. I will make sure that I’m not going to give suggestions another person to come and open the file in yours brunch. As I had bed experience with yours agents and the service providers.

Negative experience: No management in transportation and it's been two months already when I opened file with them and my classes are not started yet.

Fantastic experience: Excellent! The instructors teach and explain very good. They speak very clear and have good English. I love this school driving. The way that they treat you is kind and polite. I definitely recommend the school.
